    @santanderuk Surely the worst bank, definitely the worst customer service, all working from home with a phone queue wait of an hour even before 8am with random unfathomable account blocks. Dreadful disregard for loyal customers

    @jsavageMFC @santanderuk The fools at @Santanderuk still have gremlins in their works today. 21/06/22 I would never have opened account to see how bad their service and system is.

    @santanderuk on hold for more than one hour, was put through to the fraud team by a member of staff who couldn’t deal with the issue at hand. Made a substantial payment which has been blocked and for some reason my primary contact number was not used to get in contact #terrible

    @robertsimms @santanderuk Coincidence, I’ve just had a message from a friend of mine who works for Santander to say he had the most horrible customer on the phone about 3 hours ago who was complaining non-stop so he passed him around 4 of his colleagues for 1.5 hours

    @santanderuk I paid a tradesman for work done in Nov 21. He was/is a cowboy can I recall the funds? If not I proceed down the legal route.

    @santanderuk you block my online banking access when I am trying to transfer to one of my own accounts, ask me to call you and then you have me on hold for 22 minutes and counting - do you think this is acceptable? #useless

    It's when things go wrong that you really find how a bank deals with individuals. Been with @santanderuk for a long time but over the last few days their customer services + complaints handling has been poor. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they've responded is inexplicable.

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk
