    @santanderuk - great service last week in a branch, now unfortunately awful service on contact centre. I’ve had a payment blocked despite being fully authenticated, spent 57 minutes on hold yesterday, now run back and still on hold- all I want to do is make a payment. V annoying

    I remain confused as to why a human being working for @santanderuk @santanderukhelp has no wish to engage in a person to person conversation. It would be lovely to hear from ‘a real person’ as soon as one can be persuaded to pick up the phone. With all good wishes. Thx 2/2

    Hello again @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Thank you for your email on the mishandling of my complaint, in lieu of the promised (but as yet unmaterialised) phone call. Sadly, it offers no resolution and completely misunderstands the issue 1/2

    @AnthonyRoseSnr1 @santanderuk They will need much more than a refresher training! Santander UK customer service is dysfunctional as is their fraud department refusing to take action in my fraud case

    @santanderuk You don't support customers, a pensioner I know has had her account blocked by you (including access to her pension to pay for food and heating), she has a severe illness and cannot travel to a branch as you demanded with ID. One of your managers rudely hung the phone up on her!

    @santanderuk been locked out of my mobile app sending a payment, now been on phone 45 mins on hold to help desk. Despite the payment being to a previously paid contact this is really poor service
