Top job @santanderuk! Let me send a secure message via online banking, then send an email to say the service is no longer available. Send the same message to the online chat, to which the bot replied “I’m not sure I understand” Ask to speak to an agent, “Sorry, none available” 😒

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander local banks no longer accept foreign cheques; these now have to be sent to their FCD team in Merseyside, thus absolving themselves of any responsibility & costs should a cheque go missing which mine has! Thanks a bunch #Santander #Service?

Appalled that I had to wait 37 mins on the phone to @santanderuk just to get the account and sort code I need to make a payment into my credit card. This information should be available on the website. I did not want to use a debit card to make the payment. Pretty poor show.

Been on the phone to @santanderuk for over 90mins so far, wondering if they are always this bad, or it's down to people working from home. Can't imagine how anyone can contact them when they don't happen to be on holiday!
