  @santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!

  @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

  The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.
