    @santanderuk You are trashing my business! Non @VodafoneUKBiz texts haven't been working in my area for months, so no OTP's so can't set up new payments. Online chat not working on my PC (advised to use another -don't have one) 40 mins on phone, sent me stuff that needs OTP =QED

    @santanderuk credit cards are an absolute disgrace. Overseas and card blocked - no one answering on customer services. Spent 45 mins on hold and the line went dead… terrible service

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp just sat in your Ipswich branch like a lemon for half an hour. Had an appt at 12:15 that I have been trying to arrange for weeks due to no availability and when I finally book an appt, you can’t be bothered to turn up? Cracking customer service 👍🏼

Deeply unimpressive customer service so far. Hoping your organisation has a game you can be motivated to up🤞🏻

    . @santanderuk now charging premium rates for customer service phone calls! Absolutely disgusting. Elderly father cannot even order himself a cheque book now.
