@santanderuk Thanks for the up date but I think you should of been more up front with your customers I was lucky and I was lucky and my card worked but loads weren’t as lucky trying to ask you and being ignored is not good customer service as I been with you for 30 + years

@petenew100 @santanderuk Compensation, really? The bank was doing its job and making sure funds were safe. Hardly worth compensating is it ffs. If u need compensation for that then you have issues
