    Been with @santanderuk since I was a baby & the one time I need their help. I spend 1 hour 23 minutes on hold to be told you need to place your request online. Now I’m on line I can submit as it won’t accept any photos 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Maybe a change is needed !!!

    . @santanderuk now charging premium rates for customer service phone calls! Absolutely disgusting. Elderly father cannot even order himself a cheque book now.
