    @santanderuk Zero. That’s the concerning thing. I have repeatedly asked your customer service team who have no even referred me on to the relevant department - one lady just said the department is called “the back office” I have 2 children under 8

    I'm being asked to provide ID via driving licence or passport and a face scan to GET INTO MY EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT. And I have three days to do it or my access to my own money could be restricted. Anyone else? Why? @santanderuk

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk An unmoving queue at 3.15pm. No indication of service available. If you can’t serve after a certain time, make it clear, put up a sign. Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.
