    @santanderuk trying to make a loan application online and your site keeps crashing and so tried calling and that doesn’t work either. The tried using chat function and response was no one is available. How do you actually get hold of anyone????

    @santanderukhelp Hi SantanderUk, I need help with my company account. I use Xero as accounting system and need to refresh the statement feed. It’s requesting me to have a “Security device” but I have the Connect App. Unable to contact by phone since I’m in Spain and 0800 numbers don’t work abroad

    @santanderukhelp Problem not resolved. Was told a goodwill gesture of £50 would be paid into my account last week, it hasn't been. Can't use card. Can't make transfers. @LloydsBank please take me back! After 17yrs with you I moved to @santanderuk and it's been terrible since day one!!

    @santanderuk someone tried fraud on my account and I've been on hold for nearly an hour. Card has been blocked. Can someone please contact me ASAP. Plus whoever answered the first time hung up. Pathetic customer service

    @Mistywoman1 @santanderuk I got a letter today from a bank detailing the mortgage payments for a new house down the road-you’d think as they were lending on it that they’d get the address right!

    Has anybody tried to phone @santanderuk Fraud. 3 times I called, and the line shut down after ringing for 20 to 30 minutes. When I got through several days later I was told the 3 people who told me new card was on the way or blocked were wrong, and the old card was still active.

    Spent the last 3 days on the phone/emailing about our move. Very irritated with @santanderuk, for sending mortgage offer (on the WRONG address) to us & solicitor. One week after they've messed up, they still haven't resolved the issue.
