False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service

Garry Peat (@RidgewayRam) reported@santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation

I've tried everything you've suggested, and still nothing, but I can receive other texts etc absolutely fine, please can you look into this problem? It's not the first time this issue has occurred.

Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.
