    @santanderuk no wonder you have such terrible fraud issues. I lose my bank card and block it on the app then order a new one as lost and stolen and you send me a new card with the same number and unblock it to allow people to use it. Well done @santanderuk

    @santanderuk your customer service is appalling. Over 30 minutes on hold then just cut off. Been on hold again for 34 minutes and still not through to anyone. HIRE MORE STAFF! Doesn't matter what time or day I call, always the same message: "We are very busy" no, your not, 1/

    @MasterCoconut2 @santanderuk Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on Instagram who got it fixed in a few hours

    Bank has blocked my account because I wanted to spend a "large amount of money" on Bitcoin, sure if I wanted to spend it on a depreciating asset like a car they would have no issue with that, screw you @santanderuk - Bitcoin is the new bank

    @santanderuk Just received 2 quotes for car insurance. One from you and the other from Go Compare. Santander is £342 and Go compare is £290. I'm a customer too. Why the large difference? Still not the cheapest though. Lloyd's bank is £265. Can my own bank Santander match this?

    @AskNationwide Hi, I've received a letter from @santanderuk stating I haven't made two direct debit payments from my Nationwide account. I have called them and they can't see an issue they said and have advised to get in touch with you. Can you help please?

    @santanderuk How am I supposed to contact you, your help pages tell me to go on the online banking app, the online app tells me to call and when I call the bot tells me to go to the help pages? Terrible experience and I'm pretty fed up of it to be honest.

    @santanderuk Need advice. Elderly neighbour has been a victim of fraud. He has disabilities, finds speaking difficult. Been on the phone for hours today trying to sort it out. Numerous texts, hours online, ending in phone lines going dead, neighbour still needs assistance. Help
