    @santanderuk morning, is there an issue with online payments today? Trying to pay @MeliaHotelsInt but keep getting message The issuing bank cannot be contacted. Try again later I’ve already authorised payment from the banking App ??

    The @santanderuk app is so terrible. Can't even pay off my credit card on it, have to log in to online banking. Literally the most useless app ever.

    @ViTo_DEE91 @santanderuk @TSB I know what u mean my money normally in by 10pm its now 12.30am n my money not in n I have bills to pay. !! Not on and nothing on there website to say there is a problem!!

    I’m so stressed. My bank account is blocked because @santanderuk sucks, OnlyFans website is extremely slow right now and my bank statements aren’t accessible. Just… amazing

    @santanderuk hello . Why have you stopped giving business account alerts when large credits are made to accounts? Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!

    Despite this, £40 was charged on June 15 and £50 on June 16 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderuk @santanderukhelp – please investigate and assist.

    @bancosantander @TSB @santanderuk So lay off the staff, as part of a cost cutting exercise, then purchase another bank. Wow. This tsb customer won't make a difference when he closes down his account but I hope many do the same an go elsewhere

    @santanderuk Bet365 said unable to make payment with this card.. when contacted their customer services they said there were problems with Santander card payments yesterday afternoon and issue was Santanders.
