    @santanderuk RIDICULOUS. Im currently traveling Asia and can’t access any money in my ISA. You claim to be ‘accessible’ and for everyone but this is not the case. Your help pages keep telling me to ‘call up’ or ‘visit a local branch’ which is impossible. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO

    @santanderuk I have been waiting since June for fraudulent account in my name to be resolved. Now affecting Expedia score. Impossible to get through on phone and no updates given. Who can resolve?

    I am appaled by the service of @santanderuk My dad died in May. I've tried to remove his name from the joint accounts with my mum. I have told them numerous times that mum is still alive. Today, they've closed all accounts! Lines are busy "helping" other customers

    @ThreeUKSupport Spoken to @santanderuk @santanderukhelp on the phone already. They say it's an issue with our provider - Three 5G broadband. It's odd now both you and Santander say it's not a known issue when other people are having it too. Maybe it's the constantly changing IP address?

    Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

    @santanderuk @PostOffice #santander #thepostoffice I have tried twice to deposit cash into my account at the post office but the transaction is declined, but my account shows the deposit and withdrawal straight away! Never had an issue until recently.

    @santanderuk Why is phoning you the only way for me to give some feedback on a recent customer service interaction? Why can't I email or fill in a form? Feels a bit last century. Do you want a fax?
