The terrible service from @santanderuk continues…9!! New sets of login details were sent. All were letter 2 of 2. No call back from the complaints team either. So I’ve had to reset AGAIN and now for another “4-6 working day” (the last one was 10 working days). Absolute joke.

Have been trying to get an appointment at my bank @santanderuk since August to transfer an account. It would be easier to get a ticket for Glastonbury. Now that I have one they have withdrawn the cash back offer for transferring accounts! Appalling service.

@santanderuk Customer service is just horrendous. Chats on the app are closed down automatically and I have to talk to automated chatbot indefinitely. This is no way to run a bank. I'm closing my account on Monday.

@santanderukhelp To add insult to injury, the reissued mortgage is £43 a month more than it was! I absolutely can not wait to get away from @santanderuk and I've technically only been a customer since Wednesday! Absolute SCUM!
