Very disappointed with our treatment from @santanderuk We’ve banked with them for over 15 years without any issue. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. #SteerClear #Charlatans

@santanderuk seems to be given free hand to do whatever they like with the credit card and bank card of their customers. Block it when they want without notice and then demand customer to go to their limited number of branches to unblock the same. @financialombuds @RishiSunak

@santanderuk what a shambles of a bank. 0 customer service. Website from the 80s. Call times of 1 hr + (haven't actually had time to stay on phone longer than an hour with no answer...what with having a job and all)

@santanderuk appalling service from you. Booked an appointment and was given one for March 1st. Now get a call and say it has had to be cancelled. Next available 29th. It is easier to get a GP appointment than from you lot. I'm sure if I owed you money you'd be banging on my door

I have used online banking for many years and never needed a mobile phone. Now you have changed something and I cannot access my account. @santanderukhelp UK law demands that you allow equal access regardless of disability. #Santander #DisabilityDiscrimination #SantanderUK

Big shout-out to @santanderuk for being the worst customer support department on the planet. 2 months waiting for a credit card application and get told I'm ineligible after 6 other people from the same department telling me I'm eligible and it's on the way. Avoid at all costs

@MrsAA55 @santanderuk Awful....customer service across the UK has gone downhill. They all try to push you towards 'self-help' on-line as it costs them a fraction to manage this way. The service is so patronising...
