  Friend just found lady’s purse, containing cards, d/licence 200 miles from her home. He called @santanderuk to ask them to call their customer, and pass on his no. so she can confirm current address (hotel?), and he will recorded delivery. “Can’t do that Sir, data protection”.

  @santanderuk I am so annoyed!I received my NEW master card debit card on Friday, it’s supposed to be activated on my Apple Pay but it is not working! I have been without money for over a week because of the jubilee.I’m getting charged late fee as @Clearpay cannot take my funds

  @santanderuk Hi, there is still an issue with faster payments. I have tried three times to make a payment to my credit card over the weekend from my 123 account and they are not going through. Are you aware of this?

  @ComplainingCow Internal bias. Companies such as @santanderuk take away your complaint and Investigate It looking for points to self mitigate instead of looking at from customer perspective.
