    @santanderuk I understand the fact you prioritise covid but surly by now as a customer I can speak to someone about borrowing more getting fed up of the covid excuse not to take calls but want to speak to someone about how much it would cost etc before applying

    Email from @santanderuk advising that their branch opening times are going back to those not seen in British banks since the 1980's. 09:30 - 15:00 weekdays & 09:30 - 12:30 weekends. Will we also see them returning to the 'you dare to expect what!' 'customer service' of that time.

    Disappointing to see yet another High Street bank cut its service to my area. This time its @santanderuk cutting opening hours claiming it give give staff more time to answer the phone. Can't understand why staff in open branches can't take phone calls when they're not busy

    @santanderuk why is your customer service so appalling, 5 hours today and still not spoken to a real person. First direct have been very helpful, just hope you are ready with compensation.
