    @santanderuk ... thank you so much 4 locking me out of my business account so clients cannot pay me. Nice one. I now have to wait 5 working days for your shite to allow me to be paid for work I did months ago. You are the exact reason why it is so f***ing hard to be self employed

    CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

    @santanderuk We called as the wait is terrible can’t even give us an appointment over the phone got told to come in today but the cue is massive plus only 2 staff again no one on the floor helping staff should have the AVAILABILITY TO HELP IN BRANCH

    @santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!

    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

    .@santanderuk your automated chat function is really, really terrible and it's impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. God help any pensioner trying to bank with you.

    @santanderuk I think that’s symptomatic of a bigger issue. Having to wait 8 hours for text support says many things about your systems. 1) The AI chat assistant doesn’t deliver; 2) There are fundamental underlying issues that are causing so many people to need support (the bigger issue).
