@MartinSLewis I have never seen you cover the distressing subject of frozen bank accounts, eg @santanderuk block the online bank accounts of vulnerable pensioners who need access to their pension money and cannot follow the bank's ID demand to go to a branch in person to unblock, due to Covid.

@santanderukhelp the recipient has received 2 payments & has offered a refund. This is no thanks to @santanderuk who don't want to speak to customers & cut customers off. App actually relayed message payment couldn't go through to try again. Definitely at @santanderuk issue. The App is awful

@santanderuk disgusting customer services with regards to car insurance. New car delayed and no option to suspend the policy until it arrives, yet £50 charge to cancel, when not what we wanted to do!
