    Using a UK bank, @santanderuk in my case, I have to click 3 times "Yes, I am sure what I am doing, not, I am not being scammed, just make the fking transaction." This is what happens when government overregulates stuff. UX drops to absolute ****.

    @santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they can’t print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!
