  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - failed me, using their deep pockets and legal experts. I cant believe individuals cant get justice. How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

  @santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That you’d prevent my DD’a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

  @dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful

  @santanderuk I need some help. I have been rejected for a basic bank account but by law you after accept me underpayment account regulation 2015 you are designated by HM treasury and must offer a basic account I fit the criteria can somebody help me with this inquiry

  This is torture for old people. It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil
