    @santanderuk Very disappointed Santander don’t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. It’s not good enough .

    @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

    Good morning to everyone except @santanderuk who blocks disabled peoples bank for over 6 days with 0 help or escalation for a tax rebate. You’re disgusting, a disgrace and shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a business. WHOS BANK ARE YOUR PROTECTING?! Cause it ain’t mine!!!

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @santanderuk Can I get confirmation that there was an error with the account being opened and the date it was resolved please? Then use that date as account opening.
