    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
