How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@santanderuk finding it impossible to get any kinda of mortgage advice from you. Phoned 3 different phone numbers and turns out you can't get mortgage appointment in store and it has to be all done online? It's a mortgage! Why on earth can I not interact with a human being???

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have received an email from Santander regarding fraud activity on a previous card. However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

How do I speak to someone at @santanderuk ? I’ve lost my bank details and can’t access my account. When I call, it says I need my details to speak to anyone. I cant go into a branch because they’re shut by the time I finish work

@santanderuk Your mobile cheque paying in facility is beyond frustrating. I've taken around 100 images and it won't accept any! Please fix this asap!!
