@MorganBroadcast Charlotte I have no advice that’s not already been given but just want to express huge sympathy for you. Not much help I know but but I really feel for you. What a huge nightmare! How can @santanderuk let this happen?

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they got into your banking app you can access the pin for your cards via the app. I just checked mine that way yesterday.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk And they wouldn’t let me close my account because there were pending transactions on it 🤡 I sincerely hope they get their **** together, and that something gets done because this is so beyond unacceptable

  • mrtlcombatgirl More tea? (@mrtlcombatgirl) reported

@MorganBroadcast Firstly I am so sorry you are experiencing this - I really hope you get some resolution and answers soon. Secondly, I would never bank with @santanderuk ever again - they caused us years of problems that they instigated but refused to put right. Sad to hear they've not improved

  • The_H_Machine The H Machine (@The_H_Machine) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they had access to your Santander App, then they can view the card.

  • resjudicata86 TFitz (@resjudicata86) reported

@MorganBroadcast Sadly all too common with @santanderuk - lost a wallet a couple of years back on a night out. Immediately called them to cancel. Got wallet back a week later but found the card was still working. Santander had never cancelled and paid £300 by way of apology.

@stillawake @santanderuk Many decades ago I remember the security ‘expert’ from Barclaycard telling the police (my clients were in PS for cloning credit cards) that it was impossible. Well clients managed it very well. Stole (inside job) credit card counterfoils from a restaurant. Banks always say No.
