@MartinSLewis Hello Martin. I’m having terrible trouble with @santanderuk continually failing to take the DD for my bounce back loan. Each month I have to call them, complain , then make a manual payment. Can you offer any advise please? Thank you.

@santanderukhelp Just spoken to your customer services and fraud team. An elderly relative has made payments to an organisation through fraudulent misrepresentation. I could see it was a fraud immediately. @santanderuk have refused my offer to provide evidence. Why?

@santanderuk Option to opt out of fractional reserve banking 👏well done good on you. It was never fair to be lending out money you didn't have, and charging interest,oh and giving the actual owner a fraction of the earnings. Binance access as well please.

@PostOffice @santanderuk @PostOffice I’m really dissatisfied with the answers I am getting, no-one is doing anything about the fact that my cheque has gone missing. I have no money and have been left to try and resolve the issue. I would like some help at least as it’s now over a week

@financialombuds @santanderuk I am a Company Director and I have been told by Santander customer service team that I could not be given information about the lending criteria for limited companies / company directors for porting my Mortgage as I would try and manipulate this!!

@TakeFive @santanderuk @TheFCA SHAME ON YOU SANTANDER. You have lost me as a customer. You will not tell me what to do with my money. Just who the hell do you think you are?

@franceschild @santanderuk It hurt to see on the phone bill about £30 for talking to someone, a real person at the time, who strung us along, knowing all the time that they couldn't do a thing to help. Yes, numbered mazes and being on hold for ages, having to listen to muzak and repetitive messages - gah!
