Can i just say, its bad enough that @santanderuk closed hundreds of branches around the UK but also having the ones that are left closing at 3pm is absolutely terrible for #smallbusinesses. Seriously considering moving #bank as you are not the best for businesses any more. 😡

@NoHopeOfDebate @PostOffice @santanderuk We've had so many issues with our customers depositing chqs into them, santander seem to be clueless about correct procedure, but chqs seem to miraculously turn up once customer has enquired inspite of santander claiming theres no record

Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told

I just waiter 1 hour 13 mins to get through to your mortgage team and as soon as the call went through up they hung up. This is unacceptable ..... Poor customer service @santanderuk

@santanderuk How do i get to contact Mike regnier please , my sons complaint has been handled appallingly from a lost letter that was signed for and didn’t make it to fraud team to lack of communication via letter and then a letter arriving on the 4/8/ 22 dated 17/7 just terrible .
