    Not impressed with @santanderuk Daughter has had fraudulent use of her card with someone buying things from Amazon. Santander seem to not give a **** and have told her to ring Amazon. This is from the fraud team. Glad I am with @HSBC_UK as they could teach how to handle this

    @santanderuk I’ve tried 4 different branches to get an appointment for my daughter to switch her current account to a student account and there’s nothing available for months. Really disappointed with this poor customer service. If she was a new customer there’d be no issue 😡

    @santanderuk are the worst. Completely ridiculous bunch of clowns. Just shut your private banking operation down if you can't be bothered to provide customer service.

    @santanderuk Having a really poor experience trying to get a mini account moved to student account. Do not and will not have UCAS number so branches seem unable to help despite website saying letter from Higher Ed provider will suffice.

    @santanderuk Credit card section get you fingers out your arses and answer the ****ing phones, you as useless as a fart in a space suit, if not worse. Mike Regnier  get off your arse and sort you customer service out... its **** to say the least. Everyone move to another bank!!

    @santanderuk I have been on hold for 40 mins to fraud team! Does anyone work in this office. I have been trying every day for a week to unblock my card. Tried ringing customer service to get help with this. They have put me back on hold to fraud team !! 😳😤😫 #frustrated!

    @MetroBank_Help @santanderuk We have tried this! Our company is Phillips group, my husband will have to let every member of staff go this Friday if he can not access money to pay wages. The mental stress this is causing is unreal.
