    @santanderuk account has been blocked due to supposed fraudulent activity which it wasn’t, it was myself trying to move money. Now locked out of app and account, unable to help in store due to no photo ID on me and hours spent on hold on the phone with a small baby at home

    @santanderuk which genius has decided to make all online banking log ons be authenticated by the app when the app is down and I can't log on to it? How am I supposed to access my account??!
