People waiting over an hour to get through to your security team, locking vulnerable customers out of their account, forcing sick and vulnerable customers to attend in person to prove ID when they've had accounts with you for years!

@santanderuk on hold again for 40 mins to be told a different version of the same thing and that the dept that I need to help me ie closed till 9. Almost a month now with no access to my accounts online..never had this much hassle for something so simple

@santanderukhelp That does not solve my problem. I have just spoken to a customer service team member who wanted to put me back in a tele queue. The only way to get a member of your mortgage team to contact me is to cancel my direct debt. I was then told a manager could not ring me. santanderuk

@santanderuk why do you call someone leave them on hold for 40 mins and then cut them off. Then ask to be called yourself and then fail to answer the phone kept on hold! Apparently it’s the fraud line as well - been over an hour now - shocking service!

Nor sure how many times i should phone @santanderuk @santanderukhelp for help, only to sit in a queue and then get my call cancelled. Absolutely fuming right now! Looks like I'll be going back to @firstdirect 😡 #diabolical #poorservice #Santandercustomerservice
