    The terrible service from @santanderuk continues…9!! New sets of login details were sent. All were letter 2 of 2. No call back from the complaints team either. So I’ve had to reset AGAIN and now for another “4-6 working day” (the last one was 10 working days). Absolute joke.

    @alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

    @santanderuk website told me where I could find a branch in Crewe,but when I went there last week to talk to someone the entire building has been knocked down and had disappeared. My query has now turned into a complaint! Is it me?

    @santanderuk I’ve been your loyal customer for decades, business and personal, yet I’ve been on hold 3 times now for over 30 mins each time to try to speak to you about my money and never been able to get through. Not good enough! #timeforanewbank?
