    @santanderuk applied for an Edge Credit Card and asked that the credit limit from my 123 card be transferred over. Told in branch this wouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later after numerous calls/ assurances it would be done I'm still waiting. Getting beyond a joke now.

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk All accounts cancelled and moved today. Credit issue for no apparent reason. An absolute disgrace and terrible customer service response 🤬🤬🙈

    @santanderuk This is more than frustration. I had ONE text asking me to confirm my details were correct, I went on the app, my details are correct, there was NOTHING to confirm & NO warning that you’d block my account & prevent me from getting MY money.

    @UltraDane @santanderuk Well Well Well apparently they have to right. Well, if I win the lottery, the money will not be going into my Santander account! It ta be going in an offshore account Who ******** do they think they are stopping people withdrawing there own money Scum.
