    @santanderuk brilliant you block@my account on Sunday due to fraudulent useage, and I can’t get through to anyone to get unblocked. Been on hold for 30+mins 4times then get cut off. Brilliant

    @santanderuk Appalling customer service - I changed my mind about switching my accounts - I have a right as a consumer to do this - you are now holding me to ransom and making me do the switch - I feel as though I have been hijacked and kidnapped.

    @santanderuk as the contactless payment increases to £100 from Friday as a Santander customer do I have the facility to restrict my contactless payment or is it £100 per se? If it raises to £100 with no facility to restrict it will you instigate a way to allow customers to do it?

    So I’m on the hunt for a new banking account (personal) as @santanderuk have move to Mastercard cards, but I’ve known of 4 occasions this year where Mastercard has gone down and cards won’t work which is a no no for me as I don’t carry cash!

    @BubbaBubs2007 @santanderuk They are forever posting updates saying the Mastercard is down meaning you can’t even transfer money online; I don’t carry cash so I would be stuck if it went down for me
