Tara H (@tarahils) reported@santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤

Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.
-
Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That you’d prevent my DD’a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

𝐮𝐧𝕩𝐪. (@uniiqverse) reported@santanderuk Issue is why are you not giving away money like your mate @AskNationwide
-
jo (@5arstudent) reported@santanderuk I desperately need access to my current account and then to switch out of your bank as a matter of urgency. I don’t even understand how this is legal.
-
Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk For the record, you withholding MY money from me & preventing my bills from being paid isn’t an “inconvenience”. The fact that not a single notification was sent to me, nor is there anything on my account to show there’s a block makes it even worse.

Garry Peat (@RidgewayRam) reported@santanderuk what the hell is happening with Cahoot? Just opened an account and it has opened 19 accounts and still going? Had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to close the first 9 down but have now given up. Very stressful and concerned about a scam
-
Zoe Kennedy (@zoekennedy) reported@santanderuk Thank you, it’s Carnoustie and Google tells me it’s a Friday, is that right? Also, I can’t take her until June, is that likely to be an issue? I am just wondering if I need to email to let the bank know her account will need to stay locked until then?

Sorare Rhino (@FifaThing) reported@santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me

Artur (@Kirjakulov) reportedUsing a UK bank, @santanderuk in my case, I have to click 3 times "Yes, I am sure what I am doing, not, I am not being scammed, just make the fking transaction." This is what happens when government overregulates stuff. UX drops to absolute ****.
