KJ Villa (@KJVilla88) reported@santanderuk You seem to have some of the worst customer service out there. Impossible to get through on the phone - I’ve had several 30+ min waits and still not been able to speak to someone. And the chat bot is terrible with no real advisers. Just awful.

The funny thing is the scam money was blocked and didn’t go through the scammers, but it’s not been returned to his account. Can you help pls?
