@santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

The fact that banks don’t transfer money on weekends shows how much more we have to do as a human civilisation. What if people’s family’s are starving and someone sent them money to help. Now they have to wait an entire day. So damn broken.. @santanderuk @BBCNews @elonmusk

Disgusting behaviour from @santanderuk - completely and suddenly cut my overdraft due to being on MATERNITY LEAVE - of course my circumstances have TEMPORARILY changed. Really disappointing service to a loyal customer and especially a new mum in this pandemic.

@santanderuk you block me from being able to spend my own money on pay day , make me call 5 times and leave me on hold for over an hour to just hang up and say your lines are now closed cheers for that !
