  @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

  Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

  @santanderuk Thanks for the apologies, it would be better if management knew we were thinking of leaving because we won't wait 20 mins every time we need to speak to someone with a problem that can't be resolved with a pointless chat bot or automated system.

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
