@santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

@santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

@santanderuk Dont you want new Students to open bank accounts? Child been asked for proof of course which sadly doesnt have her FULL NAME & ADDRESS. Then the upload portal doesnt work & the phone line asks for bank account number she doesn't yet have. Can the Branch help?

@santanderuk we have been very let done by Santander while on holiday in Italy. Blocked the wrong credit card on our account- now we need to continue our holiday without use of our card facility. Support team unable to rectify their error. Totally unacceptable service.
