    @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only Β£235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

    @santanderuk They ask for ID, I sent. Ask for proof of address, I sent. Now they want visa?? Why not ask for everything at once?? 3 letters I have sent and is not enough?? For a current client?? And on the branches they give no help?? Is @santanderuk deliberately trying to make things hard??

    @santanderuk do your online customer service people have to handle more than 1 chat at a time? I'm just wondering why I keep having to wait 7 or 8 minutes to get a response with no idea if they've gone off to make a cup of tea or are still there?

    @santanderuk your customer service is shambolic. I have a new debit card I cannot use and cannot get through to anyone. I literally cannot buy anything as your banks are also shut.

    Hey @santanderuk , I have banked with you for over 25 years. If I remember right I have never defaulted on any loans mortgage or DDs …..Ever! In 2022 you you blocked access twice for absolutely no reason at all causing me issues.1/2….

    @MartinSLewis you need to sort your website out if you're putting links to bank switches that are out of date by 2 days. False advertising. @santanderuk you need to do the right thing and increase your compensation to Β£175 this is your employees error tellinge all was in place

    @santanderuk thank you for NOT giving me the Β£175 bank switch money that I signed up for. 2 customer service agents, one in December and one 2 weeks ago said everything was in place & confirmed money would be in my account. Now you say I'm not entitled to it. Appalling

    @santanderuk I keep getting emails about a current account application that I haven’t initiated. I replied to them email to let you know but apparently you don’t monitor replies. I tried chat but it’s a robot that has no clue what I’m talking about. Help.
