    @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

    @santanderuk can you help. My house buyer is having unbelievable problems with you getting his mortgage approved. Perfect credit rating, perfect finances, high earner, 50% deposit and you keep asking for more documents? This is preventing my house sale and causing massive stress

    @kjb2106 @santanderuk No, they didn’t contact me about it after I spoke to them, I’d like to know myself too, can only assume it was via a data breach on another website. I’ll certainly keep a closer eye on my account in future!

    @santanderuk My card was used by a fraudster at edreams to pay for edreamspremium and instead of you trying to resolve the issue you asked me to contact edreams to resolve the issue when your security failed because you should have message me to request to approve the transaction

    @santanderukhelp As I say, I will be taking it further once I have the transcript to the call. You obviously treat a lot of customers poorly with your low customer service rating. @santanderuk need to do better, much better.

    leaving @santanderuk after 33 of personal and business banking with them. Their service today was diabolical and no one seems interested to hear about it (ie no reply to phone or live chat and no email address provided to complain). I'm off!
