Would strongly suggest everyone close their @santanderuk accounts and move elsewhere. They're once again going to be trying to block crypto and dictate how we can spend our money. It's clear they have anti crypto bias when they block that but freely allow gambling/betting sites.

@santanderuk utterly abysmal service. Despite physically handing over 3 forms of identity in a branch over a week ago & posting copies 3 weeks ago, my credit card application is expired and has left a mark on my file. I'd call to complain but last time i did i was cut offr

@santanderuk great results but at the price of non-existent customer service, the ceo gives himself a big pat on the back and stonking bonus $$$$

@BanklessHQ @santanderuk But until fraud rates come down, Banks will use the only tools they have like limits. Think of it like the Fed and interest rates. It's a blunt instrument but it's the only one they have

@Sparky07620347 @santanderuk Instead of paying huge fees to those idiots And and Dec, why don’t you use the money you paid them to help your customers who have been scammed and desperately need help? These scammers are so clever and those two are dancing around like circus clowns.
