@santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy

@santanderuk Has anyone else had problems with Santander rejecting payment to and existing mandate and then blocking your account for a 48 hour review period? Also waiting literally hours to speak to their security team? Truly terrible customer service :((
