Hey @santanderuk have you considered adding hot crypto wallets to online banking accounts so people can store their fiat and crypto in your infrastructure? you could make money on the transaction fees and it will help crypto be accepted in to the mainstream

@santanderuk Very poor customer service. Disconnected 3 times on 0800 028 4055 opt 5, the 4. Then when I do get through to someone after waiting for 15 mins they hang up on me 😡

@santanderuk when are you opening your branches on a Saturday, now that every other shop/job is open? Unable to get to a branch mid week due to working. Yes I can use the machines and online, but there are times it is easier to go in.

@santanderuk What is your UK email address for customer support? I have been waiting 8 months for a DSAR request response and it's getting ridiculous! I cannot send a letter at the moment so need ot email copies of correspondence.

Spent over an hour today trying to get hold of a @santanderuk mortgage adviser. As a self-employed person, I can't apply to increase my mortgage online, but it's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. What to do? Don't you have a chat service @santanderuk?!

@santanderuk Am trying to transfer from 123 account to ISA online. Get error message cannot transfer at this time. Chat option is useless can you help?
