The chat service doesn't respond to queries & entering information through the phone doesn't work either. If you want to keep customers give a good service.

  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Your customer service is awful. I,need to pay a bill urgently and your app is down. I,then go to the web page and I can't log in without the app. Your customer service number doesn't work on the weekend. Just bad service #service #CustomerService

  Absolutely dreadful service from @santanderuk. I have been trying to contact their fraud department for getting into two hours now with no success. 👎👎👎👎

  @JohnJamesDuffy @santanderuk Hope you've managed to get through and sorted? My partner spent hours last week trying to get through to Lloyds. Banking customer service these days is absolutely useless, so much for progress! They just don't seem bothered or interested. It was much better years ago.

  Nice one @santanderuk , changing the 123 current account to only pay interest if you now have 2 direct debits. How does that help some of your most vulnerable customers that only pay a care home fee by direct debit? #reallynotimpressed

  @santanderuk @ScuderiaFerrari @twinklresources It’s been nearly 1 month since you have stopped my card , nobody contacted me and I can get through to you ! Appalling service I just want to pay my balance and cancel the card !! Worst card company I have ever dealt with !
