    Hello @santanderuk / @santanderukhelp, what on earth is going on with the customer 'service' in your Corporate Bank? Their incompetence is beyond belief. Even letters to Mike Regnier appear ignored, and what I hoped would be a smooth transition to @LloydsBank is a nightmare....

    . @santanderuk can’t log into my online banking & can’t book my Tesco food shop because of issues contacting the bank. Sort it out!

    @santanderuk @santanderuk what a terrible bank, customer service non-existent, local branch don’t want to know, tried so many numbers, got a fraud problem which is their problem, thank god I don’t bank with them!!!
