    @santanderuk hi I have locked myself out of online banking but need to make a transfer to someone I have already set up - can I call telephone banking to do this even though I’ve requested new log in details for my online?

    Why is @santanderuk service so agravating. App hasn't worked for 2 days, I try to log in online but I need to confirm on the app that doesn't f**** work. I phone them, go through the usual bollox only to be cut off before you speak to someone. GRR, they'll run the country next!

    @santanderuk I've been trying to extend the term of my Santander mortgage but it is has taken so long and been handled so inefficiently that I no longer qualify as the ONS qualification criteria has changed. Appalling service.

    @santanderuk I can no longer physically bank with santander, the worst opening hours for your branches makes it impossible for me to attend any branch. 0930hrs - 1500 hrs. You're becoming lazier and lazier and this is just ridiculous for customers. I'm switching.

    @santanderuk True, it happened to me with a Spanish bank, BBVA. look out since they won’t do a damn thing about shutting down the scam artist’s account or getting your money back
