@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk This is the most awful case of a really ******, horrific & negligent bank, bank customer service and bank security. My Lord! May you be served justice with the return of YOUR money and identity! 🙏🏽

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK I’m so sorry you had this happen to you. Shocking that the gym and bank have been so unhelpful. Please do not give up. The kind of service you have experienced needs to be exposed far and wide so others can decide who they want to trust with their business.

@MorganBroadcast OMG this is terrible and @santanderuk have made the situation so much worse by trying to contact you on your stolen phone. Try the ombudsman. Good luck

@MorganBroadcast I'm a @santanderuk customer and this morning received an email suggesting I download their app for my mobile. After reading the replies to this thread - no way.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK This is absolutely disgusting. I'm so sorry for your distress. But i am not surprised. It seems that everyone in UK customer facing roles just don't bother doing their job anymore. And their managers likewise. Take them to claims court.

@santanderuk over 1h Phone call Waiting to pay a settlement figure, still no answer. Trying to pay online - doesn’t work. Waiting for over 30 min on website live chat, still waiting. The CHAPS details your provided are not recognised by the bank. This is absolutely insane!

@MorganBroadcast This is awful for you, I cannot believe @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK have acted solely in their own interest with zero regard for you. I hope your twitter presence and responses help in getting justice. I was recently scammed at a cashpoint. 1/2

@santanderuk How about you set up an email enquiry line for people stuck using your sh!t service from abroad? I've now been on the mobile at nearly €1@ a minute for half an hour trying to speak to one of your idiots because your systems in Germany don't work

@krissysbooked @santanderuk It's not just Santander after reading Charlotte's thread I checked my Barclays app & I can get access to my pin if I fill in the correct details, which is very worrying if my card & phone are ever stolen together. Esp considering how easy it was for the thief in Charlotte's case

@ashleyfryer @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Agreed! Horrifying. The fact that Santander's app gives access to the PIN too seems particularly unwise.
