    @MartinSLewis I am buying a £50k car but feel @santanderuk are putting me at risk with there cash Transfer operation as they’re telling me to transfer call over consecutive days instead of one large payment when I am in the garage premises. Can you help with a solution?

    Hey @santanderuk, I’m abroad and ATMs are saying you’ve declined my transaction. Problem is how to get through to you from abroad when your phone lines say this is going to be a long long wait, and your chat says no agents available. Appalling service.

    @santanderuk honestly you need to sort yourselves out, I need help urgently and I myself am unable to get through on the phones, we need 24 hour call centres for our banking, for any problem, not what currently is in operation. if you fine myself for the problem I’m not paying.

    As ever utterly sh*tty service from Santander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 730pm and stuck on hold 30 mins already (with 1 nasty music box tune and no queue indicators) when you block my entire online banking access for a simple £100 online transaction even after OTP verify

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp you need to be made aware how shocking your solicitors enact are. They are delaying us from completing and causing so much stress. Your own solicitors. Why can’t we get another extension before we lose everything. Please help
