@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

Awful difficulties trying to openan account with @santanderuk Endless emails and requests which are duplicated. Timeouts on uploads and ONE hour waits on the phone !

@santanderuk Great when you spend 3 hours trying to speak to someone. Called up numerous times, call has been ended/hung up. On 2 occasions i asked for the advisor to call me back should it happen again,nothing.Great when your online bankings blocked and cant access your money!

Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Still waiting after 45 mins for someone to discuss the mishandling of a complaint. It appears you’re all too shy to speak to me & a very junior customer service advisor is having no luck in encouraging someone senior to take the call. Oh dear.
