    @santanderukhelp Problem not resolved. Was told a goodwill gesture of £50 would be paid into my account last week, it hasn't been. Can't use card. Can't make transfers. @LloydsBank please take me back! After 17yrs with you I moved to @santanderuk and it's been terrible since day one!!

    @santanderuk #FCA disgusting service from your Mortgage department, followed up on complaints, but still no help from you. If you apply for something honour it. Wouldn't recommend you to anyone, customer lost for life. Poor service, complaints couldn't wait to get off phone

    @santanderuk trying to make a loan application online and your site keeps crashing and so tried calling and that doesn’t work either. The tried using chat function and response was no one is available. How do you actually get hold of anyone????

    @santanderuk please, when are you going to add back the ability to view pending payments in the Android app?!?! It's a rrpita logging into the website only to be directed back at the app to approve the web login. Ridiculous!

    @TakeFive @santanderuk Tell that to Santander, they lock pensioners bank accounts and stop them getting access to their pensions.
