  @santanderuk really are letting me down. Due a refund after paying off old car. Over a month to get it but it was short. Contacted them and they apologised for THEIR mistake and said it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days… that was 17 days ago and still no refund.

  @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

  @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames I’m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I can’t access my money for “10 working days” die you bastards.

  @bancosantander @TSB @santanderuk So lay off the staff, as part of a cost cutting exercise, then purchase another bank. Wow. This tsb customer won't make a difference when he closes down his account but I hope many do the same an go elsewhere

  @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk the worst banking service ever My card is damaged and ordered a new one, it’s been more then 24 hours and still I cannot access a new card for online transaction. Moreover, no proper response on the help centre as well.

  Anyone having issues with Santander Uk mobile banking app ? Screen blank , have deleted and re uploaded , issues remain. @santanderukhelp @santanderuk
