    @Lockdown317 @santanderuk Luckily for me the useless ***** at @santanderuk have frozen my account just because, as a new customer, I deposited as small business cheque. It’s proven really helpful to catch up after lockdown & furlough. They really are incredibly thoughtless.

    SCAM received to my mobile @santanderuk obviously not from you, but FYI from 07909758527 - SANTANDER: A new device has been registered and payment requested. If this was NOT DONE BY YOU PLEASE VERIFY YOUR DEVICE: then gives a site to click to verify fake fake fake .

    @StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

    @santanderuk your liverpool lord street branch has some of the most miserable and rude staff i have ever come across. I don’t know how they get away with talking to customers who are simply asking questions about your products so abruptly and like its a huge inconvenience. Awful

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk I am so disappointed in your fraud protocols. I reported a fraud while the transaction were still pending in the hope it would be stopped. 3 days down the line I have no money no card and the case hasn’t even been investigated yet. I just want this over with.
