@santanderuk absolutely fuming. Over an hour waiting h to make a payment. Lady takes my details then puts me on hold for another 30 mins and I get cut off at 8pm because you close. Awful awful customer service 😡

i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.

Some advice: DO not invest your money with @santanderuk . They block your account when you want to withdraw your OWN money and stop the transactions!!! #criminals

@santanderuk Cant pay for anything online AGAIN. Rung customer services numerous times, on hold for half an hour every time and still no reply. Sbocking service!
