@santanderuk Santander 123 has been ok for me for years, Only problem is, having your customer service staff working from home is awful, long wait times, staff blaming their slow computer, poor sound quality etc. Get this sorted and you’ll be ok again.

@mommmy33333 @antanddec @santanderuk What do you want them to do exactly? And why you in particular? Not trying to be rude, genuinely want to know. It’s a very long shot they’ll see your tweets and want to pay for your university. Slightly better chance if you have a really good reason to help

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have tried multiple times to get through to your call centre, I am running out of time to sort a balance transfer **** up that means I have double the amount I wanted to balance transfer on my Santander card! Impossible to sort out online as well!

@LauraBerrillPR @Matronincharge @santanderuk Same happened with NatWest. DON'T CLOSE even if you transfer most of your business elsewhere. Get as many accounts you can Never know when one bank becomes impossible/closes the account for no reason.

@santanderuk ok, after 4 hours on the phone over 5 calls, 2 Twitter staff, 6 call staff all unable to action refund despite seeing the error. 2 dispute refs, 1 complaints ref and no promised call back I've emailed consumer help at the Guardian and copied you in. #santanderuk
