    @santanderukhelp another hour has passed and my daughter is still waiting to speak to a fraud advisor. This is just awful. Shameful that #santanderuk can’t provide a decent helpline for customers who have been victims of fraud

    @santanderuk what a absolute joke of a banking organisation! How can u leave a buisness for 11 weeks with access to there own account? No one to contact u say! Not in this day and age your effectively going to close a buisness with your slack buisness….

    @santanderuk why is your customer service so appalling, 5 hours today and still not spoken to a real person. First direct have been very helpful, just hope you are ready with compensation.

    @santanderuk fair play! 2 hours on the phone setting up an overseas standing order which never happened just to be told this week “this is not possible”. You’re an overseas bank yet I can’t send money consistently to@my wife and with out problems every flamin week 😳 grrrrrr 🙁

    It’s disgraceful that @santanderuk are penalising self employed people who worked hard to continue growing their business during the pandemic, purely because they accepted a single grant of support. A grant that barely covered anything. How is that fair?! Where’s the humanity?!

    @santanderuk Moving towards all digital,closing branches earlier,now from 30June you will charge for customer service calls; surely hitting the most vulnerable in society who cannot afford unlimited call contracts and the elderly using landlines. Closing my accounts now.

    . @santanderuk I am getting very cross with your appalling customer service. Please recommend a way of contacting you about an online account set up. This was sold to me as "the easiest way" in branch!!
