    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Most modern banking apps have the pin available in the app under manage cards. If they were able to move money they probably had access to your banking app

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

    @MorganBroadcast Oh wow Charlotte this is terrible I am so sorry to read this. I am grateful that you have posted this as I cautionary note as my daughter was looking at opening a student bank account and was thinking of @santanderuk as they give a Railcard when opening an account.
