    @santanderuk what ridiculous chat service on the mobile phone app! I used the chat service yesterday afternoon.... it was replied to this morning! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service!

    @santanderuk you have sloppy security procedures. Should it really take 15 minutes to try to log in?? Disgraceful service

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so after contacting me you still couldn’t help me either - 8 hours blocked accounts for no reason, no support, no customer services - appalling absolutely appalling service
