@santanderuk Changed my name on my mortgage at my local branch a few weeks ago but still getting the wrong name on letters. Can't get through on the phone & no time to visit again atm. This is causing problems with other agencies. Any help..?

@BarclaysUKHelp Managed to get payment sorted, but not via your CHAPS service. Saying @santanderuk 's details couldn't be verified. Your branch colleague was justifiably nervous about hitting send as was I. Paid by cheque in Santander. Saved £25 CHAPS fee, but probably covers our expenses today!
