  @santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk so disappointed that during a period of crisis the only support you can give a loyal customer of 10+ years is to put them in to debt. Please do better.

  I NEED HELP. @santanderuk has completely locked me out of my bank account and is telling me I need to go back to England to show my ID or get a power of attorney. I need to apply for my lease but I don't have access to my online banking to get a bank statement.

  @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
