I phone them, go through the usual bollox only to be cut off before you speak to someone. GRR, they'll run the country next!

Please convey to your mysterious “back office team” that I will be moving to another bank as soon as I can. I would hate to take them by surprise and end up destitute - again.

I spend half my time on hold, the other half being passed around only to be cut off. Best part is I’m only at account application stage, what the hell will it be like when you have my ££!!
