    @SeeItSayItDoggo @santanderuk @TfL Ah, fair enough. Would be nice to see it updated for mobile payments at some point though. Of course, I'd rather they fixed whatever the issue with the app and my account that renders it useless, then I wouldn't need to tap in with any payment mechanism!

    @santanderuk do you care about customer service any more? Waiting in a queue for your hidden counters to simply pay in a cheque as machines don’t work. At least 4 ‘greeting’ staff floating around doing nothing. 2 people serving at counter. Baffling

    Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp wondering why you think it’s OK to have blocked my account without warning for an admin error you’ve admitted to? It’s been a week now. I can’t pay my rent, can’t pay my bills, can’t seem to find anyone who cares.

    Like any good developer though, I'm not deterred by this. @santanderuk bikes have a website, right? I bet I can enter my card details there, and my phone browser will auto-fill my card details. Genius! Off to their site I go...

    Just had the worst customer service experience with @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 45 mins of complete uselessness!The advisor did not have a clue how to deal with my enquiry (simple ISA / new account). Get a grip of your agents Santander! I will never bank / invest with you! 😡😤

    So I made a atm dispute with @santanderuk and I was told I will get my money within two days it’s been two days now absolute waste of time service

    I get a reply 6 weeks later saying that it has been passed on to the @santanderuk bike app team. That was November. I've not heard back since. And I still can't login to the app.

    @santanderuk Re last tweet Because of the appalling service I now want to close the account they initially opened but can’t! Can’t speak to anyone because I haven’t got an online ID because I haven’t reached that stage. All I wanted was to transfer an existing ISA.
