    @santanderuk been on hold for 60 minutes now and not spoke to anyone about my issue. My local bank can’t help me. I know everywhere is short staffed but this is ridiculous.

    @santanderuk the one time password system has not been working. As in the password are not sent to the numbers even after requesting for it three time. It will say that it is sent but nothing is received. Just wondering what to do case I can't pay for anything online.

    @santanderuk When I called you, it says you are experiencing technical issues and the call was cut. I sent the money from my Santander account to my other account for a payment today, 2 hours ago, still waiting it to arrive on my other account. Will I get compensation if I missed the payment?

    @santanderuk no help available for my money that’s literally disappeared into thin air? Can’t get anyone on the phone or online? No answers as to where my money is. Once my money is found I will be leaving the bank always been terrible!!!!

    @santanderuk I’ve sent a payment from my account to a Monzo account and nothing has come through? I then can’t get through to customer service. I’d like an explanation as to where my money has gone.

    If anyone banks with @santanderuk they’re having issues with faster payments at the moment so hold off until they sort it. I’ve got two faster payments currently in the ether until they sort it which is annoying ‘cause I don’t have money in my other accounts. 😓
