    @santanderuk Hi we have a problem setting back up our online banking after having to delete app after a security scare . We have the new passwords but an old mobile is registered which we can’t remember , what number can we ring for help ?

    It's been two years and my wife has yet to get her refund from the holiday she booked with Truly Travel. No-one seems to be helping us. We keep getting passed pillar to post. Please help @santanderuk @ATOLprotected @UK_CAA Not sure the Travel Trust Association is on Twitter

    @santanderuk OMG the loan digital journal is awful - 1st stage is perfect & so easy to complete but the releasing of the funds goes back to snail mail post & technical glitches its a nightmare. 12 days later and still trying to resolve it - terrible journey

    @santanderuk by far worst bank out there today. Long time loyal customer and now no one will even speak to me. Avoid them or you’ll be left high and dry
