    @santanderuk I want open an Esaver account but I am totally confused as to how to do this online!! Your Sandi not is useless no online chat and I have been holding for 15 mins! Terrible service!

    Cannot thank @santanderuk enough for their help today! Woke up to a substantial amount of money fraudulently taken from my account and the fraud team and the team at the Harrogate branch were so helpful and reassuring. The money’s now been returned- thank you for all your help!

    @santanderuk Found a card in the street. Tried to let Santander know to inform customer... Impossible to get through the automated system... And they scan your phone number for your personal acc.. Not even related. Banking made difficult

    @santanderuk can't believe how difficult you make it to open an account for my 13 year old son. All he wants is somewhere to keep his savings and it's practically impossible to get help. One of your staff insisted he needs to ring. He's 13! I'm lucky he talks to me on the phone!

    @santanderuk the waiting time to speak to someone on the phone is awful. Absolutely awful, you push everyone todo everything online - how are your wait times this bad.
