@PeterMa33025602 @santanderuk We are pulling our hair out here mate imagine knowing 60 people haven't been paid and that repo agents are at the door due to lazy staff not bothering to just do their job! I have never seen anything like this! We will see what we can do is not acceptable for me or any customer!

@santanderukhelp @susanfdavies @santanderuk What happens if one of many staff fall ill to these issues your bank is causing and ends up mentally or physically sick will you guys be held liable or just not give a damn about this either? Are you sure you are a serious bank???!!

@santanderuk fuming! Tried to book flights and my card has been blocked and all access online banking blocked . Call centres closed . Now flights have doubled in price . Raging!

@alan_gibbons @santanderuk I called the bank last week and when the automated service asked what my call was about I said “fraud” they answered me within 15 seconds. Probably because it was going to cost them money. #truestory

@PeterMa33025602 @santanderuk I feel your pain I can't access my business account for the past 5 weeks 60 staff who can't be paid or feed their families and I am told we are looking into it!! Joke of a bank I can't access my own money and their is no branch access apparently. You might be waiting a while!
