    @HalifaxBank “UK property market cooling is short term” @michaeljburry where I have heard that before? is there another ‘big short’ in play? Who’s playing the short? I feel problems for liquidity with @santanderuk coming 2027 with there combined credit and mortgage products.

    Find it hard to believe how poor @santanderuk customer service is, been with them since Abbey National days (40+ years) unbelievably poor, certainly not the bank they were

    @santanderuk 45 minutes wait - so far - on your fraud line. Employ some staff will you. This is an abysmal level of 'service'.

    @santanderuk @bancosantander Absolutely shocking business banking service! A backlog in the back office is NOT an acceptable excuse to block a payment and all online banking. And a simple response “we don’t know how it will take…..”

    @David90shaw This is already happening if you use mobile banking apps, with the threat of restricted access to said app if you don't comply and upload photo id, thus forcing you into branches that are closing on a daily basis @santanderuk the latest do this.

    @santanderuk Has there been an issue with the banking app today? I have the page come up on my phone saying 'warning, transaction history may not be updated'
