    @santanderuk fix your ATM machines at Tottenham High Road branch. Seriously the customer service there is already horrendous and now all 3 ATM are down. What kind of service is this amkkkkkk

    @santanderuk Hello, I've just registered for your new boosts program. Just one comment about the drop-down menu - select Mr, Mrs, Ms or Miss. I'm Dr so I'm miffed. Please can this be sorted out?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk registering for Santander boosts, got to register my card and had to verify via app, went back to confirm verification on boosts page pressed verified this via app then it timed out. Can now log in but can’t get further as it says card is already

    @santanderuk having one member of staff working the counter every day is insane. There is a queue of 7 people and this isn’t just a one off. It’s every time I’ve come in here. Such a terrible bank.

    @santanderuk hi what happened to the incentive payment to switch account I've waited over 3 months and still nothing or should I just switch back as I've been lied to??????????? How many other customer have you stolen from other banks and still not paid this incentive too?

    Appalling service from @santanderuk - 2 hours on the phone trying to justify why I want to move money to my savings account with another bank! Result is I’m now barred out of online banking for 24 hrs until the ‘back office team’ decides if I can transfer my own money 🤬
