  @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service

  Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!

  @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

  @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………
