  @santanderuk The message was sent sometime before 9am this morning - still nothing. Why get in touch with a customer if they haven’t reviewed the complaint already??

  @DrChrisParry @santanderuk What annoys me about banks is they close down branches don’t want to speak to you, However you have money in your account you want to transfer it you have to log onto your account know all your passwords yet they decline and you have to speak to them.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎
