    @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

    @santanderuk CAN SOMONE ANSWER THE PHONES!!! I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE A CALL IN RELATION TO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT 60 STAFF ARE ABOUT TO LOSE THEIR JOBS AS I CAN NOT ACCESS MY OWN MONEY TO PAY THEM. WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT DOES NOT HELP FEED THE FAMILIES OF MY STAFF.

    @santanderuk I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 2 hours and there is no response to the online chat 25 minutes after the automatic response that I was being connected to an agent. Very poor customer service! Website options are poor not helpful!

    @santanderuk Santanderuk blocked my credit card & harassed me with phone calls & letters because I was £5 overdue. Yes I did forget because I was on jury service for 2 weeks. Shame on you. Such a nasty company.

    @santanderuk I can’t believe the shocking customer service my husband has had when trying to change his mobile number. Can’t change the number without sending a statement, can’t access the statement without his no longer active mobile number…not sure what we can do 😡
