@bberrybeth365 @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK The very fact that they have a security system in place that has failed makes them culpable in some way. Santander sounds like an awful bank to be with.

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Charlotte, so sorry to hear what happened to you. I joined twitter to specifically to complain about Santander. I’ve had compensation in the past due to their terrible security but had no idea its this bad. @santanderuk you need to address this urgently. Meantime, app deleted😡
