    @Marciathewriter @santanderuk Absolutely outrageous service you have received Marcia. The fact the twitter team on here couldn't pass your number to the said department for them to call you is beyond unprofessional and completely lazy. Hope you got it sorted.

    @santanderuk why do you call someone leave them on hold for 40 mins and then cut them off. Then ask to be called yourself and then fail to answer the phone kept on hold! Apparently it’s the fraud line as well - been over an hour now - shocking service!

    Just spent over 2 hours #onholdwith @santanderuk @santanderukhelp because they incorrectly withdrew our mortgage 2 days before we were due to exchange and they are not responding to our solicitor. As soon as I got through they hung up… Absolutely shocking customer service!
