    @santanderuk can't fix my problem without going to a bank! Can't visit a bank because the bank closes before I can get there and there aren't any I can just pop out to now most of them have closed. I've now been blocked out of my online account 🤯 great 👍

    @santanderuk I'm hugely disappointed with your customer service team. A quantity of 46 refunds were sent to me, from @Googlestadia, overnight and only 4 turned up. The other 42 were on a, now, expired debit card. Why can your CS team not help me? Why can they not explain ANYTHING

    Just called number on back my @Santanderuk credit card & number doesn't work, Just about sums up #Santander, They are honestly worst bank ever, I had nothing but trouble with them from the beginning (Why I just shut down all my accounts & was calling to cancel my credit card)

    @santanderuk I just joined Santander and I’m raging I switched now. I was on the phone a few weeks ago for 2 hours trying to find out why my card stopped working. Not even a txt or email since

    @santander_resp @santanderukhelp They have failed to assist for months now. Excluded me from discussions and progress of an attempted fraud on my account, and closed the complaint without including me. Your n house counsel has not responded to my direct letters, so must support @santanderuk collusion in fraud

    @HWarlow @santanderuk It is possible that the customer service staff member gave you the wrong information, perhaps unwittingly. I know in the past I have not always received accurate information on the telephone from organisation staff. People do make mistakes; it’s frustrating, but nobody’s perfect.

    @santanderuk santanderuk account has been blocked due to supposed fraudulent activity which it wasn’t. Now locked out of app and account, unable to help in store due to no photo ID on me and hours spent on hold on the phone with a small baby at home
