    @santanderuk I have now spent over four hours waiting to speak to your fraud team regarding my account in the last 24 hours. 4 of your colleagues have failed to help me. In the meantime I have no online access and you have total control over my money. May I have it back please?

    @santanderuk poor service this week. Blocked my account (assume due to some savings being moved) and on third attempt to speak to someone this week and failing due to HUGE waiting times #frustrated

    OMG @santanderuk your customer service is beyond shocking. 40 mins so far on phone and all I want to do is pay my cc balance as your online banking is not working and despite reporting technical issue with payments noone will help me!!! #movingmybalance elsewhere!!!

    @santanderuk need to speak a real person! Elderly family member has no access to working debit or credit cards, no response from emergency phonelines or online chat!

    Once again abysmal customer service from @santanderuk. My credit card disappears from online banking. I ask why - turns out security team want to talk to me about transactions. No notification, and I have to call myself and wait 40+ minutes on hold to resolve. Beyond useless.

    @santanderuk if you are going to block me transferring £10k of my own money to my own account at least have the decency to answer the phone when I call your fraud department as requested.. sick of hearing "very sory to keep you waiting" answer the phone!
