    My friend tried to transfer money from the @santanderuk to US today and they wouldn’t let it go through. On the phone for 2 hours and still didn’t work. If you can’t access your money from a bank what worth is it?

    @santanderuk my husbands card has been declined with available funds. Waiting to talk to customer services for 1.5 hours with an extra cut off for good measure - shocking customer services.
