Beurgeois Gentilhomme (@boudhabyebye) reported@santanderuk what a joke. I went to a Branch as indicated on your website for a change of address abroad. And the only thing that these people had to tell me was: you need to send the document by mail. What a joke. And you charge 3.5% of interest rates on mortgages… jokers

Francis Kinsler (@fdkin1) reported@FastEddieGB @MartinSLewis @santanderuk The local branch helped me out today and did it for me but apparently the interest rate has gone down today from 2% yesterday to 1.5% today. I started out hoping to get 2.75% on eSaver special up to 1 November but that wasn't available on 31/10 and ended up with 1.5%. Not happy.

Instead they punish their customers by reporting a missed payment on a card LITERALLY straight away, BUT take a month - 6 wks to send updates through to your credit file??!!! “Sorry nothing we can do” they said!
