    @santanderuk why is it impossible to report a lost or stolen credit/debit card when you’re abroad & not using your uk mobile phone number so can’t receive code to log onto online banking?

    @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎

    @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but it’s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it won’t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949

    @santanderuk How about a scumtracker? A bank that refuses its customer to withdraw money for a bike deserves to be marked as scum.

    Absolutely SHOCKING service from @santanderuk Don’t bother banking with them. They can’t manage a simple request, tell lies constantly and waste my time. Absolutely livid! 😡

    @santanderuk why is your app not updating. I triggered an update over 15 minutes ago and still it says ‘waiting’. How am I to break the loop as now I cannot access it?
