    Can’t believe how useless @santanderuk have been in repaying people scammed by easy tickets / simple ticketing / mb promotions. Completely different with @HalifaxBank and they could not have been more helpful. The same issue resolved in opposite ways. Speaks volumes.

    @santanderuk Blimey you make it hard to open an new account. Branch is too busy to help. Phones just cut off. Chat function is a machine. Is there anyone there?

    @KevC_Derby @santanderuk Im still waiting for my payment. I meant more recently. Nationwide have been my only bank since a teenager and always been fine but then last few months the app seems to crash a lot or have some issue. Hopefully it gets fixed. Haha that £140 is tempting!
