    @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

    @santanderuk I was on hold for 55 minutes yesterday, and passed to 3 different staff members. I couldn't care less where you are attend - get your priorities in order and sort your **** out.

    Hi @santanderuk I am overseas and you have blocked a payment, I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours. Its nearly 11pm. When did your customer service levels reach this standard, horrendous!!! The worst experience ever. On hold for ever, same hold music, annoying auto prompt wow!!

    @santanderuk my wife and I have been taking turns listening to the same track whilst on hold for 5hours. You blocked our app and web access for making a payment even though I approved it via phone call, no access to anything, now after the latest 1:30 minutes waiting you close …

    The @santanderuk address change function is awful! I can't just put in my new post code, I have to try and correctly guess which bit of my new address they think goes in unmarked mandatory fields. I have failed. @HLInvest was on the other hand entirely straightforward, thanks!

    @santanderuk 2 missed calls from a technical support number 0845 600 4388 but when i ring back i get told to phone another number as this is no longer used yet still can't get through. Can someone assist please???

    @clevybencheton @santanderuk Oh, £75 wouldn't even justify the pain that was inflicted on me having to hear this bloody automated voice interrupting the music every 20sec. If it would just be the music - I genuinely think it would be easier to keep holding and working next to it. But this way...Argh!!!
