@Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

Anyone else not able to pay their @tescobankhelp credit card via the app using a @santanderuk debit card? Both companies saying the problem is with the other! And now. Santander trying to say the problem’s with Vodafone! I’m so angry now I feel like closing both accounts!

@santanderuk @HSBC_UK absolutely terrible service from both banks. A mix up with a balance transfer meant vote banks now have the same debt for me and are charging interest on it. Absolutely pathetic. And both point finger at each other. Good luck trying to get any help on phone.

@santanderuk It is a shame @santanderuk does not care about existing customers. Opening another business account is mission impossible for this organisation. I am very disappointed with the service I have receiced over the recent weeks.

@santanderuk really disappointed and surprised that you don't allow cheques to be paid in by app since so many UK banks now do. Do you have a date for when this service will be available? If not, I may need to move my bank account.

@santanderuk you called me for an appointment re my mortgage and hung up after one ring. After 20 years with you it has been a difficult and slow process to discuss our mortgage. Generally not impressed

@santanderuk The impact is where you block customers access to all accounts for 4 months and counting for a single disputed business transaction. Average over half an hour to try to speak to someone. I've been with these guys for 20 years plus, but will be closing my account shortly. Hopeless

@santanderuk You are the worst bank. My boyfriend’s card keeps getting duplicated (clearly an inside job!). You left him with no access to cash. You then gave him £200 compensation but have now taken it back! Sickening service.

@santanderuk Your Switch and £130 cash back has turned out to be a huge con!! Filled in the Switch form as directed on your website for an existing account and now being told it had to be an external a/c which had to be closed within 60 days. I can't close an account
