    @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

    Used to think @santanderuk was a **** show if a bank then @monzo came along and said “hold my beer”. Complete and utter **** show.

    @santanderukhelp Well that's a reply - it is completely impossible to tell whether a call is genuine or not as your numbers are just a 0808 or 0800 number - was not offered the call back number - this should be standard procedure so your @santanderuk identity can be verified.

    @Tesco @santanderuk @MastercardUK has anyone else had an issue booking a delivery slot and having your card declined. The bank inform me I have no issue on my account and to try again in a couple of hours. Done but still no success. Any advice appreciated.

    Almost 2 weeks since I've been able to pay in any money to my @santanderuk bank account. Customer service is awful, so since they don't want my money, can someone reccomend a decent bank? I'll be switching asap.
