Ian Cranston (@cranston65) reported@santanderuk @santanderukhelp perhaps you could explain an issue I still have with international transfers - there appears to be no way to see transfers that are currently processing or are pending - these MUST be clearly & easily visible against my account

Otis, Flash & Rainbow Benji & Charlie🌈 (@Otis_labrador) reportedMum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

Velvet Twenty (@velvettwenty) reported@santanderuk @bancosantander Absolutely shocking business banking service! A backlog in the back office is NOT an acceptable excuse to block a payment and all online banking. And a simple response “we don’t know how it will take…..”

JDub🏴✊🏻🇬🇧🇺🇸🇮🇪🇦🇺✊🏻 (@GitNo1Baby64) reported@santanderuk @TSB @santanderuk SORT YOUR CHEQUE DEPOSIT FROM PHONE ISSUES, THE SCANNING NEVER FKN WORKS!!!!!!

Stuart Barker (@stubarkermfc) reported@santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.
-
Tara H (@tarahils) reported@santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤
-
AP (@andyparsons3) reported@santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you

mia - working in Mental health peer support. (@Mia10975) reported@santanderuk Has there been an issue with the banking app today? I have the page come up on my phone saying 'warning, transaction history may not be updated'

Garry Peat (@RidgewayRam) reported@santanderuk Yes we will email you but this needs reporting to FSCS and financial ombudsman as the service we are getting is nothing short of appalling. Promises to call back but don’t and still can’t access our money despite requesting a transfer to an account in the same name …. Sigh 😞

@roadworksauditoruk (@roadworkauditor) reported@santanderuk As you can imagine having her stuff stolen in the first place was very distressing then to be let down by her own bank was the final straw !
