@Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

@santanderuk has the WORST online banking help (never works) and is completely unreachable by phone. Waiting on a call for approximately the 100th time for well over 2 hours for another rude, unhelpful customer support person to spend 30 seconds with me.

Shockingly bad experience with @santanderuk in trying to open a joint account. Two months of wait, errors on their part only to be told that our application and credit check validity has expired. So glad that @LloydsBank and @monzo are still my main accounts. #NeverSwitching

@santanderuk your customer service is shocking , my mother's bank account was wiped out fraudulently yesterday no notification or text from the bank , she's a pensioner recovering from cancer treatment, awaiting bills to be paid and pension to be paid in yet total disregarded

@SueSuezep @LloydsBank Then in front of the queue demanded my debit card for shredding in front of everyone .. I went to Alliance & Leicester which is now @santanderuk been with them for 13 years and not one single issue, great bank
