@Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

Dear @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I hate to complain over Twitter it’s just too public but sometimes organisational negligence needs calling out. My mum lost her husband of over 50 years in April and she’s been trying to get access to their shared bank account ever since…

@santanderuk is there a problem with your online system? I'm trying to move funds from one account to another and it's saying insufficient funds, despite there being enough funds. It's driving me potty.

Nice one @santanderuk , changing the 123 current account to only pay interest if you now have 2 direct debits. How does that help some of your most vulnerable customers that only pay a care home fee by direct debit? #reallynotimpressed

In November I paid 5.84% and someone who paid you a monthly fee paid 5.10% . They now pay 10% and I pay 25%. We both have the overdraft with you @santanderuk how is it ethical to charge one customer 15% more for the same service
