@Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

Customer service helplines havent improved in 2022, 35 minutes on hold so far - I do have opther things to do. Employ more staff please. Todays its @santanderuk 😠 tomorow some other company, they dont care.

@santanderuk still having problems in Chrome on my business account. Whenever I go to the access payees screen it just goes blank. I’m not accessing from a bookmark…
