    @Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Santander where the absolute pits when I went through a mortgage application with them about 9 years ago. Completely messed me about and I near lost the house I was looking to buy (I was also an existing mortgage customer at the time). Dreadful service. Would never use again.

    @santanderuk Please can you help and improve response timelines. Solicitors saying 3 weeks on average to simple enquires@on already approved lending. We are desperately waiting. Thankyou
