  @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk Thank you, it’s Carnoustie and Google tells me it’s a Friday, is that right? Also, I can’t take her until June, is that likely to be an issue? I am just wondering if I need to email to let the bank know her account will need to stay locked until then?

  @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare

  @santanderuk Another thing to pass on is this weird glitch Santander online has with bank transfers . When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎
