    @Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

    @santanderuk terrible service. Tried to withdraw cash. Went to 2 branches closed. Customer service appalling. 3 calls due to being cut off. 4 hours later no cash. Adviser could not get an answer from a branch I suggested. “I can’t help you” still ringing in my ears!

    @santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem

    @santanderuk really disappointed in your customer services. Yesterday i called the bank and it just rang for 20 minutes with no answer. Today i tried again and waited 30 minutes. I appreciate that every business is Covid affected, but those wait times are unacceptable

    Can’t get through to Santander. Waiting over 40 mins some days before I’m forced to hang up & head back to work. Online chat can’t help. How am I supposed to pay for anything with a suspended card? Unsuspend my card @santanderuk #PoorService #santander

    @santanderuk block my account for no reason, tell me to ring help desk and don't bloody answer! And shut their branches at daft o'clock! How am I actually meant to get my account unblocked?!
