    @santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA
