    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me

    @santanderuk Very disappointed Santander don’t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. It’s not good enough .

    @santanderuk yes, but why cant we do it on the app? thats what i asked. some people dont always have access to a computer

    @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?
