    Have been on the phone to @santanderuk for over 2 hours now 🙃 A lot of sat in silence either on hold or whilst things are ‘processing’. Exhausting on your ‘day off’ to have to spend so much of it on the phone for a problem you didn’t cause.

    @santanderuk Santander always seems to have these issues, whereas @monzo hardly ever does.
