    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've now been cut off 8 times including once when finally getting through to speak to somebody and they didn't the basic customer service to call me back when it was them who lost the call???

    @santanderuk you contact me to make me aware of some suspicious activity on my account, block my card and ask me to call you. Been on hold for the best part of an hour so far this is ridiculous

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I was on the phone for 100m to remove a block on my account. It was a regular payment. This is not acceptable. Your web chat team did not help and need more training. As a result, I will be closing my account as coupled with the batch closures, if both the internet/physical

    Oh dear @santanderuk , I’ve always said I’m happy with your service when many others moaned but not today. You clearly don’t want to help me by phone as wait time crazy and your robot on chat doesn’t understand my question. All I need is to get my new card!

    @santanderuk Has a contact line that takes hours to access then sends you down a dead line! I have money. I work! Who gave you the right to deny payment from MY ACCOUNT! I'm in credit with all accounts and the one I am tying to make payment to is a nationally recognised account!
