My friend tried to transfer money from the @santanderuk to US today and they wouldn’t let it go through. On the phone for 2 hours and still didn’t work. If you can’t access your money from a bank what worth is it?

@santanderuk instead of jumping on the ukraine band wagon why dont you sort out your customer service for UK customers.. the phone line cut out as soon as I got through and started speaking after waiting 40 minutes. DISGUSTING

Trying to get to work but @TFL @santanderuk cycles have 1. blocked my account without any warning, 2. won't let me log in to fix it, and 3. can't take a new card on the phone due to a bug. They also 4. Can't call me back to fix it when it is fixed....

@santanderuk please get your act together - I’ve just wasted 45 minutes of my evening on the phone to you because I tried to transfer some money from my Santander current account through the app, to my Tide business account and was blocked access to my account and app.
