    Some advice: DO not invest your money with @santanderuk . They block your account when you want to withdraw your OWN money and stop the transactions!!! #criminals

    @santanderuk Sent money to my daughter on 26/12/21 We are both existing customers. I used her maiden name in error. She has recently been married. The money left my account but she has not received it. How do we rectify this ?

    Getting increasingly frustrated with @santanderuk - unable perform transactions online and no chat or phone customer service agents available, nor can they help me in branch. A global financial institution should have ways of actually performing financial transactions!

    @santanderuk been on hold for 40 minutes with the fraud department . I think it time to be bold and change banks at this rate. Come on guys sort this delay out or at least offer a call back service !

    @santanderuk Cant pay for anything online AGAIN. Rung customer services numerous times, on hold for half an hour every time and still no reply. Sbocking service!

    @santanderuk really disappointed in your customer services. Yesterday i called the bank and it just rang for 20 minutes with no answer. Today i tried again and waited 30 minutes. I appreciate that every business is Covid affected, but those wait times are unacceptable

    @santanderuk your service is SHOCKING. I have been trying to speak to you since Friday and cannot get through. I have now been on hold for 40 minutes for the third time this week. Hire more staff!
