Hi @Airbnb_uk something up with you payment process with @santanderuk and/or @MastercardUK I get the payment verification in my Santander app but by that time your website has already said the payment has failed without showing the standard pop up. Worked fine with Visa CC.

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

@santanderuk finding it impossible to get any kinda of mortgage advice from you. Phoned 3 different phone numbers and turns out you can't get mortgage appointment in store and it has to be all done online? It's a mortgage! Why on earth can I not interact with a human being???

@santanderuk just received back my property Deeds (Includes legal docs , share certs etc etc.) all left in a ***** envelope on the doorstep. How DARE you return these documents in such a contemptible manner #apalled #santander #terrible
