    @santanderuk honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. I’ve been now waiting 30 minutes on the phone and still awaiting on someone to pick up.

    @franceschild @santanderuk It hurt to see on the phone bill about £30 for talking to someone, a real person at the time, who strung us along, knowing all the time that they couldn't do a thing to help. Yes, numbered mazes and being on hold for ages, having to listen to muzak and repetitive messages - gah!
