    @santanderuk Yo santander. Someone's used my card after everyone's gone home. What am I supposed to do? Your website says open 24/7 and its clearly not. So fraudsters can take note....use people's card after 6pm there's nothing anyone can do about it.

    @chickenruby @santanderuk Mine wasn’t a scam but over paid my gas & electric account by £4600 by mistake. Took 3 weeks to get it back and the bank didn’t want to help nor did the energy company until threatened with legal action

    @santanderuk Now been waiting for one week to resolve a login issue. No access to my account since Friday, that’s 6 days. Have spent 3.5 hours on the phone with 8 of your staff and am locked out of all transactions. Your service and duty of care to this customer is appalling.

    @santanderuk absolutely disgraceful and disgusting customer service (Newtownards) 2 months for an appointment for my grandson to open his own bank account 🤬🤬🤬 Well you not gaining a customer but losing two long standing Abbey customers and a potential new customer disgraceful

    More banking shenanigans this time with @santanderuk who have a daily online transfer limit but block payments before you get anywhere near it. Then after verifying everything with them they continue to block payments & even their own staff can't action the transfer! Ludicrous!

    @monzo your customer service is awful. 3 hours now sat in a car dealership waiting for you to increase my card payment limit. Being fobbed off with generic answers. @santanderuk can I come back please?

    @santanderuk fraud line is dreadful. Numbers on the website are wrong (closed contact centre followed by a changed number). Finally connects and rings out for more than 20 mins before I give up. No wonder fraudsters win.
