    @santanderuk Santander can **** right off, firstly they overcharged us by a long way for home insurance but worse was when we asked for a mortgage break due to funds during covid and were in other words told to **** right off. Thankfully I'm doing pretty good now but no thanks to Santander

    @santanderuk for over a week now your mobile app has been failing to open on IOS, showing Session timed out..reinstalled, same issue, works on 4g, not on wi-fi, issue is no 4g at home. Please fix it ASAP

    @santanderuk Just closed my 123 account with you . Charges for absolutely everything and you’ve closed 3 branches which were close to me . No thanks , I want a bank I can speak to , that values my custom and has customer service as a core value . You don’t care about your customers

    @santanderuk No thanks. I've learned my lesson with Santander. You regularly come off worst in customer satisfaction surveys for a reason. I would never bank with you again.

    @santanderuk I had your account for 20yrs. Just switched to @StarlingBank best move! Your account is 'stone age' in comparison! Your customer service process is poor too. 15 - 20 mins of automated nonsense before you can speak to a person! Not used Starling's CS, no need, as it works!

    @santanderuk I have been calling to speak to someone about my mortgage every day since the 1st September. Wait for over 40 minutes every time to be hung up on or go through to an automated voice telling me I can’t leave a message! Absolute joke! Went in to the branch and couldn’t help either!

    @santanderuk it’s really irritating in this day and age I have to travel to a bank to pay a cheque. It wasn’t annoying, of course, but then you closed down the 3 nearest branches to me!!!! Is it time to either A. Stop closing branches or B. Use mobile cheque deposit on your apps?
