    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    Morning, beautiful and ugly Associates all. Yesterday I sacked @santanderuk for absolute cuntery and they may never, never return. Excellent bankers, awful computer. Today it’s @LloydsBankBiz to choose between Profit and Redundancy. Wish them Luck. Haha.

    I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latter’s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

    @santanderuk yes, but why cant we do it on the app? thats what i asked. some people dont always have access to a computer

    @clairemenlove @santanderuk @TSB I’m going away tomorrow so not sure what I will do if it doesn’t arrive today, doesn’t help that the postal deliveries are sporadic around here

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.

    @santanderuk morning, is there an issue with online payments today? Trying to pay @MeliaHotelsInt but keep getting message The issuing bank cannot be contacted. Try again later I’ve already authorised payment from the banking App ??

    @AskVirginMoney It didn't. I rang the number, it said to fill in the form online and to wait 30 days. Why are you so terrible with service? @NatWestGroup @santanderuk want a new customer?

    @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account
