Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck ๐ก

We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. That is quite unacceptable and my little business has lost money as well as hindering ability to access credit.

They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

Gillian (@sandygill_) reported@santanderuk @TSB How about sorting out your bug-ridden, slow, clunky, almost always crashing (usually in the middle of setting up a payment), impossible to log-out of (although it randomly and inconvenient logs you out), ap?!

Rob Tompkins (@tomp_tuba) reported@santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you donโt have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.
