@cymboi @santanderuk Spoke to them yesterday about this, asked why no warning, they said everyone got a text/ email,. Really! Virtually impossible to do online banking on a 4” phone Santander. I’ll await my new phone.

@santanderuk put a block on my #internetbanking due to some ‘strange activity’…happy to know that they react quickly to that type of thing ✅ However, I’ve now been on hold for 1hr 17 mins, waiting to talk to someone. This is very very poor @santanderukhelp #CustomerService

@santanderuk hi my mum has been SCAMMED . She’s been holding on phone for nearly 2 hours to report to you. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Shes 83 years old! Terrible service
