    @santanderuk shocking call centre assistance ! Suspicious activity, need reporting to block any payments and no answer, despite trying to call for bloody ages !

    Hi @santanderuk @bancosantander after 4.5 hours I still have been unable to get through to your security team to get the block removed from my account. Its now 3 am local time and I feel physically ill from this process.

    The @santanderuk address change function is awful! I can't just put in my new post code, I have to try and correctly guess which bit of my new address they think goes in unmarked mandatory fields. I have failed. @HLInvest was on the other hand entirely straightforward, thanks!

    @santanderuk service is ridiculous. Over 2.5 hours on hold. Fraud team unavailable. Two. Both ends in a row. Impact on business inexcusable.
