    @santanderuk Now Sandi has completely gone offline with "technical issues". You could not make it up. 40 minutes on hold and now this.

    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    @santanderuk I cannot use any of my cards in ATMs is this a known issue ? Can I still pay via card in store ?
