    @santanderuk Over 2 hours on hold, disconnected during conversations with 2 operators, only to be disconnected again when I called back. What a shambles and quite possibly the worst customer support I have encountered…ever!

    @santanderuk Do you have a complaints process that can be resolved quicker than your advised 6-8 weeks? I have a critical & time sensitive issue requiring immediate resolution as a result of advice previously provided by yourselves and seems you have no flexibility to help

    @santanderuk I have now been on hold to you for and hour and a quarter. This is after i took the time out to go into town to resolve this issue at the branch but they could not do it and advised me to call. Do you consider this to be an adequate level of support?

    @santanderuk apparently the block on my account has been removed but then they said that yesterday. Please convey to your mysterious “back office team” that I will be moving to another bank as soon as I can. I would hate to take them by surprise and end up destitute - again.

    @santanderuk no-one is answering your phones and your on-line chat isn't working. I have been on hold for 38 minutes trying to talk to you after going in to one of your branches and being told to call you. What the hell is going on?
