How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@santanderuk finding it impossible to get any kinda of mortgage advice from you. Phoned 3 different phone numbers and turns out you can't get mortgage appointment in store and it has to be all done online? It's a mortgage! Why on earth can I not interact with a human being???

Hi @Airbnb_uk something up with you payment process with @santanderuk and/or @MastercardUK I get the payment verification in my Santander app but by that time your website has already said the payment has failed without showing the standard pop up. Worked fine with Visa CC.

@santanderuk just received back my property Deeds (Includes legal docs , share certs etc etc.) all left in a ***** envelope on the doorstep. How DARE you return these documents in such a contemptible manner #apalled #santander #terrible

- @santanderuk limits the amount of transaction which a customer can make with a crypto exchange. Customers can currently make single transactions of £1,000, with a total limit of £3,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
