@santanderuk absolutely fuming. Over an hour waiting h to make a payment. Lady takes my details then puts me on hold for another 30 mins and I get cut off at 8pm because you close. Awful awful customer service 😡

@santanderuk Cant pay for anything online AGAIN. Rung customer services numerous times, on hold for half an hour every time and still no reply. Sbocking service!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Why is it impossible to talk to anyone on your phone line or via the utterly useless website bot if you're not already an account holder? Trying to help my father open a new account and the bot can't answer even a really basic question.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem.

@santanderuk As a Santander customer, I loathe these ridiculous, unfunny ads. I'd like my money spent on something else - like lower bank charges.
