    @santanderukhelp Always the same excuses but NEVER any improvement in the service! So it is clearly the choice of @santanderuk to maintain a shoddy service

    @santanderuk The message was sent sometime before 9am this morning - still nothing. Why get in touch with a customer if they haven’t reviewed the complaint already??

    @santanderuk your chat facility is terrible. It just send you to a messaging service and then no one replies. You would think trying to get help paying off your balance would be easy but two days later I have had no contact and the app isn’t working

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍

    @JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK It's quite alright Presumably my @SantanderUK account will be refunded for the missing 🍟chips so all's well that ends well It's worth mentioning that the printed 🧾 receipts attached to the delivered package indicate not insignificant printing 🖨 problems Some information absent
