    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @PolitlcsUK Hey @bankofengland - time to lower the base rates so my @santanderuk stop ripping me off. Inflation at 2.8% but the banks are offering a 5.5% mortgage. The profiteering off working people in this country is abysmal.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Visited your Northumberland St, Newcastle branch today to deposit some cash. Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter
