    Jeepers @santanderuk has outdone BT, Virgin and others notorious for poor customer service. Useless website that refuses to provide a contact number. And when you do find it, you are just on hold. Won't be making a crucial business payment today, as have run out of time.

    @santanderuk I cannot believe how long it has taken to sort out a minor problem. Been going back and forth since January 19 and still not sorted with conflicting information and repetitive information. This is causing nothing but stress. Santander sort it out it’s a joke.

    @SantanderUK - STILL nothing after a week. Utterly #useless #customerservice. You promise the earth to stop me shouting at you on Twitter, and then when I engage with you I get ignored, cut off or left listening to that one awful tune you have on your phone system.

    @santanderuk - you have left my vulnerable student son without access to his bank account for over 2 weeks now! He has a broken ankle and no access to any funds, despite supplying ID and all information asked for. Shame on you!

    @MikeSassi @GeorgeTSOliver @santanderuk Just switched back to Lloyds, having become Santander customer when the crash forced A&L sale. My obscure problem was having to use same ref to individual payees no matter what it was for.
