    @santanderuk My card was declined yesterday. I was sent a text from yourselves to contact your department immediately I was on hold for 20 minutes, as it was tea time I ended call. I've tried to call back twice today & both times I was disconnected, this is appalling service.

    @toadmeister If cancel culure is beneficial I will close down 'cancel' my @santanderuk current and savings account tomorrow out of protest of them funding this. Hope they enjoy the benefits of loosing my 15 year custom 👍

    @santanderuk only way I can do this is through sending secure codes to my phone for the thieves to see or giving them a call whilst having no access to a phone... It's the next day & I get an email from @santanderuk asking if they can call me to sort it out.. Good work guys👏

    @santanderuk not impressed I was told that cut off point they would call me is six o'clock , and yet again I have been let down big time, basically do not trust what this company promises you , I was supposed to have a call about a escalation complaint, and i was promised

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk took out one of your world elite cards for travelling to the US. Activated it on the app. Notified yourself the dates I’m away, where I’m going and what cards I’m using. Used it in the U.K. first to make sure it was working alright.

    @santanderuk WORST BANK IN THE WORLD. Please share. - 10 working days - 25 hours on hold - 6 security checks - at least 4 departments - probably at least 12 different people and I still can’t get my money transferred! Please share!! Help me get this seen.
