How do I speak to someone at @santanderuk ? I’ve lost my bank details and can’t access my account. When I call, it says I need my details to speak to anyone. I cant go into a branch because they’re shut by the time I finish work

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@santanderuk usual shambles in the Doncaster branch. Huge queue of people needing the counter, only 2 staff there. At least 5 floor walkers asking if anyone not need the counter. Get behind the till and sort your poor service out numpties

25 years of banking with HSBC without a single issue. I've been with @santanderuk 3 weeks and for the past week now I haven't been able to access a single penny from my account. Amazing service that. Thank you. It seriously takes you a week to reset an account?
