As a customer of @santanderuk I wanted to open an Acc for a non-profit. Started on 18th March. It's now 18th May and still no account set up!! Had a call to say I was going to get a call and *3* letters on how to escalate to ombudsman. Attend to the org issue! #SupportUkraine

@santanderuk when you have a customer on hold, they don't need to be reminded that 'you're still busy' every 8 ******* seconds. It's blatantly obvious that you're still busy when there is hold music playing.

Hey @santanderuk I'm going round in circles. Got a call from your fraud dept asking me to call you back. On hold 20 mins. Advised via chatbot to message you via app and online banking but both blocked. HELP?!

@santanderuk over 25 minutes on hold trying to get through to your customer services. So long that even the automated system gave up and stopped playing music and just left it ringing non stop ! Terrible service.

@willow1886 @santanderuk If it’s a password issue Have you tried to reset this via the app. It happened to me last week and after the same call Center waiting I realised there was a reset option via the app
