  What an absolute joke @santanderuk phone service is. 45 minutes for a simple call. 5 minutes of that was just to say they were busy. Even making me Google something that they had in front of them to tell them the same answer. Absolutely ridiculous.

  @santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

  @santanderuk Heres an idea for possible discussion, when you hang up on a customer, rather than waiting for them to go through the labyrinth of getting through again, you call them back on the number you have saved? Radical, right?
