    @santanderuk trying to use your legal team Solex to remortgage might just be the thing that ends me. Why are they so bad? I work alongside solicitors every day and have never come across service so terrible. My IFA groaned when they were appointed, I thought he was joking 🙃

    We are often quick to criticise and slow to praise @santanderuk solved a problem really well Broni in the complaints team was excellent. She turned something that could have been less than good into a positive Thank you @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk is there a problem with your system, card been declined at shop and have money in my account. Shop says it’s happened to 5 other Santander cards this afternoon

    @santanderuk I've come up with a better idea as a long standing Santander customer. When I change my bank to to any of the big UK banks they will give me £140.
