@whyteuk @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Just been reading the thread. Shocking read and customer neglect on every level. Virgin security has let her down and then Santanderuk has been irresponsible, negligent and totally disinterested to help this lady. Her life is now just about recovering her lost money! Appalling

@MorganBroadcast @bibliobushra How are the fraud team at @santanderuk so clueless that they weren’t aware you can view your pin in your mobile banking app? So sorry this happened to you Charlotte, hope you can get some help to - at the very least - get your money back.

@Sophiae007 @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Absolutely an inside job that. Just conveniently happens on the day the security barriers are not working.

@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk I’m so sorry to read this. Santander have been horrific dealing with my mum after she was scammed out of £15,000. Long story but she is now going through citizens advice bureau-if you have no luck, it might be worth talking to them-super helpful, free service. Good luck 🤞🏼

@MorganBroadcast I hope it gets sorted today. Thank you for highlighting this issue, I had no idea that the app revealed pin numbers. I would love @santanderuk to explain why it's so easily available when we have been told for years that nobody can access it, not even staff.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK I’m sorry it’s terrible. But on the bright side it might show up cracks in the system so we can help others. The banks certainly should be more accountable. My dad was just defrauded and the banks authorized a lot of money with zero checks. keep fighting!

@MorganBroadcast The now potential loss of earnings for @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK is probably more than what it would have ‘cost’ them to help you out properly in the first place.
