Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as Iโve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.

I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! ๐ก๐ก

Is this a known problem? Iโve done recent update, cache clear and reinstalled. Also tried this on laptop

Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
