@santanderukhelp I rang the telephone number that @santanderuk asked me to call when the block was put on the app and online banking. After an hour today the call was finally answered and the matter resolved quickly.

@santanderuk great customer service. Didn’t hold on my first call as I was signposted to website, can’t do what I wanted. Try to call again to be told the office has closed…..early it would seem as stated online it’s 7pm it closes.

@santanderuk worst company ever . Takes no joking 6 hours to try and speak to fraud det can't ever get thro so while holding drive to bank its shut shuts at 3pm everyday seriously don't give a **** about their customers I am still on phone waiting 3 hours later ffs wankers

@santanderuk just opened a joint account but already a customer with own personal id, I’ve been given a new one for this joint account- how do I link them/just have one log on for all accounts
