    @santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible

    @MartinSLewis why can I only renew my OpenBanking access for 90 dats from my ‘main’ account to my @santanderuk accounts ? Why not for a year? Or 5 years?

    @santanderuk I called Friday a week back and was, promised it would be opened this week, and on Friday, another “we are so busy “message. Think I’ll find another fixed term account because I’m not sure I can deal with Santander’s awful admin again. Santander doesn’t change
