    @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

    @SandraF74372594 @santanderuk I waited for 30 minutes then decided it was pointless. Some of their staff on X have admitted there’s an outage even though their official status page claims not.

    @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!
