@santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible

@santanderuk I called Friday a week back and was, promised it would be opened this week, and on Friday, another “we are so busy “message. Think I’ll find another fixed term account because I’m not sure I can deal with Santander’s awful admin again. Santander doesn’t change

@santanderuk your customer service is atrocious. My DD cancelled despite setting it up 4 times. When I try and complain your agent hangs up
