    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk fix your pay existing payees unless you want to cover my CC interest i will get charged. Al I get i unable to complete request due technical reasons.

    @santanderuk It takes forever to take a photo the app accepts. I'm starting to whoever designed it hates Santander. I only keep the account for receiving and paying cheques. There's no point sending a DM as I can't see what you could do. Please just tell the relevant person to fix it. Thanks.

    @santanderuk why are you emailing me whenever I spend on my credit card...YOUVE USED 90% OF YOUR LIMIT..... yes!! I kno!!! Its my card, its for using, as long as I pay it every month wtf do you care ? Infuriating . Stop it or i'll switch away

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.
