@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Shame on you @santanderuk - it’s time you treated your customer with some care and respect, rather than making her life more difficult when she’s been made a victim from no fault of her own.

@MorganBroadcast That is absolutely terrible. I was actually thinking of transferring to @santanderuk & I definitely won't rush to do that now. I can't believe what a terrible experience you have had - & the fact that they also took from your savings is appalling. I hope it all gets sorted asap.

@MorganBroadcast I’m appalled by the way @santanderuk have dealt with this. And even more appalled by the fact that their app shows my PIN number. Off to move banks to one with a) better security and b) better customer service. Heard good things about @StarlingBank

@MorganBroadcast This is so bad! I am so sorry this happened to you and the fact that @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK are refusing to help / take any responsibility is appalling.

@MorganBroadcast That’s truly awful. @santanderuk needs evidence that you compromised your own PIN security. Sounds very unlikely that you did! Note: is there a way for a thief to have a PIN reset sent to your phone (& was this done?), or even to remind you of your PIN in the App? (Some apps do)

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Oh, this is giving me the pure horrors. Ay, I just had a look at my mobile banking app and it can give me my PIN details. If someone got into your app, they would have had nor trouble getting easy use of your cards. It is awful that @santanderuk are blaming you.

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Just checked with @santanderuk and they say there’s no way of disabling the pin reminder in the app. WTF?!!!!

@MorganBroadcast Sorry to hear it. Especially given that the PIN is easily accessed via the app, I really hope @santanderuk do the right thing here. My dad is a customer of theirs and it’s worrying to know that he wouldn’t be protected in a similar scenario.

@MorganBroadcast Did you get the details of the other people who have also been frauded? Have they hit a brick wall with their banks and the gym?I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I hope the police do look into this and I hope @VirginActiveUK and @santanderuk see that they are also a problem

@santanderuk sort out @MorganBroadcast issue and your customer service while you're at it. She's lost her savings through no fault of her own. Easier to blame victim than take action. @VirginActiveUK you bear responsibility too
