    Just wondering after 40, 45, 25, and 40 minutes waiting .... has anyone, ever, got through to @santanderuk? With the threat of restricted access to account because they need more info, it seems a bit risible.

    @Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help
