@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I spoke to your mortgage department about some correspondence sent by my conveyancer a week ago and they said they are currently dealing with correspondence from 24th June. This kind of delay doesn’t exactly say “valued customer”.

Despite having 70% deposit and 35 years of proven banking with them @santanderuk have refused a VERY modest mortgage. Apparently I shouldn’t have taken out a bounce-back loan. All those ads on tv about wanting to help? Just lies. #GoodbyeSantander @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

@santanderuk your service is shocking. I've had an account with you for 20 odd years and that's ending now......just spent 3 days on hold and being passed around the wrong departments and finally you assured me the problem was rectified......low and behold nothing had been done

@santanderuk I'm about to close my NatWest account down after 19 years with them over them blocking payments to Binance. When I work for money I intend to spend it on what I want, and not what my bank permits. Does Santander have any intention to do the same before I move over?
