    @santanderuk we want to open an account for a child and it’s impossible to get thru on phone to make an appt. Earliest appt is a month away and not even local branch. Any help out there or don’t you want our business?

    @santanderuk I've been trying to make changes on the investment hub but I'm unable to read documents. Appears to be a website issue as alwaysin error when accessed. Been trying over a week.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Can you help? The bank has refused to process my pensioner sister’s claim as they say it’s too late since original transaction. Hotel booked for wedding in Mar 21, this moved to Dec 21 due to lockdown. My sister then tested +Covid & couldn’t attend
