    @santanderuk Have just tried opening a cash ISA and it’s almost impossible. Been given account details but can’t do anything as I am required to fill in another form , which I need help with. Impossible to speak to anyone at Santander. Terrible service.

    @SeeItSayItDoggo @santanderuk @TfL Ah, fair enough. Would be nice to see it updated for mobile payments at some point though. Of course, I'd rather they fixed whatever the issue with the app and my account that renders it useless, then I wouldn't need to tap in with any payment mechanism!

    @santanderuk Santander is such a terrible bank. I have had access to my account blocked for a week and a half and despite lodging a complaint I haven't been contacted!

    Brilliant, @santanderuk. I made a modest IBAN transfer this morning, following the instructions on your website, which did not warn that my account might be blocked until Wednesday for a fraud investigation. If there had been a warning I’d have done all my other banking first!

    Like any good developer though, I'm not deterred by this. @santanderuk bikes have a website, right? I bet I can enter my card details there, and my phone browser will auto-fill my card details. Genius! Off to their site I go...

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Your service is atrocious and this is almost a daily occurrence. Your banking app constantly comes up with errors its literally a lottery as to whether ill be able to log in or not, and your website isn't working at all.

    @santanderuk your Solihull branch, 9:30 to 3 week days, 9:30 to 12:30 Sat. It's hardly conducive to child account holders being able to pop in and pay in cash pocket money, not really conducive to anyones working day if not mostly digital.

    @MoneySavingExp can you help? The lovely people at @santanderukhelp closed my bank account today with no notice. I only found out when I went to pay for the diesel I had put in my car. I was forced into bankruptcy a year ago by an and it’s taken @santanderuk this long to act.

    @santanderuk hello, I had a text from you today saying a transaction had been attempted, I need to talk to someone, what is your phone number? I tried to find you phone number on your website, it appears to be well hidden, numbers I found on google dont work.
