    @santanderuk Don't be tempted to use this bank, probably the worst Customer service of any bank. Tried to complain and after nearly an hour on the phone the line went dead. This is how they treat their customers.

    @santanderuk your online banking website is forever a pain in my neck. An unmitigated disaster. Garbage dumpster fire. Endless amounts of javascript bloatware. Some dubious security BS. Actively fighting password manager. Poor browser compatibility.

    @santanderuk your travel insurance customer service is absurd. I've tried calling for over an hour three times with no answer or call back working plus no email response. My advice is to never take insurance with them @MailOnline @TheSun
