When I did speak to someone they transferred me to someone else and then hung up. Lucky it’s not an urgent matter 🙄 Seriously need to look at your UX process. Utter joke

KJ Villa (@KJVilla88) reported@santanderuk You seem to have some of the worst customer service out there. Impossible to get through on the phone - I’ve had several 30+ min waits and still not been able to speak to someone. And the chat bot is terrible with no real advisers. Just awful.

Flyfour (@flyfour) reported@santanderuk UTTERLY useless - the only way to report a lost or stolen card is through the Mobile App, but what if you lost your phone? Use the website? No - logging in to that needs to you to authenticate with the Mobile App. Stupidity!!!
