You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.

Dave Moss (@DavidMoss315) reported@santanderuk applied for an Edge Credit Card and asked that the credit limit from my 123 card be transferred over. Told in branch this wouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later after numerous calls/ assurances it would be done I'm still waiting. Getting beyond a joke now.

It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil
