    @Luisa47132714 Just spent 58 minutes on the phone to @santanderuk trying to get something done! Menu, music for long long time, spoke to somebody, couldn't help, transferred to Fraud dept, long long wait with music, long conversation with endless "security" questions, finally got it done....

    I set up an account from my son when he was born with Alliance and Leicester (Now part of @santanderuk) He starts at University this weekend but @Santander say they have no record of the account despite us having the paperwork. Hmm I can’t help feel I’ve been cheated.

    @santanderuk Neither the website nor my app will allow me to pay my credit card bill. Website sends to app then app sends back to website. I've been holding to speak to somebody for 27 minutes so far. Not good enough @santanderuk

    @santanderuk not impressed with your CustomerService on complaints. Day one as a customer and I can’t even access my online account and all I get is a sorry we will post your details out. Don’t think I will be staying long if this is anything to go by.

    @drs1969 Customer service, like bug fixing, is somehow unimportant once they've got your money. E.g. @santanderuk having a known bug on their account switching service for several months
