    @santanderuk Hi there, still getting issues with this today. Had money deducted twice but not authorised payment. Trying to book a cinema ticket.

    @santanderuk Thank you so much for the embarrassment yesterday, the card not working pretty much caused my elderly grandmother to have a medical event. The stress and anxiety caused by this issue has resulted in her now leaving this bank and going elsewhere. Thank you for the anxiety
