  .@santanderuk terrible service and experience on a mortgage application. Delay and obfuscation. I called your “dedicated complaints team” and was told couldn’t complain as they are customer services, not complaints. And the delays go on- I may lose my property at this rate. Awful

  So not only do the odious @santanderuk make it impossible to #deposit cash, I then drove to a @Nationwide and their cash machine wasn’t accepting cash deposits either. All part of the banking cartels corrupt #cashless #society

  @santanderuk Is there a known problem with logging into online banking? I sometimes get in, including the OTP, but then it kicks me out as soon as I try to do anything like make a payment.

  @PhysicsMrH @santanderukhelp @santanderuk It makes me wonder if they are about to go bust. I was on hold for another hour after that only to be told again that it is being dealt with in a back office. I have not been able to access a penny since Weds. 4 phone calls & all I can do now is send a complaint in the post. 😡
