    @santanderuk absolute joke Santander customer service is been contacted regarding complaint I raised yet still on phone now to a random advisor who is repeating herself and making out it's my fault for raising a complaint in first place. All I want is 4 u to pay my charges

    Santander @santanderuk are just awful for business & corporate accounts. Can anyone recommend a user friendly bank, we are looking to move accounts??

    Very panicked after stressful call with @santanderuk cycles. App says bike not docked. Bike now not at dock. Phoned to report and threatened with hundreds of pounds worth of charges and fines. Use this service twice a day to commute and cannot believe how they treat customers

    @santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible
