@MartinSLewis you need to sort your website out if you're putting links to bank switches that are out of date by 2 days. False advertising. @santanderuk you need to do the right thing and increase your compensation to £175 this is your employees error tellinge all was in place

@HalifaxBank if it’s not sorted out asap I will switch to @santanderuk instead. Especially when this is not the first time that your system crashes and I’m not able to get access to my account or money

  • PeppaPigKilla Pep (@PeppaPigKilla) reported

Santander removing the deals from in app to this boosts on an external site was a bad decision. @santanderuk

  • Martabds1990 Marta Santos (@Martabds1990) reported

@santanderuk They ask for ID, I sent. Ask for proof of address, I sent. Now they want visa?? Why not ask for everything at once?? 3 letters I have sent and is not enough?? For a current client?? And on the branches they give no help?? Is @santanderuk deliberately trying to make things hard??

  • Talibanter666 Talibanter tattle tale (@Talibanter666) reported

@santanderuk Whilst I agree with the need for security checks, why oh why do you block online banking after all security has been completed? 48 hours to restore access is a diabolical waste of my time as is the 39 minutes hold to speak to someone!!!!

  • crazywithtwins Emma (@crazywithtwins) reported

Anyone else having a problem with @santanderuk? I can use my card for contractless no problem. But every online payment I've tried to make in the last 3 days has failed. I keep having to transfer money to another bank and pay from the other bank. Getting on my nerves now.

  • Jonbritton10 Jon Britton (@Jonbritton10) reported

After over 20 years with our mortgage provider @santanderuk without ever missing a payment or late payment they can’t help us out for just one month!

  • smpcomms Stuart palmer (@smpcomms) reported

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp How long does it usually take for a new account application online?? Been over a month since my daughter applied but haven’t heard anything back! Sandi is no help! 😡

  • Lee_Suffolk Lee (@Lee_Suffolk) reported

You’d think @santanderuk would put a tweet out to explain to customers what’s happening. Not great customer service.

  • Sprockalina Elongated Musket (@Sprockalina) reported

@santanderuk @MartinSLewis I've now been offered £100 compensation for the error of the 2 workers who agreed everything was fine for £175 switch. How is that ever correct or fair to me the customer? @MartinSLewis the link on your site worked so why is this not being honoured?
