    @santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you

    Does this happen with everyone's bank where they want you to submit documents on your address and all this other ****? I try send money to people and it says failed then accepts the 2nd time round but I can't see the money out my account. These banks are ****. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk my wife who has been with you for years is getting notifications to update her details. We have tried on the unresponsive app to do this eventually ringing the 0330 number for help.. the guy was hopeless… 🎵time to say goodbye🎵perhaps
