    @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

    @santanderuk fix your pay existing payees unless you want to cover my CC interest i will get charged. Al I get i unable to complete request due technical reasons.

    @santanderuk why are you emailing me whenever I spend on my credit card...YOUVE USED 90% OF YOUR LIMIT..... yes!! I kno!!! Its my card, its for using, as long as I pay it every month wtf do you care ? Infuriating . Stop it or i'll switch away

    @santanderuk I need some help on an issue…I closed my account with you in June 2025 which was all finished as I live in Indonesia. However I have just had a refund for a UK purchase actioned and they have refunded to the original card…now closed? What now?

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
