  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  @santanderuk what the hell is happening with Cahoot? Just opened an account and it has opened 19 accounts and still going? Had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to close the first 9 down but have now given up. Very stressful and concerned about a scam

  @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬
