    Since Sunday, there’s been technical issues on the @santanderuk website. The communications director should’ve ensured a message was displayed on the website, rather than customers calling & being put on hold for hours to resolve these issues. Unacceptable & stressful. #Santander

    Hi @santanderuk @bancosantander after 4.5 hours I still have been unable to get through to your security team to get the block removed from my account. Its now 3 am local time and I feel physically ill from this process.

    @santanderuk @bancosantander I've been on hold for over 3 hours I require an escalation number you cannot expect any customer to suffer this when you have blocked a transaction so I have no choice or or option but to hold - send me the hotline to end this misery please

    @santanderuk 2 missed calls from a technical support number 0845 600 4388 but when i ring back i get told to phone another number as this is no longer used yet still can't get through. Can someone assist please???

    Hi @santanderuk Not a customer but I've been trying to get through to your fraud team to report a fraudulent credit card application in my name. Was on hold for half an hour and got got cut off. Not easy.

    @santanderuk How does an existing customer get an ongoing issue with a car finance resolved when you just get told ah we'll get 'xxx' to call you back . 15 weeks still no resolution, ready to take this to press and get solicitor involved. Awful service

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Been trying to make payment to CC via website and it has hadb technical issues since last night. Been on phone for 40 mins to get help with this - still waiting. Not good service.
