-
Nathan Ware (@nwaretcfc) reported@santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡
-
Admiral Insurance? Pirates More Like (@zacbusner) reported@santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!
-
Oasis (@Oasisrvti) reported@santanderuk hope the financial conduct shuts you down for the way you do business utterly ******* disgusting, train yourself, sort your systems, do your job! Absolutely abysmal
-
Russ (@highflyer_79) reported@HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.
-
Gillian (@sandygill_) reported@santanderuk @TSB How about sorting out your bug-ridden, slow, clunky, almost always crashing (usually in the middle of setting up a payment), impossible to log-out of (although it randomly and inconvenient logs you out), ap?!
-
audreygallagher (@audreygallagher) reported@santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.
-
Oasis (@Oasisrvti) reported@santanderuk every time I go through your tweets I am more disgusted because I see there is more things that you were doing that it’s just absolutely outrageous from cancer treatment to no disability access to people not being access their funds and not be able to get treatment
-
James Hassett (@JamesHassett1) reported@santanderuk Thanks. Can the people from customer operations not arrange calls? That’s what I was told by three of them.
-
steven jackson (@Archtech_design) reported@santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?
-
Erwin Kooijman (@CancelEverythin) reported@Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.
