@santanderuk Changed my name on my mortgage at my local branch a few weeks ago but still getting the wrong name on letters. Can't get through on the phone & no time to visit again atm. This is causing problems with other agencies. Any help..?

Nearest branches Shawlands southside, or Kirkintilloch, a town not far away. Head to Kirky. Karen dealing with us. CHAPS payment required to send ££££££ to @santanderuk Details given, Karen about to press send but error message comes up. Cant conirm Santander's deets are correct.

@santanderuk Clearly stated apply for loan and most decisions within 5mins. Once applied, got told someone will contact me within 5 working days. Not convinced most are contacted within 5mins🤔🤔 #banks
