Precyshun (@precyshun) reported@santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court

You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.
