I will absolutely be leaving @santanderuk @santanderukhelp after having been a customer since the days of Abbey National, decades ago. But what if they won't give me my money? After all, I'd need to move my money to a new bank a/c & this is similar to what I'm trying to do now

I already have - 3 times in fact. Was advised to go to branch. Did this, with passport/driving license/bill.., still told to go elsewhere! STILL waiting after 40hours plus for access to my own account @santanderuk

Imagine being a loyal customer with @santanderuk for over 15 yr. Have a fraudulent transaction taken without consent due to the failing of their security system. To then be told I have to contact the company in question to try and get my money back. Shocking service! DO NOT USE.

@bookingcom Once AGAIN I have replied to this - neither I or @santanderuk can provide you with ANY more information. You MJST have a record of this using the details you have been provided with MULTIPLE times - especially since you admitted the error 2 weeks ago and promised a refund!!!
