Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter

You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.
