    @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

    Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!
