    @santanderuk Worst bank ever! Haven’t been able to access my account or use any of my money for 2 days now. Absolutely unacceptable, I’ve won a bit of money from a legit company which could easily be proved through a simple Google or Facebook search! Treating your customers like criminals

    OMG @santanderuk has got to the THE WORST bank in the history of banking. Terrible customer service. Been on the phone over 20 mins and still no answer. Dont think they actually want my money saved with them. Time to move

    @santanderuk trying to get through to you regarding my Mum’s loan is impossible. It would be easier to score ****** & she’s 73! 🤬 she’s going to go to another bank at this point.
