    DO NOT bank with @santanderuk been waiting since 17/05/2021 for a security call back from to them declining me buying a car when I have the funds!! Also 2nd decline 19/05/2021 different payment still waiting over 24 hours!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE! TIME FOR ACC SWITCH!

    @santanderuk I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday and was told to all beck today. I was waiting 90 minutes and no one replied. You have cancelled my card in error. I am in Brazil without access to my credit card

    @santanderuk can you please explain to me and everyone else reading this why you have just charged me £41 overdraft 'interest?' my overdraft was cleared end of April. you know im a vulnerable customer because your support team has spoken to me.

    @santanderuk So what was the technical issue, or are you not going to give any sort of detailed explanation? Take a look at how well Twitter handled their major security issue last year. They don't treat customers like idiots and fully explained what had happened & why it won't happen again.
