@santanderuk great customer service. Didn’t hold on my first call as I was signposted to website, can’t do what I wanted. Try to call again to be told the office has closed…..early it would seem as stated online it’s 7pm it closes.

@NatWest_Help your apps a joke, I try to access it on my samsung S10e and all I get is a purple screen. Don't say have you tried reinstalling it because I've done that about 10 times as well as clear cache and cookies. @santanderuk looking kinda peng rn might switch

So after being bribed by @santanderuk to switch my banking to them I have buyers remorse after less than two weeks. 45 minutes (so far!) on hold to unblock my online access and no end in site. Never had this with @Barclays - please can I come back!

@MartinSLewis can you help us? No one seems to be able to get through to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk and this is causing huge issues for us. We are waiting hours on end for calls to be answered and often calls are dropped. Even the complaints line isn’t being manned!
