    @santanderuk your customer service is appalling. I demand you telephone me. Why should I spend half my day on hold because you're all WFH because of Covid when I'm working in a hospital!! No email address anywhere on your website either so I can't complain.

    .@santanderuk terrible service and experience on a mortgage application. Delay and obfuscation. I called your “dedicated complaints team” and was told couldn’t complain as they are customer services, not complaints. And the delays go on- I may lose my property at this rate. Awful

    I'd rather pull my teeth out than wait to get assistance from the #Santander call center..... But poor service doesn't just happen, it's by management design..... or rather mismanagement. @Santanderuk
