@SWAINY72 @santanderuk No banks offer loyalty bonuses mate, only sign ups. There's no benefit for existing customers to leave their current banks usually unless they're awful, hence why banks offer sign up bonuses

@santanderuk No thanks you shut mine down hadn’t used in a while. Still had some money in a account. The staff on the counter were not even interested. You never even had a staff out branch front 😡

@santanderuk No thanks. From my partners recent experience with you, even she concluded that @NatWest_Help are a step above your dreadful service. And this is saying something following the experience I’ve had with them. Just cannot be bothered changing.

@santanderuk I have been with this bank four years . tryed so many times to get my 16 your old a bank account. nope was getting no were . use asked for brith certificate an passport took it all down to shop still couldn't do it got letters I had still nothing tryed on line an no .
