Precyshun (@precyshun) reported@santanderuk Iโve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court

I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.
