@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Not sitting on this phone any longer, trying to get through to request cheque book 4 joint account, in order to transfer & close! Ridiculous! And had no help to reactivate my on-line banking from weeks ago! Please action my cheque book request!

@FastEddieGB @MartinSLewis @santanderuk The local branch helped me out today and did it for me but apparently the interest rate has gone down today from 2% yesterday to 1.5% today. I started out hoping to get 2.75% on eSaver special up to 1 November but that wasn't available on 31/10 and ended up with 1.5%. Not happy.

@santanderuk what a joke. I went to a Branch as indicated on your website for a change of address abroad. And the only thing that these people had to tell me was: you need to send the document by mail. What a joke. And you charge 3.5% of interest rates on mortgages… jokers

@santanderuk what kind of customer service you are providing? In these tough times whr evry1 needs support in running their business, You block the account for 1 whole week just like that ? How can a business survive without access to the banking ? Such a horrified act.

@santanderuk Did we really need Ant n Dec to tell us about Scams!!!! The answer is NO- we definitely did not - someone made a terrible decision to pay these 2 millionaires to represent Santander n it simply makes me want to leave Santander :(

To @santanderuk with all the #CostOfLivingCrisis going on, you give NO small time frame for a customer’s 1st missed payment EVER before reporting it to the credit agencies! So even if a customer calls asap to sort it, you’ve already done it & affects their credit file for 6mths!

  • RuthHindmarch2 CassandraSaySo (@RuthHindmarch2) reported

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp your online banking is ****. I don’t expect to jump through hoops. I fill In numbers but your system is crap

@DeFi_RuNnEr_ @santanderuk This is just an excuse to block crypto using the fraud card. I use Revolut with no issues. Some may have to setup a separate online account that acts as a middle man to manage the flow of investment. Interesting that they'll accept any amount of money from an exchange though!

@santanderuk Your bank is not fit to offer any service to the public.
