@santanderuk Two months for a loyal mover looking to move is disgusting. mortgage transmitted 5th July, survey done 27th July. Went to underwriting 13th Aug & approved they did not bother checking survey, now back to UW wont be checked until 1st Sept !! disgusting service

@santanderuk your telephones lines are having an issue. When I call to cancel my card, instead of going to “on hold” music, it just starts a monotonous ringing, nobody ever answers.

Wow, ok @santanderuk seems to be giving a case study in bad user experience. I'm applying for a credit card. For context, I have an AmEx which I always pay off. I'm that kind of user. 1) Fill in a long form on the Santander website (address, income, etc) to apply.

@santanderukhelp , Disappointing wait time on the online help desk to be told I had to speak to a different department. After a 30 min wait time, then had a further 12 mins. All because your online banking platform won't work correctly to set up a direct debit!! @santanderuk @santanderukhelp

@santanderuk hi paid £175 to an emercency plumber on friday morning, he said he d be here in 1 hour then changed it to 5 hours.can you get the refund or do i have to go down different route?

Unacceptable customer service from @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp I’ve been trying to make a payment through their website for the last 3 days and it’s impossible due to ‘technical errors’ and keep you for 30 minutes when trying to connect to an advisor. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!
