@NeilMackay78 @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk #2. It’s easy to imagine that giving up on the good fight is where these guys succeed. Lots of these fraudsters are keen to know this while they get rich off of average hard working people such as yourself. It makes me Sick to read this happening to others. #3

@MorganBroadcast Utterly shameful @santanderuk will never bank with you now! Charlotte I’m so sorry. You must feel violated and let down beyond words!

  • jackie8506 jackie watson (@jackie8506) reported

@MorganBroadcast What a terrible thing to happen, I hope you get refunded. I switched from NatWest to @santanderuk this week, this is very concerning, I might switch back.

  • Cameron2Jo Jo Cameron (@Cameron2Jo) reported

@MorganBroadcast This is absolutely awful. @santanderuk must help you out here . Disgusting customer service . @VirginActiveUK also have to take some responsibility

  • Anne10max Anne Lomax (@Anne10max) reported

@MorganBroadcast Grief but that’s ****. Wish I could help, so sorry. Will be moving from @santanderuk as soo as I can.

  • willrolls Will Rolls (@willrolls) reported

@MorganBroadcast Sorry to hear about this. My back at @LloydsBank managed to refund the fraud to me when I got scammed - a much better service than @santanderuk who appear to be on another side (not their customer‘s)

  • Michal45945708 Michal (@Michal45945708) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I don't know what functionality the Barclays app has, but many banking apps let you check your PIN (mine does). So perhaps if they got access to your app, they got hold of your PIN through it.

  • ORIoliver Irena 🇺🇦 (@ORIoliver) reported

@lanalon @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk After gruelling series of phone calls, and an afternoon in the bank in person, and despite being put off many times, friend got most of her £4000 returned. But far from apologizing for all the errors, bank still withholding some of the amount she lost.

  • EmskiCX Emma Clarke (@EmskiCX) reported

@MorganBroadcast @PeterDbrash Wow, this is absolutely terrible of @santanderuk - I've been with them for years and will be interested to see if they change their stance as it's notaking me feel terribly confident in their security, fraud team or indeed humanity!

  • JohnMcIntosh19 John (@JohnMcIntosh19) reported

@Neil_Buchanan @santanderuk Quite a surprising decision from the bank, most are signed up to a code that will refund fraud as long as the customer hasn't been negligent in the fraud. Can't see how her situation falls under that. Would 100% complain, wait on final response then go to Financial Ombusdman.
