@santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible

@AvivaUK why, after I’ve made an enquiry about a @santanderuk insurance policy, do half the “can we help with something else?” links lead to Barclays policy pages. All I want is my current insurance schedule!

Anyone else having a problem with @santanderuk? I can use my card for contractless no problem. But every online payment I've tried to make in the last 3 days has failed. I keep having to transfer money to another bank and pay from the other bank. Getting on my nerves now.

@santanderuk Whilst I agree with the need for security checks, why oh why do you block online banking after all security has been completed? 48 hours to restore access is a diabolical waste of my time as is the 39 minutes hold to speak to someone!!!!
