    @santanderuk I'm trying to sort out my existing @santanderuk finance but keep getting an error code and told to ring. Tried to phone and spent 2 hours over last two days but still can't get through. What is the best way to speak to someone and get payments sorted?

    @santanderuk I had a customer drop his Santander debit card at my work today. I don’t have an address for him, I rang Santander but as it’s automated there wasn’t the option for the system to understand why I was ringing. What do I do now?

    @santanderuk why does the 24hr helpline not open for another hour? That's not 24hrs is it? I'm stuck in Barcelona with a frozen card, no access to money so no way to get a taxi to the airport! Thanks for nothing

    @santanderuk why have you hidden your contact telephone number? Why can i only speak to a robot on live chat? Why are no humans on live chat? Why does your 0800 number send me back to app where no contact number is shown? How do i speak to a human being to detail my problem?

    Can i just say, its bad enough that @santanderuk closed hundreds of branches around the UK but also having the ones that are left closing at 3pm is absolutely terrible for #smallbusinesses. Seriously considering moving #bank as you are not the best for businesses any more. 😡
