    @santanderuk need urgent help. My friend has LOST his bank card and phone today at blackpool beach. He knows his log in details but cant log in on my phone because you need to text his phone... Ive tried calling to cancel it and no answer. Call me urgently 07752314604

    with helping re my old car which was broken due to a manufacturing defect which no one assumed liability for!! If you’re thinking of fincane for anything, would definitely stay well away from @santanderuk !!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am really frustrated. I tried to make an appointment to meet someone for help in my branch. It said the appointment would be on the phone. No information. No call. No number to ring. No email. No help. No-one available on online chat.

    @JackParkerNo1 @santanderuk 1/2 Hello Jack. We have no access to customer accounts here. I believe that it can take up to 10 working days to receive a response to correspondence sent into the customer services team.

    @NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

    @santanderuk think it’s ok to block current accounts and credit cards without warning because clients didn’t fill out questionnaires that were sent in the mail and were never received. The end of fiat banking can’t come soon enough.

    @FraserGoodley @santanderuk This has happened to me for the last few wkends as well ever since my debit card was changed to mastercard debit nothing but problems, how am I supposed to get food for my kids this weekend if I can't pay for it??? Any apology for customers or compensation for the stress caused?

    @santanderuk Problem today in Aldi unable to use contactless or manual input. Aldi cashier stated that this had been a problem for Santander cards today. Any idea why? Sufficient funds in account.
