    @santanderuk existing customer. How am I meant to get help with a query. On hold on the phone for over 2 hours every weekday with no luck. Here I am again this morning...I have a job to go to so cant remain on phone all day. Have also tried online chat.

    Went to a @santanderuk branch to get money out yesterday as card stopped due to fraud.12 in front of me, took an hr to be seen,but 21 more behind me queuing.Used to be 6 tills at one time, now 3 but only 2 working.Very angry people in there. I hope I never have to go in one again

    Avoid these crooks @santanderuk they will freeze your money even after youve passed their secuirty several times. Their own staff cant fix an issue and say they dont know what the problem is. 3 days frozen my money!! Move to another bank people scary to think they can do this

    Have been trying to get an appointment at my bank @santanderuk since August to transfer an account. It would be easier to get a ticket for Glastonbury. Now that I have one they have withdrawn the cash back offer for transferring accounts! Appalling service.

    The terrible service from @santanderuk continues…9!! New sets of login details were sent. All were letter 2 of 2. No call back from the complaints team either. So I’ve had to reset AGAIN and now for another “4-6 working day” (the last one was 10 working days). Absolute joke.

    @santanderuk resorting to Twitter because your website and chatbot are so terrible. I just want to find out my Mortgage account number and get a statement. Chatbot useless, online banking wants an account number!!!!! Do you really want people to Tweet their frustrations?
