@HalifaxBank both my credits cards declined at the hotel 🙈 so embarrassing. Thanks to @santanderuk and my debit cards I paid up and checked in. Both my credit cards have 0 balances with full payment direct debits what’s the issue ? I’m in the canaries BTW

The @santanderuk Boosts website is the buggiest rubbish ever. Literally cannot login, following a link from one of their emails fails, and when creating a password you can't paste into the pwd field. Your security sucks. Your website sucks. This is bad and you should feel bad.

@santanderuk what is it with UK banks flagging my bank account for fraud whenever I am sending or receiving be it paying rent or selling a house, you give me grief. Only bank to treat me like a customer is @monzo hats off to you. I will be closing all other banking services!

@NickJB1970 @AdmiralUK @santanderuk I said to the agent, it’s just greedy. You have a loyal customer whose been on your books for years. And you (the company) are choosing to make zero money and lose repeat business, instead of some money and a longstanding customer. Do you I guess but I’m not accepting that.

@santanderuk I have returned home to find my wife crying her heart out talking to a representative about a miscommunication over a direct debit in which you are offering absolutely no support. She has an exemplary credit & now we loose our house even though payment has been made!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp disgusting customer service from your call centre staff. I'm being blocked from my own funds. I followed your process and then they keep making me jump through hoops. Wasted an hour of my time. When I asked to make a complaint, I'm hung up on.

look, sorry to tweet about first world problems. but if you, as a bank, point-blank refuse to offer mortgages on ex-council flats and flats on council estates, wouldn't it save everyone time to just say that up front so we could not bother applying? @HalifaxBank @santanderuk

@santanderuk what an joke your company is. How you can deny not receiving time sensitive documents when we sent you proof of it having been fully tracked and signed for is the last straw in the long history of the truly awful service we have received from you the past few years.
