@santanderuk I found the debit card of one of your customers. I tried to call to let you know (do the right thing you know) and your phone lines make me hold for 10mins to try and fail to report the card. Thank God I don’t bank with you myself! Awful service

The customer service person on the phone (after about an hour of calls) couldn’t help me they said they didn’t know what to do. I’ve been with Barclays all my life. Maybe it’s time to change. I wonder if @santanderuk would like my business.

@santanderuk this is ridiculous, every 2 months you block my account and ask me to provide you some documents about my income and ask me who I paid and why?Is that all because I was born in #Iran ? It’s happened at least 5 times last 2 years.really disappointed
