Hey @santanderuk sooo that approved mortgage offer we first spoke about on 7th May... I’m still waiting on confirmation. Yep, still. 35 days later. (You promised 14 days max.) I don’t like complaining, but I’m literally going to lose my house if you don’t fix this tomorrow.

@LiquidSeventeen @ecommerceshares Exactly what i did, @santanderuk kept stopping crypto transfers to Binance, even after telling them multiple times that i know what I am doing, i had a customer service advisor telling me I shouldnt be moving fiat to crypto. Switched banks now
