    @santanderuk 3 Weeks since you closed one of my accounts in error causing £1000 to go missing. I was told it would be sorted by the 24th October and now told today that there can't be a timescale put on when I will get my money back despite the fact I have rent due out tomorrow!

    @Flaneurble @Easy_As_He_They @santanderuk That was very well publicised at the time and McPartlin was remorseful, took time away from the public eye and took the time to fix it. Very little publicity on Boy George 🙄 just because you are a gay man does not give you a free pass. I say that as a gay man.

    @IrvineWelsh @santanderuk have THE worst customer service of any company I’ve dealt with. I don’t bother to ring anymore, I just take the hit.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Unable to make payment or use your app!!! Firstly server error now technical issue... Is this the norm ? Not so glad I switched now.

    @sen_j59 @santanderuk My wife is currently in dispute with @santanderuk. Can never get through on the phone in less than 45 minutes. When she does she talks to junior staff who don't understand the issue and a more senior call-handler is never available to sort it. They are appalling.
