    Yeah, don't ever bank with @santanderuk. Been on hold for an aggregate of four hours over three calls, hung up on and prank called twice and told "an agent tried calling me but couldn't reach you." Some customer service right there 🤌🏻

    @santanderuk wonderful service… tell them I’m travelling abroad well in advance and then have my card declined when I arrive! Call them internationally and hold for 45mins+ and no answer. Wonderful service 😡😡😡

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk what a terrible bank, customer service non-existent, local branch don’t want to know, tried so many numbers, got a fraud problem which is their problem, thank god I don’t bank with them!!!
