@santanderuk Your fraud department is shocking. I have called twice to sort and twice no one to take the call after 20 mins on hold both times. Expect a call. Cannot access online either. Going to regulator without adequate response

@santanderuk do you know how infuriating your UX is for mortgage-only holder log in detail recovery? I don't have a special pin in my head, nor the user ID is recoverable via the mortgage account number. Why I have to wait 4-6 days for 2 letters in 2021? Utter ridiculousness!

  • StevenWickham Steven Wickham (@StevenWickham) reported

Bloody Hell. Trying to get a phone reply from @santanderuk is impossible. I've been with them for over 50 years and the service has never been worse

@santanderukhelp Credit card in security checks. AGAIN. Second time in a 6 days! Honestly, the WORST service I have ever encountered. Yet again without my card until your security decide to allow me to use it. Appalling @santanderuk

@santanderuk having an awful experience with you guys - do you ever confirm receipt of an email that you’ve asked to be sent?

  • RedMusicCovers TeRi (Red Music Covers) (@RedMusicCovers) reported

@santanderuk what exactly are you doing to fix your appalling customer service (or lack of ) ? Waiting over an hour every time I call, irrelevant of what department I try is utter bulls#*t

  • wadethinksagain wadesthinkinghard (@wadethinksagain) reported

so, @santanderuk, even though "you're sorry to keep me waiting" every fifteen seconds, I've been holding on for over 35 (thiry-five!) minutes, and counting. Hmmm. Not sorry enough to employ more staff to help customers? I'm only glad you don't tell me "you're important to us"

@santanderuk wtf is going on? 2hrs to get thru to cust servs team and still my payments are refused. My house sale completed 2day! I remember 2008 & the crash & who bailed u out

@santanderuk Hello. I need to contact you but can't use the phone. Your online bot chat can't help. Have you got an email address?

  • livviloui Olivia Ellison (@livviloui) reported

@santanderuk - really poor customer service with a mortgage renegotiation. How do we escalate please?
