@MorganBroadcast I'm thinking of changing my bank as very unhappy with their customer service. After reading this, I won't be moving to @santanderuk

  • Defencebrief Nicholas Diable (@Defencebrief) reported

@BenRigbyJourno I'm sure she will given the apparent abundance of errors by the bank. I'm not surprised by her account having once been a customer of @santanderuk. Their approach to telephone banking security was always shockingly lax and left customers wide open to fraudsters.

  • DellaWilliamso6 Della Williamson (@DellaWilliamso6) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk So sorry this happened to you. Had something similar with Centurylink. From what you have said. I think it had to be an insider. Who are they protecting? My heart and my prayers are with you. Wish I knew of something that would really help. Hugs, ***.

  • Jacquieh72 Jacquie (@Jacquieh72) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk are a disgrace. I bank with @HalifaxBank and they are ON THE BALL with any potentially fraudulent activity. I'm so sorry your bank are not taking responsibility for this ****.

  • johnnydubb1 johnnydubb (@johnnydubb1) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Terrible. Hope it is sorted soon. Closing my santander account, which isn't my main one.

  • Sabin68635299 Sabin (@Sabin68635299) reported

@santanderuk over 1h Phone call Waiting to pay a settlement figure, still no answer. Trying to pay online - doesn’t work. Waiting for over 30 min on website live chat, still waiting. The CHAPS details your provided are not recognised by the bank. This is absolutely insane!

@MorganBroadcast **** @santanderuk this is a terrible example of customer support and lax fraud detection. They've been on the downhill since A&L got bought, tragic as they'd been really good to us. I'm closing those accounts now, I'm finished with them.

  • Arad1el Joseph Dowland (@Arad1el) reported

@MorganBroadcast I'm a mobile banking customer of @santanderuk , and the view pin "feature" seems to be a terrible idea

  • laffer1 Lucas Holt (@laffer1) reported

@mazzzdaaa @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If I had them, I'd be leaving pronto. They clearly won't help you if something goes wrong.

  • JulieMcCHS Julie McDonald (@JulieMcCHS) reported

@MorganBroadcast OMG this is terrible and @santanderuk have made the situation so much worse by trying to contact you on your stolen phone. Try the ombudsman. Good luck
