    @santanderuk Not only have you not opened your Leighton Buzzard branch today (and next weekend), your one outside cash machine is down. Thankfully the @AskNationwide is open and their machines are working.

    Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

    @santanderuk I am going to be on hold until 6pm and are you then going to hang up on me for the 3rd time? I've been on the phone for over an hour in total now 🤬 what about if you have provide a ring back service?

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?
