    @santanderuk I'd closed an account with Santander probably around 7-8 years ago, would I be classed as a new customer if I switched? Nationwide didn't classify me as a "new customer" after moving away 5 years earlier 😕

    @santanderuk does@anyone ever call Santander at a time when they haven’t got high call volumes. Clearly they never have enough staff to deal with customer queries. Why is the average wait time in excess of 45 mins Getting sick and tired of this extremely poor bank

    I set up an account from my son when he was born with Alliance and Leicester (Now part of @santanderuk) He starts at University this weekend but @Santander say they have no record of the account despite us having the paperwork. Hmm I can’t help feel I’ve been cheated.

    @santanderuk im concerned i recieved a letter today about only paying minimum amount each month. I was not aware i had a current credit card with you. I am not registered for online banking with you and always pay my outstanding balance each month.please help me

    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.
