    @mturner1961 @santanderuk My 94 year old grandmother got the exact same thing. She no longer had a driving licence or passport so ultimately had to switch because Santander had restricted access. And she had the account for years and never had she been asked for this.

    @santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you

    @santanderuk Then after updating my details I go on the app & you’ve cut off my mobile banking access so I have to do it all again 😡

    @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

    @SickSide3 @santanderuk Now he’s 16, he’ll likely need photo ID more and more. He’s of working age, so good time to sort out photo ID for him. Bus pass? Rail card? Passport? He has none of these?
