    @santanderuk We used to bank with you but one month you sent our statement to another customer and we received another customer’s. When I called to complain, the breach was acknowledged but not taken seriously.

    @santanderuk HI my account was used in a fraudelnt transaction, I called up the out of hours number, waited 40 mins, finally started ringing just to be greeted with the 'welcome to the 02 messaging service' who do I contact now?
