The only way to get a member of your mortgage team to contact me is to cancel my direct debt. I was then told a manager could not ring me. santanderuk

After a 25 minute wait listening to the usual patronising messages and nauseating muzak, I’m answered by someone so rude and disinterested that I realise I’ve completely wasted my time.
