    @santanderuk Impossible to get through on their customer service line when you need help- on hold for an hour yesterday and gave up.

    Avoid banking with @santanderuk . Pathetic bank , poor service and will@hold u to ransom for days to access your own money n then say ‘ we are very busy ‘ poor directionless management to the core

    @santanderuk Having terrible problems contacting you. Tried to make an online payment this morning and you kept asking 'Are you sure?/ Are you really really sure? And finally I got blocked. Tried phoning your help number but of course no one answers. Awful service guys.
