    @santanderuk trying to talk to someone about my business account as waited over a month for a response. I have hung on phone today for 20 minutes and got cut off while it was still waiting to be picked up. Your chat appears not to be working. Hard work being your customer!

    @santanderuk despite living in France for 3 years and regularly transfering money from her UK a/c where her pension is paid to her French a/c you have AGAIN blocked my Mum from her online a/c! You do this every few months. She is at her wits end with frustration! Please help

    @santanderuk Objectively the worst bank in the country and should have been closed down ever since the scandal where they didn't pay out money to the customers of bereaved relatives, one doesn't expect much integrity from a bank but Santander really take the cake.

    @santanderuk I'm trying to sort out my existing @santanderuk finance but keep getting an error code and told to ring. Tried to phone and spent 2 hours over last two days but still can't get through. What is the best way to speak to someone and get payments sorted?

    Can i just say, its bad enough that @santanderuk closed hundreds of branches around the UK but also having the ones that are left closing at 3pm is absolutely terrible for #smallbusinesses. Seriously considering moving #bank as you are not the best for businesses any more. 😑

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk We have been hanging on for 3 hours and at 7pm were cut off This is my husbands day off Earlier we called to ask for a regular card payment to be stopped and were told we HAD to do it at other end Found out this is not true! Terrible customer service

    Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told
