    @TakeFive @TheFCA Out of interest @santanderuk, why do you process payments your customers make to an organisation who has had their website shut by the FCA? Why are you not willing to accept evidence of fraud that I have offered? Why are you happy for your elderly customers to be defrauded?

    How ******** are @santanderuk sending me a letter to my new address to tell me that they can't update my address because they need proof of my address. If the letter arrived I obviously proved my address well enough???

    @PostOffice @santanderuk @PostOffice I’m really dissatisfied with the answers I am getting, no-one is doing anything about the fact that my cheque has gone missing. I have no money and have been left to try and resolve the issue. I would like some help at least as it’s now over a week

    @santanderukhelp Just spoken to your customer services and fraud team. An elderly relative has made payments to an organisation through fraudulent misrepresentation. I could see it was a fraud immediately. @santanderuk have refused my offer to provide evidence. Why?

    @santanderuk Option to opt out of fractional reserve banking 👏well done good on you. It was never fair to be lending out money you didn't have, and charging interest,oh and giving the actual owner a fraction of the earnings. Binance access as well please.
