    @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Customer service is a thing of the past. It's all apps and bots. It's like banging your head against a brick wall.

    Find it hard to believe how poor @santanderuk customer service is, been with them since Abbey National days (40+ years) unbelievably poor, certainly not the bank they were
