@carolinesgreen @santanderuk Noooooooooooooooo I'm so sorry, that's really awful to hear - I thought banks were always more supportive in cases like this.

Call from @santanderuk this afternoon... Can we go through security, sure we can. We go through set of questions, then she tells me: Let me pull up your file to see why I called you... Don't #wastemytime, know why you are calling before you pick up the phone. I put the phone down

@santanderuk absolutely appalling service. We have PA for my mother & have tried to get access to this account & now wish to close it. Nothing, no response what so ever!!! This will be escalated!!!

@santanderukhelp I just wanted to follow up with this almost a year later to say that we are still waiting for @santanderuk to change the addresses on our accounts. Customer service is so rude. We even flew to London and went into a branch over the summer with documents. Still refused!

@santanderuk why have you made it so hard to access my money. I need to withdraw cash. Local branch closes at 3pm…..3pm!! On the phone for 45 mins to try and access it via post office because daily limit is £250. Absolutely useless! Think I’ll withdraw it all and leave!

@santanderukhelp 'Some time next week'. Fantastic service for a mistake that @santanderuk made and still haven't rectified. Not. I really don't care what you're doing, how "sorry" you are, or who now has the case; just give me my own money back!

@bancosantander Hello mr hutchens. You should be aware that @santanderuk supports fraud and states that the Fraud Act definition of fraud is wrong - because it doesn't help them support fraud
