    @santanderuk @MoneySavingExp Still not sorted.After 3 useless letters, 8 calls.10hrs spent.Every Customer Service Agent telling me the last Agent had given me the wrong information (6 of them in total) No call back from Complaints 2 days after registering. Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

    @sen_j59 @santanderuk My wife is currently in dispute with @santanderuk. Can never get through on the phone in less than 45 minutes. When she does she talks to junior staff who don't understand the issue and a more senior call-handler is never available to sort it. They are appalling.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I am so upset with your service- lost my bank card 2 weeks ago- phoned 13 days for a replacement but still no sign- having to borrow cash from people 😞 I just rang up customer services to see if they could resend another card and they hung up on me!
