After 3 hours on hold to @santanderuk there is a brief message saying 'Our call centre is now closed, we apologize for not being able to service your account, please try again tomorrow. Are you kidding me? Really? THREE HOURS ON HOLD

Almost 2 weeks since I've been able to pay in any money to my @santanderuk bank account. Customer service is awful, so since they don't want my money, can someone reccomend a decent bank? I'll be switching asap.

@santanderuk's new statement area in the app is much less useful than it used to be. now slow to load and have to click through to PDFs to see any useful information (e.g. last statement balance). A definite step back!

@santanderuk I’ve just spent 45 mins on the phone trying to get access to passcode and try no to access@bank via app. Referred to@website and asked to reset my passwords. This doesn’t provide the correct info to access app. I have ID no - what next? Please advise

After nearly 25 years of banking with @santanderuk (and previously Alliance and Leicester), I’m done. Too many IT issues preventing me from using services, a load of branch closures locally and not available when I need them. Hello @LloydsBank 👋🏼
