    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤

    @santanderuk 45 minutes wait - so far - on your fraud line. Employ some staff will you. This is an abysmal level of 'service'.

    @santanderuk I have tried phoning and have sent a few emails and still no response. Please please can someone give me a message. My account is locked and I need to be able to access it asap

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Modern banking somehow manages to make you feel both over monitored and completely unsupported at the same time. Blocking important payments while removing basic human service is the exact kind of thing that drives people mad. @hnjsamuels

    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍

    @santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me

    @santanderuk An unmoving queue at 3.15pm. No indication of service available. If you can’t serve after a certain time, make it clear, put up a sign. Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.
