    Does this happen with everyone's bank where they want you to submit documents on your address and all this other ****? I try send money to people and it says failed then accepts the 2nd time round but I can't see the money out my account. These banks are ****. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Or… when they freeze your a/c owing to some’activity’ and force you to go into a branch with ID! Try that when you’re on holiday in Scotland or anywhere really since they have shut so many branches. If you don’t drive, have mobility issues etc you’re stuffed!! Terrible bank.

    Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.
