@santanderuk I understand long waiting times to get through by phone. But for the love of god folks, sort your onhold music out. It's actually physically painful. Listened to a lot of hold music in my 20 years as a support worker- but yours is physically offensive. Listen to it!

@santanderuk been sat in the branch for over 20 minutes waiting to get to speak to someone, noone has appeared or even explained why I'm still waiting after the advised 5 minutes I was initially told, taken time out of my lunch from work for poor service

Really speedy service from @santanderuk today when they spotted small but fraudulent activity on my account. All sorted now and I can exhale.
