    @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Im trying to set up my online account for new credit card. For some reason your system has automatically assigned outdated email and mobile contacts to this new account. I want to chat online to sort this out but your AI won't let me! Please help

    @santanderuk I am going to be on hold until 6pm and are you then going to hang up on me for the 3rd time? I've been on the phone for over an hour in total now 🤬 what about if you have provide a ring back service?

    @santanderuk you moved my branch without telling me at Canary Wharf and the new one has no counter or anyway to pay coins in. Very poor service.

    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service
