@santanderuk do you really only have 1 mortgage adviser in Edinburgh? And now that he is injured, my application is stalled indefinitely as you can't pass to another adviser at another branch? I move in 4 weeks and your staff won't help!

@Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help

@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help
