    @alan_gibbons @santanderuk I called the bank last week and when the automated service asked what my call was about I said “fraud” they answered me within 15 seconds. Probably because it was going to cost them money. #truestory

    @santanderuk Had to call several times recently to pay off my mortgage. Every time, a 40 minute wait in a call queue. I ring First Direct and I'm talking to someone within a minute or so. Santander, really poor customer experience, I'm glad we're parting company

    @santanderukhelp @susanfdavies @santanderuk What happens if one of many staff fall ill to these issues your bank is causing and ends up mentally or physically sick will you guys be held liable or just not give a damn about this either? Are you sure you are a serious bank???!!

    @santanderuk CAN SOMONE ANSWER THE PHONES!!! I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE A CALL IN RELATION TO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT 60 STAFF ARE ABOUT TO LOSE THEIR JOBS AS I CAN NOT ACCESS MY OWN MONEY TO PAY THEM. WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT DOES NOT HELP FEED THE FAMILIES OF MY STAFF.
