@santanderuk When completing a form on your site from my accounts page, after entering the OTP code and hitting submit i get the error: [Exception in:/WEB-INF/jsp/message/onlineApps_mainTemplate_no_navigation.jsp] null Tried on iphone safari, win10 chrome and edge all same-help?

@santanderuk your help desk is very unhelpful and can’t think of the other word to use. I understand you a trying to tackle fraud, but I think common sense is lacked here.

  • RedAnt6 Red Ant (@RedAnt6) reported

Had a note from @santanderuk saying they were considering taking my debit card from me, despite 7-10 transactions per month on my account. Do they not realise that Covid issues mean people don't use cards in person like they used to?

  • suzie_warren Suzie Warren (@suzie_warren) reported

@santanderuk Chat with us not very helpful at all. Calling you on the phone - almost impossible. Time to move banks #badcustomerservice

@BarrySheerman @santanderuk And you will do exactly what to help applicants in Huddersfield ? Nothing as usual other than write a letter....Silly man.

  • paul_law24 Paul (@paul_law24) reported

@santanderuk gave Pre-authorisation to a mortgage then found an outstanding bill for £6.20 (since cancelled as it was an error) and cancelled mortgage offer. Avoid them like the plague @bancosantander if trying to buy a house

  • paul_law24 Paul (@paul_law24) reported

@santanderukhelp No I haven’t. @santanderuk clearly use automated systems to evaluate & review mortgage offers. I could have understood it if the problem was real and/or not corrected within days - all for £6. The LTV was also low so your mechanism to evaluation of risk comical.

@ActressSkye @santanderuk No ******* way! That's awful 😔 are they trying to get it back?

  • JalilvandMahdi Mahdi Jalilvand (@JalilvandMahdi) reported from Salford, England

@santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

@santanderuk Why is your mobile app not working again? Been trying since 23.00 but it won’t load. This is becoming a regular problem lately.
