She no longer had a driving licence or passport so ultimately had to switch because Santander had restricted access. And she had the account for years and never had she been asked for this.

Your main concern was for a big company not me

Blocking important payments while removing basic human service is the exact kind of thing that drives people mad. @hnjsamuels
