  Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

  Does this happen with everyone's bank where they want you to submit documents on your address and all this other ****? I try send money to people and it says failed then accepts the 2nd time round but I can't see the money out my account. These banks are ****. @santanderuk

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk Omg absolutely appalling service. Having been on the phone for almost 2 hrs I was told I was hostile. Absolutely not! I was frustrated by your appalling service. I've now been told I need to call back on Monday. Santander won't call me! Just how much time do I have to waste?

  @santanderuk is the worst student bank account, i had transferred my current account last week and i was told i will get my rail card in 5 working days but its been more than that and i still haven’t got anything from them and i have tried to contact them but its awful service
