@santanderuk Strange, just tried to log into my Mobile Banking APP, prompted to ring Help Desk, help desk refer me to website. Why did I have to reset up my online banking? with a new ID and password etc, What have you done with my old one? looking forward to your reply

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Calling the 0800 9 123 123 number and it says that I can use the live chat from mobile banking but that doesn’t work either!! @santanderuk this is the worst customer experience ever!

@santanderuk I've come up with a better idea as a long standing Santander customer. When I change my bank to to any of the big UK banks they will give me £140.
