@rjonesplymouth @santanderuk Ah the miracle of the free market, finding by itself the optimum point at which it can torture citizens without too much impact on profits. Ps sorry you're going through this. It's a sign of general malaise when almost every service, public or private, is a headache to endure.

@santanderuk #noservice Have been on hold for more than 29 minutes now. You obviously have no staff on the phones. Pathetic service if you can call it that.
