@santanderuk what a terrible bank, customer service non-existent, local branch don’t want to know, tried so many numbers, got a fraud problem which is their problem, thank god I don’t bank with them!!!

Dear @santanderuk thanks for fixing your IT issue. As you decided we are to work late, does this mean our proc fee is now at double rate? Surely you could have kept the rates open tomorrow morning for an extra 2 hours instead? Thanks from all of us.

@santanderukhelp trying to close our help to buy ISA. hour and a half on hold spoke briefly to a member of staff only to be hung up on at 17:55 guessing your employee was finishing at 18:00 regardless! We have been trying to get help since 24/06 appalling service. @santanderuk
