    @santanderuk I knew your service wasn't great, but didn't realise how shockingly bad it was until today. My parents attempted a high value transaction which got suspended for fraud checks (absolutely fine), got through to an agent on the phone who refused to unlock (1)

    @santanderuk how can you shut down so many branches, reduce opening hours, and then the one central bank you have for an area refuses to do counter services because there are ‘only 3’ employees when the whole bank is empty. Santander Tottenham an absolute disgrace this morning

    cannot wait til I can leave @santanderuk a simple profile update I wish to do and after verifying my identity on the app 50 times on phone and email, they block me and tell me to ring up the help desk, not on your life son!

    @santanderuk closing my local pets wood branch is one thing. The ATM not working properly is a nightmare. 3x Now I haven't been able to pay cash in via machine. If you would prefer me to take my acc elsewhere. You only have to ask

    @santanderuk hi, is there a problem with the app? Ive tried to log in a few times now , i enter my security number and it doesn’t do anything after that .. it just stays on that screen
