    @LydiaHopeTaylor @santanderuk Honestly, think vibepay had issues too, sent 8 people money they all confirmed it was received but no one got notification including myself to say it was sent 🙈 may look at santander, nationwide are awful and that's being polite

    My wife just showed me her phone and she's downloaded @binance but her bank @santanderuk blocked her funds. She is literally the last person I had down as being orange-pilled. Gutted she's been blocked, shows how difficult it can be starting out, now I'm off to explain on-ramps!

    @santanderuk Appalling customer service. Ask me to call a number saying its staffed 24/7. On line for 30mins and then told noone can pick up. Call the same number again. What is going on??

    @santanderuk good afternoon, I have an existing mortgage with you that is an old Alliance and Leicester mortgage so I don't have online banking. I am trying to find out my balance but am finding it impossible to get through on the phone

    @santanderuk is it your official policy that you will refuse to talk to a customer if they call from a phone number you don’t know? Because after 25 minutes waiting for you to pick up at all this was pretty damn irksome
