@santanderuk @santanderukhelp fyi: Your branch profiles still say mortgage advisers are on site, but I was told by an employee that they’re only ever via the phone now. Probably worth changing that so people don’t waste time traveling to a branch just to be told nope 🥶

@santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you don’t have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.

@santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡

@santanderuk why is it impossible to report a lost or stolen credit/debit card when you’re abroad & not using your uk mobile phone number so can’t receive code to log onto online banking?
