    @lslurpmytea @santanderuk Still couldn’t transfer the funds. After 5 hours of the nightmare I managed to get my account unblocked, told them I will be transferring the money and when I did, they blocked me again. Absolutely **** bank!

    @TCymreig @MfanwyEvans @santanderuk I also contacted the support service, they didn't do anything with the problem....but i was able to recover my account with the help of CYBERCR3CK on instagram .He is legit and trusted.

That was the only money I had, it’s in my account and they absolutely have given us a middle finger and essentially telling us that they don’t give a **** if my mum dies but their policies and procedures come first! Hope you go ******* bankrupt, Santander!

    So I’m on the hunt for a new banking account (personal) as @santanderuk have move to Mastercard cards, but I’ve known of 4 occasions this year where Mastercard has gone down and cards won’t work which is a no no for me as I don’t carry cash!

    @TCymreig @santanderuk Are you able to access the funds from some other way? @santanderuk making life harder for people who are just trying to get medical care for their loved ones. Shameful. Glad I don't bank there, and now I never will.

    @bethanjenkins @MorganCymraes @santanderuk I honestly feel so terrible having to ask Liz again. She has been phenomenal throughout this since the day it began. Been on the phone holding from my friend’s phone who walked over middle of the night to help me make this call. Going on for over 4 hours so far!
