@Wumpkie @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I hear you. They are handling (and the word handling is doing some VERY heavy lifting here) my simple remortgage. 3 months in and we are still no nearer completion with no word as to when this might happen. They are terrible.

@StarlingBank Looking to switch my business bank account to you from @santanderuk after 28 years, but have a bounce-back loan. Can that be transferred? Would ask @santanderuk but they'd just say phone our help desk and wait an hour

@Victoria_TMC @TrinityLeeds No worries. There's also the @santanderuk work café but there only semi open. The woods in Chapel Allerton I think do drop in hang out all day working. And the Left Bank in Hyde Park also used to do one for free. But not sure now.
