    @santanderuk hello, my access to mobile banking has been blocked for some reason, I tried calling but after half an hour waiting I had to go doing other things. I tried the chat but without login only the bot works, I tried calling again but since I’m abroad phoning doesn’t work

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk @bancosantander No, for 1 hour 20 mins I could only hear the waiting/on hold music, then for 8 minutes it started ringing as a normal phone would, then the phone was put down on me.

    @santanderuk So I find one of your customers wallet on the street, with their Santander card, and you can’t be bothered to call your customer and let them know!! Great service!

    @santanderuk Experienced terrible customer service on your in app chat today - agent responded and just hung up - without waiting for response. Disgusting - its like you couldn't care less about your customers. !!!!
