  Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

  @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍

  Update day 7 @santanderuk have proved they are a joke of a bank and allowed a company @AirFranceUK @airfrance to take money out of my account for a service (flights)not provide any flights or confirmation regarding flights but because its not the banks money they are ok with it

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk trying to report a card issue with you. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, now another 15 on your online system. Why don't you employ more people now you've shut all the branches down? #useless
