    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

    @santanderuk 45 minutes wait - so far - on your fraud line. Employ some staff will you. This is an abysmal level of 'service'.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so after contacting me you still couldn’t help me either - 8 hours blocked accounts for no reason, no support, no customer services - appalling absolutely appalling service

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?
