    @santanderuk my wife and I have been taking turns listening to the same track whilst on hold for 5hours. You blocked our app and web access for making a payment even though I approved it via phone call, no access to anything, now after the latest 1:30 minutes waiting you close …

    @clevybencheton @santanderuk Oh, £75 wouldn't even justify the pain that was inflicted on me having to hear this bloody automated voice interrupting the music every 20sec. If it would just be the music - I genuinely think it would be easier to keep holding and working next to it. But this way...Argh!!!

    @santanderuk is determined that it will not speak to a customer who has a major three day problem with its service. it keeps trying to palm me off with its totally useless " digital assistant " or mobile app, despite my giving it a phone number for a real person to contact me on

    @santanderukhelp trying to close our help to buy ISA. hour and a half on hold spoke briefly to a member of staff only to be hung up on at 17:55 guessing your employee was finishing at 18:00 regardless! We have been trying to get help since 24/06 appalling service. @santanderuk

    Dear @santanderuk - how do I make a complaint? I have a fraud case which your team have not sorted despite a number of requests and when I ask to speak to complaints team to escalate, they hang up on me? This is the worst customer service.
