@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I received a letter from santander customer operations stating my account will be locked on Dec 22nd. They have tried calling me but I am in Mexico for the winter and due to time difference I was asleep. Can't call them from here. Help.

Not a good start joining @HSBC_UK with royal mail strikes Im left with no bank or account details since joining on 25 Nov and now my current bank account as now been closed with the switch I won't even be able to access my money via @santanderuk

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp what has my credit card got to do with my current account/savings and other accounts which I have been using with no problem for over a year? Customer service just said wait we don’t know how long but you are going to have to wait? Bills need paying!

@fkyh @santanderuk I intend to do same. It is disgusting how Cahoot does not pay any interest on current accounts, or a miniscule 0.4% on its best saving accounts. Financial authority should fine it, then shut it down.

@santanderuk disgraceful service from Santander. My account has been blocked just because I got a credit card. Even though thats been approved I am being harassed for my personal documents. I have never heard of a stupid process like this. Customer service have no clue. Im stuck!

@santanderuk the rewards system now is so more complicated. If you kept it the same before as “click to activate”, you don’t have to mess around going to each website. You knew they were on when you shopped.

@santanderuk How do I contact your Data Protection Officer to get you to stop mixing customer's personal information? Phone numbers and postal address are futile because the former provides no customer evidence and the latter is unlikely to be delivered by Royal Mail.
