    @AdrianBethune @santanderuk We also had a similar issue on our mortgage with @Santanderuk and ended up with Halifax. The trouble these days is that so much of banking is run of algorithms rather than human input - fine most of the time but doesn't allow for any common sense or perspective.

    Hey @santanderuk don’t you think it’s a bit ridiculous to send me out of your app app to sign up for your new rewards scheme and then ask for card details+CVV when you know who I am anyway as I came from your app. Do you not trust your own apps security or just terrible design?

    @santanderuk - trying to report a stolen card. Can’t get past your automated systems without knowing the card number. Branch doesn’t take calls. Absolutely hopeless customer service.

    @santanderuk Tried to book an appointment in my local branch to open an account for my son and was told there were no appointments until June!?! Absolutely shocking customer service 🙄😔🤬

    @santanderuk 😡😡😡 Awful service. They've blocked my account for no reason and made me spend more than 30 minutes on hold on a call without any solution. Not recommended!
