@santanderuk You have been a payment between accounts in my name for 4 days now. Have wastes hrs trying to get this resolved and no timeliness for when you will. I also can't access any online banking, essential as I am disabled. This is disgraceful. Pls sort asap.

@santanderuk Changed my name on my mortgage at my local branch a few weeks ago but still getting the wrong name on letters. Can't get through on the phone & no time to visit again atm. This is causing problems with other agencies. Any help..?
