Chris (@Chris_________M) reported from Bristol, England@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

I tried different bank Barclays which is quick . If you open account with Santander they will cause you inconvenience a lot

I called your “dedicated complaints team” and was told couldn’t complain as they are customer services, not complaints. And the delays go on- I may lose my property at this rate. Awful
