  @santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

  @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made.   @wideawake_media I had issues with Royal Bank of Scotland so I moved my account. Banks are generally crap. Obviously @santanderuk are a sh!t bank with poor customer services
