@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

@Jewelisgold @HalifaxBank @santanderuk punished me for fraudulent abroad transactions absolutely destroyed my faith in banks I had been with them since they was abby national they just greedy fat cats who dont care about customers but Halifax are more than helpful amazing customer service xx

@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help
