@santanderuk I found the debit card of one of your customers. I tried to call to let you know (do the right thing you know) and your phone lines make me hold for 10mins to try and fail to report the card. Thank God I don’t bank with you myself! Awful service

@santanderuk why is impossible to change your payment date for loans or mortgages, making it purposefully difficult , even chat teams “are not loan trained” not everyone has time during day to sit for hours on hold !

Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@santanderuk you have the longest wait times of any bank I know tried last night gave up - been on the phone since 8am still no answer pathetic - stop working from home protect your staff so they can
