    @santanderuk I'm getting seriously stressed out with this. To wait 45 mins in a call that has been rinsing me only to not be able to log in is a joke. I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score

    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

    Why is it so difficult to get past automated bank systems? I want to make a payment which is outside the parameters of the app, but getting out of the doom loop of “did you know you can do this on the app” is almost impossible. Thanks (not) @santanderuk .
