@XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.

@Saurabh_Sethi25 @santanderuk Turn WiFi off, seems to be an issue with internet providers. I turned off WiFi and connected Mac via phone and both webs and app based worked. Good jobs really as I had 30 lads awaiting wages

@santanderuk my mums card has been fraudulently used and payments are still being taken out! She has been on hold for 30 minutes to be told nobody is around to help on any automated message? More money is being taken and there’s nothing she can do about it? This is disgraceful!

Hi @santanderukhelp @santanderuk why don’t you keep your Google branch listings up to date? They don’t correspond to your website even though Google has your logo against them indicating you have control of the information. Wasted a whole hour trying to visit a branch this week.
