@santanderuk is there a way to report a fraudulent text I received if I don't bank with you? Your website prompted me to phone but the system wanted my account type etc.

@santanderuk Your statement export is atrocious. Your CSV data doesn't have the discription. Your text output uses iso-8859-1 with nbsp chars, it should use utf-8 without display characters. Your other formats are broken. These are not hard fixes.

@santanderuk son's card was blocked as 36p overdrawn. You didn't tell us there was a block on the card. He's refused travel on public transport. A safeguarding issue. Complaints Dept. tell me it's an automated procedure. Much like your Complaints Dept. then...no humanity at all.
