    @santanderuk, I didn’t want to do this, but I want to make a complaint with trying to get through to your customer service line, 8 times I’ve tried and been put on hold for over a hour and had to to use my lunch break to try and get through. I need to use this card. Kind regards

    @nicperrins @BexBookaholic @santanderuk Santander have announced they're going back to Covid Lockdown hours permanently in branches as combined with Mask mafia it was such a success in driving their customers away soon they will have no staff but millions of customers working for them

    @nicperrins @santanderuk We use Metro at work, about 15 different accounts, and they at least answer the phone pretty quickly. Website is a bit basic but it works!

    @santanderuk Moving towards all digital,closing branches earlier,now from 30June you will charge for customer service calls; surely hitting the most vulnerable in society who cannot afford unlimited call contracts and the elderly using landlines. Closing my accounts now.

    It’s disgraceful that @santanderuk are penalising self employed people who worked hard to continue growing their business during the pandemic, purely because they accepted a single grant of support. A grant that barely covered anything. How is that fair?! Where’s the humanity?!
