    @santanderukhelp my online access was blocked today , which is fine appreciate you have checks etc… however 3 hours later on hold still can’t get through to anyone to sort it… appalling @santanderuk

    @santanderuk credit cards are an absolute disgrace. Overseas and card blocked - no one answering on customer services. Spent 45 mins on hold and the line went dead… terrible service

    I have been kept waiting for 40 minutes by @santanderuk's call centre. Such delays are caused by underinvestment in the service. The solution is to employ more call handlers, If they can't recruit enough here they can go abroad,

    @santanderuk this is a joke my partners card has expired on the 31st of October she has not had a new card, she cannot order one online as it says sorry technical error, she rings and gets told its busy then after 20 mins she just gets put on a never ending ring what's going on

    @santanderuk switch has been a shamble. All my money is in this new account which I cannot access because I’ve not been given a card yet and I can’t access online banking. Your live chat is just robots who aren’t helping and I’ve been in a queue on the phone for a very long time
