Like any good developer though, I'm not deterred by this. @santanderuk bikes have a website, right? I bet I can enter my card details there, and my phone browser will auto-fill my card details. Genius! Off to their site I go...

@santanderuk Don’t trust this bank - allows a 16 year old to go overdrawn by 51p - yes I did say 51p and then block his card even tho money was put in his account as soon as we knew. Block never lifted and he has been left stranded in another city because his card declined!

@santanderukhelp Santander has my business bank account for 12 years. I called Santander four times today to request "Bank Guarantee" service. . Benedict, a helpful Santander agent, confirmed that Santander does not offer "Bank Guarantee". Help me, Santander. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp.

@MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis I made an online application for an ISA in Oct 22 with @santanderuk . Immediately got email to say they would be sending acct details 2-3 days, 5 months later - nothing! Spoken to them weekly, staff unable to help! Anyone else with same issue?

At @santanderuk, do you have a banking issue? We are concerned, we have a lot of money trapped and haven't been able to withdraw for 2 weeks to our own account somewhere else? Is there an issue people should be aware of?
