@santanderuk Don’t trust this bank - allows a 16 year old to go overdrawn by 51p - yes I did say 51p and then block his card even tho money was put in his account as soon as we knew. Block never lifted and he has been left stranded in another city because his card declined!

@bobsakoui @santanderuk @santanderukbiz After an initial scam, Santander Bank kept my wife on hold for 45 minutes calling their so called security line. The scam increased by £1200 before they answered the phone. 'The Bank of Pants and *****'; useless security and appalling customer service.

@santanderuk I closed my credit card account with you (or tried to) but I’m being chased as I apparently still owe you 1p. But when I try to pay I’m told there’s a technical error. Is this just a ploy to make me talk to you? Or do I owe you the penny? If so, I’ll post it to you.

What is the worst bank in the world? I'd say @santanderuk by a mile. I've had the most distressing and terrible experience with them. They are unprofessional and inefficient. You need to sort out my demands to close my account asap. I want to be rid of your non-services and can't
