@lickleheart @santanderuk Santander was down last people couldn’t access money, mothers couldn’t get nappies for their babies or people petrol in their cars. We apologise but are lines are busy🙄. More branch’s closing and every week working on their IT hindering access to your money. What is going on !

@santanderuk I’m awaiting with interest the outcome of your investigation into my complaint. I trust you will agree with me that being on hold for 2h 5m to arrange a transfer of funds is outrageous. Your colleague from your customer service team didn’t think it was.

@santanderuk get on with fixing the issue/issues, I'm meant to have my ESA coming into my account and cant see it there and can do F.A at the moment i have bills to pay and things and cant do that with the money there. bloody sort it and quickly

@santanderuk Sort this out I should have had a payment in my account that’s been delayed due to your issues, I can’t do a food shop for my family until you fix this issue.
