@santanderuk I’ve just attempted to pay my rent by card and the payments stated “declined” so I attempted again and same again declined then for lesser amount, this time successful. Check my bank and all have been debited! I’m £900 down now!

@santanderuk when will your systems be working again , still can’t get money out of the machines , already spoke to someone after being on hold for 45 minutes and they’re still not working !

@santanderuk just tried to deposit cash in a machine but told it can't take cash due to covid. Can cashline machines get covid?? Surely with less branches open the machines can be boxed daily and contents stored for 5 days and actually help you customers to do their business.
