No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a £200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer
