    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    @santanderuk your phone queuing system is customer-hostile. Telling a caller that the queue is “More than 5 mins” when in fact it’s >45mins isn’t very helpful. Making customers wait 45mins and then simply dropping their call? Hostile. * repeatably - yes I checked!

    @santanderuk I have opened an account but never received any account information or card. I am trying to get online but obviously sir have any details. When i go to make a complaint even that’s next to impossible. Terrible customer experience.

    @santanderuk Put the phone down. 1hr plus wait isn’t acceptable. No problem plenty of other banks.

    Disappointed @santanderuk that you moved my local Canary Wharf branch without telling me. Not good customer service.
