@santanderukhelp @santanderuk - my son is penalised as an existing customer and unable to switch this online to a student account. As a non-customer he could apply on line. No in-branch appointments for 3 weeks - after his loan payment is due. Poor service.

@MorganBroadcast Well done on keeping at this and not letting Santander fob you off, but it sucks that you had to go through all of that stress and worry. As a @santanderuk /Abbey customer for almost all my life, I've decided to remove my savings and switch current account. I hope many do

@santanderuk Evening. Around four times now when I've tried depositing money into my account via the post office the transaction has been declined. I've read Santander have limited the amount a customer can deposit via the post office over a certain time period. Is this true?

@santanderuk on hold to your consumer finance for am hour and half already! Also trying your online chat and that's been an hour! Not something I can do online need to speak to you but also working till 5 so can't ring later! Shocking
