    @santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

    @santanderuk All accounts cancelled and moved today. Credit issue for no apparent reason. An absolute disgrace and terrible customer service response ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ™ˆ

    @santanderuk @TSB I certainly won't be banking with Santander. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an absolutely appalling experience with your organisation when my late wife died. Your CEO comes across as hopelessly out of touch!

    @santanderuk @TSB Met another elderly men with his son outside who drove over 20miles to get a statement they needed.. I recommended they phone they said they had tried but no one could understand them.. This is awful for the most vulnerable

    @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but itโ€™s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it wonโ€™t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949

    Just how shocking is @santanderuk customer service in the consumer finance complaints team! So many promises but nothing ever materialises...next stop the financial ombudsman! Good luck @TSB

    I hope everyone that works @santanderuk wakes up with their bank account blocked, maybe then they might be better at customer service and information

    @santanderuk Very disappointed Santander donโ€™t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. Itโ€™s not good enough .
