    @santanderuk trying to use the online chat service to make a complaint about my experiences yesterday as your phones lines are all busy. But there is no way to complain online 🙄

    @Class1Mod @santanderuk @santanderukhelp It was a huge issue for the ‘handyman’ who needed the money I wanted to pay him. I imagine that was the situations for tens of thousands. But sure, feel free to be glibly ignorant.

    @Andrew_Cleave @cassyjsy @santanderuk 1/ I, stupidly, was searching by the address correctly entered! I see the Planning Dept. Civil Servants have entered the address to make it harder to find. Noted that they're playing the 'pandemic' card, as a reason to keep what has been accepted as inappropriate for the site

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Are you having online banking problems again? I can't log on online and error says details are wrong but they aren't. I've also ben locked out of the app for the same reason!

    @santanderuk thank you for all your help NOT!!! As a victim of fraud your excuse was I do not meet the criteria for a refund. For a measly £200.00 but yet you refund people with thousands of pounds in there account not to mention my wellbeing. #disgrace
