    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

    @santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they can’t print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.
