    Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

    Why does my @santanderuk card keep rejecting in shops and then when I get home and check mobile banking find its actually taken it multiple times? I cannot afford this ****

    @santanderuk Well it can’t get any worse that the Micky Mouse system you currently have. Your customer service is designed to delay and avoid any accountability. I have tried multiple routes to get a simple response. Your playing with peoples lives !

    Verily I say, it's easier to plait snot than have a meaningful phone conversation with @santanderuk. Why does call agents answering the phone at home mean it takes longer to answer the phone? Very bored of businesses irrelevantly pointing to C19 as reason for weak service.

    Problem with @santanderuk STILL not resolved (Mortgage offer issued on WRONG address 10/11/21). Complaint handler @santanderukhelp has escalated. We are considering our options now, not least because this has exacerbated my anxiety issues & triggered IBS.

    @santanderuk hi, I was asked to verify a payment which I did. Went back to the website and it asked again for me to verify it. Will this payment go out twice if I verify it again? Thanks

    What an absolute joke @santanderuk phone service is. 45 minutes for a simple call. 5 minutes of that was just to say they were busy. Even making me Google something that they had in front of them to tell them the same answer. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @santanderuk your internet bank is absolutely awful. I can’t change my address and tried to speak with your team on the phone and they can’t help either. RUBBISH SERVICE
