    @santanderuk would you like to explain why it's so difficult to register my mum's death with you? I'm being sent from pillar to post for an account which has very little in it. In contrast @CoventryBS and @Nationwide were extremely welcoming and bent over backwards to help

    @santanderuk appalling service today. Unable to speak to a mortgage advisor in branch? Who made this decision and how are they still apart of your company? Decision can only have been made to provide no service to customer and remove local jobs
