@santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp calling trying to close a credit card account, it instead said activated an account, asked me to start voice recognition and now I’ve been on hold for 25+ mins. 😩#help

@santanderuk we have been very let done by Santander while on holiday in Italy. Blocked the wrong credit card on our account- now we need to continue our holiday without use of our card facility. Support team unable to rectify their error. Totally unacceptable service.
