  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😡

  @santanderuk Thanks for the apologies, it would be better if management knew we were thinking of leaving because we won't wait 20 mins every time we need to speak to someone with a problem that can't be resolved with a pointless chat bot or automated system.

  @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

  @santanderuk Well I am not happy. 2K of my money is lost in your system somewhere from an ISA that expired. I went to branch who said call up... they can't tell me more than 'it's a closed account! The Branch manager cannot access what she needed to on the computer. NOT happy.

  Despite this, £40 was charged on June 9 and £50 on June 10 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderukhelp @santanderuk – please investigate and assist. #TfL #Santander

  @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help
