    @santanderuk 7 miles to Corporation Street branch - neither ATMs accepting deposits - 7 miles home - waste of time. Rubbish service as per normal.

    @VodafoneUK @santanderuk Contacted you helplines this week with people clearly working from home. Both had phone issues where I needed to end the call and could not get my queries dealt with. Are you providing home worker sufficient company phones as this is an issue

    @santanderuk We're going round in circles & with 6 hours on hold and 2 visits to a branch to get some help with my son opening a student account; still not resolved. Pls can you explain why nowhere in the process are the UCAS bank codes asked for & how to get straightforward help

    @iamtomskinner How is @StarlingBank I have gone through the same with @santanderuk so feel your pain. They will not give any communication for at least 10 working days, this is Money Laundering policy they have to abide by
