    @santanderuk fraud blocked my card, no notification. I ring up confirmed details required. I am told it need to go to back office team and will take a working day to unblock my card. So they block me from accessing my money for a weekend. What if this was my only account? rubbish

    I NEED HELP. @santanderuk has completely locked me out of my bank account and is telling me I need to go back to England to show my ID or get a power of attorney. I need to apply for my lease but I don't have access to my online banking to get a bank statement.

    Absolutely SHOCKING service from @santanderuk Don’t bother banking with them. They can’t manage a simple request, tell lies constantly and waste my time. Absolutely livid! 😡

    I’m so stressed. My bank account is blocked because @santanderuk sucks, OnlyFans website is extremely slow right now and my bank statements aren’t accessible. Just… amazing
