@Rachrobo88 @santanderuk Santander your customer service is shocking, I have spent over an hour on the phone to you today to be put through security twice to be told I'm speaking to the wrong department, I still can't get onto my internet business banking, can you reimburse me for my time waisted sofar?

@OfficialNolay @santanderuk 🤨 last thing I need. I better check... I've had problems with cashpoints not accepting my card (even a new one they sent out after one actually ate it!) It just won't go in! I haven't tried this new card yet probably gonna have the same problem coz it's as flimsy as the others

@santanderuk Boilerplate repetition of the same ambiguous message is not useful. Why is a major bank experiencing such issues with a fundamental aspect of their business for DAYS? It's highly concerning.
