@santanderuk Waited over 40 minutes and still no agent to speak with. Online banking no help either as "Chat with us" is useless at responding to a simple question. Coived-19 has been here long enough for any business to have sorted this.

@santanderuk Are standing orders to other Santander accounts not working either? I have 2 due out today that haven’t gone out. They’re not showing as pending but on my available balance, the amount is showing as it’s gone.
