    @AdrianBethune @santanderuk Oh no!! Beyond frustrating - we used theHalifax’s mortgage services with no issues and moved in August - hope it can all be fixed for you xx

    @AdrianBethune @santanderuk We also had a similar issue on our mortgage with @Santanderuk and ended up with Halifax. The trouble these days is that so much of banking is run of algorithms rather than human input - fine most of the time but doesn't allow for any common sense or perspective.

    @santanderuk having one member of staff working the counter every day is insane. There is a queue of 7 people and this isn’t just a one off. It’s every time I’ve come in here. Such a terrible bank.

    @santanderuk I’m also getting problem setting up Boosts when I go from set up page 2 to 3. Can you tell me if Fitbit is on their as I am delaying a purchase I need to make. Thanks.

    @santanderuk wow, the most awful service and app ever…tried to transfer MY money to another of MY accounts and you lock me out of the app and I can’t see where the money has gone - customer service closed!!!! will be closing account and moving all my money to HSBC.

    @santanderuk 😡😡😡 Awful service. They've blocked my account for no reason and made me spend more than 30 minutes on hold on a call without any solution. Not recommended!

    @santanderuk Just buy Bitcoin only and send it to your hard ware wallet so no one can get it and no bank can mess with it or block your account.
