  Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

  @santanderuk I have tried phoning and have sent a few emails and still no response. Please please can someone give me a message. My account is locked and I need to be able to access it asap

  @santanderuk trying to report a card issue with you. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, now another 15 on your online system. Why don't you employ more people now you've shut all the branches down? #useless

  @santanderuk complete waste of time. Went to a banking hub to submit form not available online. queue of 6,then couldn't photocopy anything so need to go to main branch. WTF!! Which is it? make it available online or keep your branches

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

  @santanderuk my wife who has been with you for years is getting notifications to update her details. We have tried on the unresponsive app to do this eventually ringing the 0330 number for help.. the guy was hopeless… 🎵time to say goodbye🎵perhaps
