    @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp perhaps you could explain an issue I still have with international transfers - there appears to be no way to see transfers that are currently processing or are pending - these MUST be clearly & easily visible against my account

    @santanderuk I did when you restricted my online app but you didn’t help 😳 I have been a customer since 1992 when you were abbey national.

    @santanderuk I think that’s symptomatic of a bigger issue. Having to wait 8 hours for text support says many things about your systems. 1) The AI chat assistant doesn’t deliver; 2) There are fundamental underlying issues that are causing so many people to need support (the bigger issue).

    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service
