    I NEED HELP. @santanderuk has completely locked me out of my bank account and is telling me I need to go back to England to show my ID or get a power of attorney. I need to apply for my lease but I don't have access to my online banking to get a bank statement.

    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @sailingbikeruk @santanderuk Ofc, KYC = 'Know Your Client' - its a form of checks that that those handling funds (banks, exchanges, legal sector, estate agents etc) are supposed to undertake in order to provide the service legitimately. Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds

    @santanderuk You are USELESS! Saturday on a bank holiday weekend & still no replacement debit card after reporting it lost on Monday morning. I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! šŸ˜”šŸ˜”
