    @santanderukhelp Avoid @santanderuk. They misinform customer's and hide behind t&cs. Now waiting on the phone again for 40 mins. There are better banks with more transparency and customer support out there.

    @santanderuk Santander UK bank licence should be reviewed by fin ombudsman mislead business, cont refusal SME’s giving financial or other help in pandemic unless 100% gov backed BBL. Only then swift help, even group companies BBL now causing serious acct freeze disruptions on missed due dil.

    third was @santanderuk staff in Plymouth Branch astonishing. Kind & helpful. Helped refugees around the process & opened bank accounts -the bank has also donated a huge chunk of money to Ukraine and the staff have also given their own cash. My own bank @LloydsBank refused help.

    @santanderuk Your service is getting worse! 1 hr in a queue on the phone. Totally unacceptable! Plus I wasted 1 hr trying to set up an account in your app which isn't working

    Do you have a @HSBC_UK business account? We bank with @santanderuk with most of our services purchased online via card, but since recent changes to the way card payments are handled (due to regulations) we've had no end of issues. Is it the same with HSBC?

Only then swift help, even group comp BBL now causes serious acct freeze disruptions on missed due dil. Anything else but bounce back 4 sant biz clients
