    Just tried registering for online banking @santanderuk. Not only would the website not let me but the helpline it told me to phone is no longer in use and when I eventually got through to a human he put the phone down on me! Thinking of closing my accounts now.

    Just gonna have to take a deep breath, and let all that money leave my account, I can afford it but, it’s gonna hurt seeing it all leave at once, and @santanderuk better not block the payment like they did last time 😭

    @santanderuk An awful company. Don’t let you pay your credit card with a debit card, force you to set up a DD. Technically they do but cunningly enough it never works. And don’t come on here saying you do because you don’t. Awful and disingenuous. Don’t become a customer.

    @santanderuk Locked out of my account trying to move money to another of my accounts. Apparently that is suspicious. Maybe don't allow the transaction, but block account? I need to do other banking tasks. Suggestions please.

    @Banico @BTC_Archive I had same issue w @santanderuk . Are you talking about Santander UK? I complained heartily and they told me I can lick their boot or take it to the ombudsman.
