JulieClaire (@JulieCl76794509) reported@santanderuk awful bereavement facilities. Mil passed in November. We were promised some savings but been passed about. Not told we needed to send certain ID, filled in paperwork and only came to light when we chased yet again. Its hard enough as it is!

Mathew Woodgate (@MathewWoodgate) reported@santanderuk Well I am not happy. 2K of my money is lost in your system somewhere from an ISA that expired. I went to branch who said call up... they can't tell me more than 'it's a closed account! The Branch manager cannot access what she needed to on the computer. NOT happy.
