@santanderukhelp Apparently sending photo id is not sufficient and I have to attend in person. I am disgusted with the customer service @santanderuk provides. I have been with you for 35 years and this is how one gets treated!!!

@santanderuk absolutely fuming. Over an hour waiting h to make a payment. Lady takes my details then puts me on hold for another 30 mins and I get cut off at 8pm because you close. Awful awful customer service 😡

i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.

@santanderuk really disappointed in your customer services. Yesterday i called the bank and it just rang for 20 minutes with no answer. Today i tried again and waited 30 minutes. I appreciate that every business is Covid affected, but those wait times are unacceptable
