    @santanderuk sort your **** OTP bollocks out, wasted my time trying to put the right code in multiple times only to be told it isn't the right code when I have 5 ppl stood with me telling me I've entered the exact same code. You aren't the only bank I can take my money elsewhere

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk worse bank in the world. Avoid them at all costs. They steal your money when you think your money is safe in a bank. It is not safe when they cannot even make the effort to give you access!!!!!! Beyond fed up!

    @santanderuk I cannot believe how long it has taken to sort out a minor problem. Been going back and forth since January 19 and still not sorted with conflicting information and repetitive information. This is causing nothing but stress. Santander sort it out it’s a joke.

    Well, that was embarrassing. Both my phone contactless and my bank card declined when I tried to buy my bus ticket. It's not like I don't have the funds either. What gives @santanderuk? I am having so many issues with my debit card.

    @santanderuk saw the tweet about the other guy spending 2 hours on phone. Similar experience to mine. I must say I have been with TSB and never experienced issue. Your payment system on app doesn’t work and complaints team are the worst. @bancosantander why is your bank so bad?

    @MikeSassi @GeorgeTSOliver @santanderuk Just switched back to Lloyds, having become Santander customer when the crash forced A&L sale. My obscure problem was having to use same ref to individual payees no matter what it was for.
