    @AvivaUK why, after I’ve made an enquiry about a @santanderuk insurance policy, do half the “can we help with something else?” links lead to Barclays policy pages. All I want is my current insurance schedule!

    @santanderuk your customer service is atrocious. My DD cancelled despite setting it up 4 times. When I try and complain your agent hangs up
