    I know you're aware of the issue @santanderuk ..... but that's not good enough. I've got no access to either of my accounts and can't even withdraw cash from other cash machines as suggested by your employees. It's a joke coming from one of the UK's leading banks. It's a good job

    @santanderukhelp Understand issues happen, for this length of time though is ridiculous however, the fact that you haven’t arranged to contact customers via text or email to inform them & they only find out once cards are declined or via social media isn’t acceptable. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk Not only did you put extra money in my account last week and then took it after 24 hours later, I cannot log into my banking due to this issue - although can confirm that contact payments (Apple Pay) work!

    @Will_Kirkman @santanderuk I certainly am.... I live in Scunthorpe, which is 200 miles away from where I am at Big Motoring World in Kent, so will have to stay overnight hoping that Santander sort out their issues so that I cam drive home tomorrow.

    @EACharles12 @santanderuk I use Santander for everything, never had a need for another card. I don’t use credit cards either. I expect to be able to access my money anytime I wish though.

    @santanderuk Hi there my “Santander Quick balance” has stopped working for the past week any idea why this might be? This is the first time it’s happened I’ve tried reactivating it but always shows “we can’t display your quick balance right now”
