@santanderuk Hi can anyone help please . My daughters had her card and phone stolen at uni and has no way of cancelling her card. I’ve tried to do it for her via my phone but am unable to do so . She has no ID with her as that was in her bag as well how can we freeze her card ??

@financialombuds please advise. Went into @santanderuk to speak to a lady about a problem with an account switch. She cancelled all my cards,now i cannot transfer to @AskNationwide . Second time they have thrown a roadblock. There is a guarantee that account switch takes 7 days

@santanderuk I have just been cut off mid call by one of your agents then cut off again as soon as I was connected on my next call. Your customer services are terrible!
