    @santanderuk hi, Inhave been on the phone for 29 minutes listening to music and you have just cut me off. I am trying to sort out an account for a 95 year old man. Are you being deliberately unhelpful or is this your normal customer service?

    @santanderuk what ridiculous chat service on the mobile phone app! I used the chat service yesterday afternoon.... it was replied to this morning! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

    @santanderuk I've had a complaint open with you since March. You have admitted liability but still not resolved the issue. You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.
