    I'm being asked to provide ID via driving licence or passport and a face scan to GET INTO MY EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT. And I have three days to do it or my access to my own money could be restricted. Anyone else? Why? @santanderuk

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderuk trying to report a card issue with you. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, now another 15 on your online system. Why don't you employ more people now you've shut all the branches down? #useless

    @santanderuk So, Dad opened his account 8th June (Shipley) 1-3pm. but the clerk failed to enter Dads address correctly. After weeks of frustration and no sight of the money, I'm disgusted this clerk bragged about 'have been doing this all week' Today the error was rectified.
