  Hey @santanderuk have you considered adding hot crypto wallets to online banking accounts so people can store their fiat and crypto in your infrastructure? you could make money on the transaction fees and it will help crypto be accepted in to the mainstream

  @santanderuk when are you opening your branches on a Saturday, now that every other shop/job is open? Unable to get to a branch mid week due to working. Yes I can use the machines and online, but there are times it is easier to go in.

  @santanderuk your liverpool lord street branch has some of the most miserable and rude staff i have ever come across. I don’t know how they get away with talking to customers who are simply asking questions about your products so abruptly and like its a huge inconvenience. Awful

  @Lockdown317 @santanderuk Luckily for me the useless ***** at @santanderuk have frozen my account just because, as a new customer, I deposited as small business cheque. It’s proven really helpful to catch up after lockdown & furlough. They really are incredibly thoughtless.

  @santanderuk Financial services? More like financial service-us! We can send a paper bank statement through the post but we can’t make the same statement available in your online banking!? (Last statement on there is dated 3/3/21! Ridiculous! Security reasons, Joke! 🤯😡

  @StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

  @santanderuk your Stratford branch has failed to log my official complaint. I visited the store on 22nd April, was told I'd receive a text with a ref number by the end of the day. This branch has failed on customer service.
