Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MorganBroadcast Charlotte Morgan (@MorganBroadcast) reported

@ostarmer @santanderuk I’ve been a customer since their Alliance and Leicester says, so it was extremely disappointed and disheartening to experience what I did (then again, it shouldn’t be about loyalty, just about doing the right thing)

  • ostarmer Starmer (@ostarmer) reported

@MorganBroadcast Well done on keeping at this and not letting Santander fob you off, but it sucks that you had to go through all of that stress and worry. As a @santanderuk /Abbey customer for almost all my life, I've decided to remove my savings and switch current account. I hope many do

  • TinaPeople Tina People (@TinaPeople) reported

Can anyone help? Mother whom I am carer for has just been scammed. No help from @santanderuk as no response on 24/7 helpline

  • AlWeb64978510 Al W (@AlWeb64978510) reported

@prodigalbum Adding a pin to *your sim* will stop the wrong doer from moving your sim to another device without the sim PIN. As long as you haven’t changed the setting on the messages app to show SMS on the Lock Screen this will help. Really glad I’m not with @santanderuk #lax #secuity

  • Faerydesigns Faery Doll (@Faerydesigns) reported

@JackLan33772356 @MorganBroadcast Poor girl. @santanderuk what happened to your caring customer service?!

  • alexiswinter52 Alexis Winter (@alexiswinter52) reported

@santanderuk Can't log on online as it won't take me to the log on page-anyone else having problems?

  • ianrileyENG Ian Riley (@ianrileyENG) reported

@santanderuk We have been on hold now for 57 minutes. You are currently experiencing a high number of calls apparently. Why is that? You had the same issue yesterday- and last week. You need more staff. You will certainly be losing a customer at this rate. Unacceptable. Give u 5m

  • Webbo2306 Webbo (@Webbo2306) reported

@santanderuk Evening. Around four times now when I've tried depositing money into my account via the post office the transaction has been declined. I've read Santander have limited the amount a customer can deposit via the post office over a certain time period. Is this true?

  • BernieSutton7 Bernie Sutton (@BernieSutton7) reported

@santanderuk Still waiting for you to answer the phone!@ Is anyone working today? #santanderarenotatwork

  • ClaireJBradford Claire Bradford 💙 (@ClaireJBradford) reported

@1CathyMcKeown @santanderuk I read today that the lady has received an apology from Santander and they will cover the loss plus £750 compensation. It makes me wonder though what would have happened if it was someone that didn't access Twitter or have media connections.
