Maddie's just had an email from @santanderuk asking for the nature of complaint and phone number. Total incompetence. Where's the professionalism? Where's the customer service? @santanderukhelp #santandershambles 🙄

@santanderuk no communications or guidence to warn me of these new charges? Being abroad is hard enough, as well as communicating back to UK to resolve these issues, is again time and money for me. Please can I ask that we are fairly treated and diverse as stated on the Covenant.

@santanderuk why is impossible to change your payment date for loans or mortgages, making it purposefully difficult , even chat teams “are not loan trained” not everyone has time during day to sit for hours on hold !

  • IgorKhymky SENO (@IgorKhymky) reported

@santanderuk is awful with new debit Master Card. The Card is useless, no PIN accepted. No help, no support. Embarrassment. @LBC

  • mdjenksn matt jenks (@mdjenksn) reported

@santanderukhelp Honestly, @santanderuk absolutely rubbish customer service. Conflicting information constantly, never able to speak to a person, only bots. What is the point of your branches if they can't actually do anything when I go in??

  • IgorKhymky SENO (@IgorKhymky) reported

Has @santanderuk switched over to mobile app? New debit master card is not accepted. Online banking has lost messaging, meaning no help with chat.

  • danny2520 dan (@danny2520) reported

@santanderuk you have signed and promised to support the Armed Forces community. However, when we are posted abroad your staff say no charges will occur for withdrawals or transactions. 8 months no charges. However, new card arrives after one expired and charges re applied £100?
