  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk as I said before, the response “just stay on hold” is not helpful. You do not offer a call back service or inform your customers how long they’ll be waiting. Basic levels of service that you can expect from any institution of the size of Santander. #badservice

  @santanderuk Disgusted with Customer Service, now rethinking relationship with you, booked a phone consult regarding investment of large sum, 2 days later..still nothing, no contact...money will go in another bank, now looking at accounts/mortgage elsewhere too...lost all trust

  Anyone else been having issues with the @santanderuk app on iOS? I can view my current account but opening money manager or my mortgage account hangs and the app crashes. Reinstalled many times to no avail. Cc/ @santanderukhelp

  Disappointing to see @SantanderUK are only offering the new Covid RLS to medium and large businesses. They couldn't organise the bounce back loans and now they won't pass on the government support. Time for a new business bank.

  @santanderuk not being funny guys, but if you're going to close your high street branches at the ridiculous time of 2pm on a weekday, don't advertise you have external machines that can be used to pay in money when they are out of service. What an absolute waste of an hour.

  @santanderuk Just making payments from business account, online access blocked, 35 mins on hold, transferred to security, on hold, answerphone which hung up. So unimpressed.

  @Calam1tyJan3 @santanderuk This is the second time it has happened with @santanderuk ... I had the same issue with a car loan that was paid back from my insurance company, #santander could not find the payment and then threatened to effect my credit score.

  @santanderuk Would you tweet the same if this was me, a Santander customer for over 25 years .... hmmmm 🤔 I doubt it. Most likely my family would be asked to pay back my overdraft, with interest of course!. Not that they would mind, as obviously you do have Ant and Dec as dependents 👶👶
