    So you block me out of all my accounts @santanderuk and then keep me holding on the phone for over an hour (so far). It's F Friday! People need paying! Great service, NOT 🤡🤡

    @santanderuk just called Santander, on hold for 38 minutes, then after the annoying repetitive music it goes to a ringing sound and no one answers.....very, very poor service. Im glad my bank is First Direct whose customer service is excellent. Santander needs to try a lot harder

    @santanderuk Any further update on this? Last update on here was 27 hours ago but the app says still experiencing issues. I am chasing missing debits and credits and no idea if it's not been sent or if its still your problem causing issues???

    @KeithHuewen @santanderuk I found them to be the worst banking group I’ve ever used. Absolutely awful!
