    @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

    @santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters

    @santanderuk @TSB Is Santander down at the moment? I can't log on to online banking and my card won't work on the chip or with the pin. Either in a shop or at a cash machine.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    Key stats from @santanderuk's Q1 2023 results: Mortgage applications down 37% as it expects house prices to fall back to 2021 levels. Meanwhile customer deposits fell by £5.1bn and while savers have "low average balances", it revealed 16% are NOT covered by the @FSCS scheme
