    @santanderuk I need some help. I have been rejected for a basic bank account but by law you after accept me underpayment account regulation 2015 you are designated by HM treasury and must offer a basic account I fit the criteria can somebody help me with this inquiry

    @santanderuk Bloody awful in branch service. One teller on. One transaction has taken 20 mins... Queue of 8... Pathetic.

    @santanderuk have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, quick enough to take your money but not one person wants to help you on the phone…shambles

    @MartinSLewis - @santanderuk have rejected my bank account switch bonus claiming my DD’s aren’t on their eligible “list”. One DD is a payment to my local council and the other is the @PostcodeLottery. Have you heard of such an issue?

    @santanderuk Thank you, it’s Carnoustie and Google tells me it’s a Friday, is that right? Also, I can’t take her until June, is that likely to be an issue? I am just wondering if I need to email to let the bank know her account will need to stay locked until then?

    CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
