@LiquidSeventeen @ecommerceshares Exactly what i did, @santanderuk kept stopping crypto transfers to Binance, even after telling them multiple times that i know what I am doing, i had a customer service advisor telling me I shouldnt be moving fiat to crypto. Switched banks now

@santanderuk hello, trying to get through to customer service but no answer. Quick question, are you able to update the address on back dated bank statements? I moved over a year ago but the address in my account wasn't updated and I'm applying for a mortgage. Thanks :)

@santanderuk as a customer, I feel strongly about you condoning drink driving. About the advert with Anthony Mcpartlin in. Not a good way to do business, if that was me on a drink driving charge, I would've been sacked straightaway.

I'd like to publicly thank William from @santanderuk complaints department who quickly, professionally and charmingly sorted out an error that was made, a complete gentleman. I feel like I'm 'in' monopoly! #bankerrorinyourfavour
