  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk An unmoving queue at 3.15pm. No indication of service available. If you can’t serve after a certain time, make it clear, put up a sign. Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.

  @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

  @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

  @santanderuk Has there been an issue with the banking app today? I have the page come up on my phone saying 'warning, transaction history may not be updated'
