    @santanderuk But by blocking my account I am affected. If you had just restricted her access, no problems. You have prevented me from accessing my wages without ever letting me know anything that’s going on. You’ve essentially stolen from me. I have to wait until she finishes work.

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander customer services is atrocious. The hassle we had opening an account for my 15 year old was wild. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @santanderuk It’s 12 in the day would someone be in touch soon. He’s now had a text this morning from your bank to say a bill has been missed, causing more distress as he’s no access to the account. Thanks

    @LDNNI2024 @santanderuk @TSB I’ve made 2 complaints. No ref numbers for either of them and coming up for a month of no access to by online banking. They are a **** show

    @sailingbikeruk @santanderuk Ofc, KYC = 'Know Your Client' - its a form of checks that that those handling funds (banks, exchanges, legal sector, estate agents etc) are supposed to undertake in order to provide the service legitimately. Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds
