    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've been locked out of the app and online banking, phoned the helpdesk and the only resolution seems to be sending out new details in the post that could take 7days. Unable to access my money until then. Perfect way to lose customers, well done

    So @santanderuk @NatWest_Help @HalifaxBank all your cash points are out of service in Barkingside High St!!!!!! Truly awful service and no reason as to why this is happened unless of course you don’t want people to have cash!!!

    @santanderuk’s mobile site won’t let me log on. When I click “log on”, it opens the menu. I can’t use the app because it has never worked with my log in details. Don’t have access to a computer right now. Gotta love that.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Umm, I didn't personally revoke my banking details. The bank put a block on my account, hence me having to call up and end up in this farcical situation

    … I just want a credit card that works & doesn’t get blocked every time I use it!I’ve never had so much hassle with a bank/credit card before. Customer service seem unable to help. Really frustrating. Might just pay it off and switch providers as this is ridiculous. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk been a customer for 22 years, rang up yesterday about what offers are available to me to stay with them, before I switch my account to First Direct, nothing available for me. #Newbank

    @santanderuk tell me the stiff letters I've been getting are a "known system glitch". Also there is no follow up or apology letter that goes post glitch. Service has really had lots of issues the last 3 or 4 months after years of seamless service. Makes people feeling like moving
