    @santanderuk been on hold for 40 minutes with the fraud department . I think it time to be bold and change banks at this rate. Come on guys sort this delay out or at least offer a call back service !

    i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.
