    My card just got declined and my money isn’t showing in my account cus @santanderuk whole banking system is down?? During a cost of living crisis! so I’m now hungry and stressing over the charges I’m gonna get for late payments tomorrow, defo time to make Monzo my main account

    @KerryFarquhar2 @santanderuk Yeah we tried that as well we unfortunately live month to month nowadays due to cost of living so was partners wages going in? Can't even transfer to my acc it's beyond shocking seriously?Every customer shud b compensated?

    @santanderuk Children are going to have to go hungry. Moved house today but could only order my food as my order came to £1000. I was attempting to order my childrens food however your services are down. Shop is now shut. My youngest Luke is now crying and breaking my windows.

    @santanderuk Happens to the best of them - 1st June 2022 Customers of ten banks including Natwest, Barclays, Halifax, Lloyds, Nationwide and Monzo experienced problems this morning when they were locked out of their accounts. Thousands of customers were reporting issues at multiple banks

    @my_soul_is_blue @santanderuk It awful i had people tutting then had to do the walk of shame. Iv got no packlunch stuff for kids praying it sorted in morning. Lesson learnt always carry cash 😭
