    @santanderuk we have spent weeks trying to get my sons money back after a scam. But we are getting messed around by various departments. The funny thing is the scam money was blocked and didn’t go through the scammers, but it’s not been returned to his account. Can you help pls?

    @abbdesmond @santanderuk Try a broker. We go no where going direct to Santander but a broker had it all sorted ASAP. No joke. Banks are awful at a customer service

    @santanderukhelp I signed for the fixed 5 yrs. but now, no one wants to speak to me. It's @santanderuk fault. I have lodged a #complaint. I havnt received a call from your complaints team. I desperately need support from you!
