    @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?

    @santanderuk Still waiting for an update from โ€˜Markโ€™ wondering if he is imaginary at this point. Numerous emails trying to ensure payment was not taken and it now has been! Frustrated is not even the word now - SORT YOUR **** OUT SANTANDER

    @santanderuk @TSB How about sorting out your bug-ridden, slow, clunky, almost always crashing (usually in the middle of setting up a payment), impossible to log-out of (although it randomly and inconvenient logs you out), ap?!
