Reported my card lost to @santanderuk a week later and no new card. Called customer service to speak to an unhelpful and sarcastic worker who told me I should have ordered a new card. Surely if you report it lost it should be automatic like every other bank!!And awful interest!

@santanderuk no wonder you have such terrible fraud issues. I lose my bank card and block it on the app then order a new one as lost and stolen and you send me a new card with the same number and unblock it to allow people to use it. Well done @santanderuk

@santanderuk I’ve just attempted to pay my rent by card and the payments stated “declined” so I attempted again and same again declined then for lesser amount, this time successful. Check my bank and all have been debited! I’m £900 down now!
