    @santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear ‘queuing’ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare

    @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but it’s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it won’t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949
