    @1Nicdar Banks have forgotten that they are there – first and foremost – to serve customers. Of course, what they do is make grotesque profits. I had to have dealings with @santanderuk at the start of the month and it was an awful experience. Even worse, they didn’t care how upset I was.

    @santanderuk Well I am waiting for a complaint call back that still hasn’t happened and compensation that also hasn’t been addressed. Your service has seriously gone down hill recently. You’ve become an arrogant bank!!

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    Dear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. I’ve made a payment plan, so don’t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. It’s not too hard to set the system to check whether I’m sticking to the plan or not.

    @santanderuk must be the worst bank to deal with online. Impossible to log on and impossible to contact anyone. False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service
