    Absolute shambles at @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Twice overpaid the mortgage and they've put it against the wrong part of the loan, despite our clear instruction. Made a formal complaint which wasn't acknowledged. Impossible to get through on phone.

    @santanderuk hi guys, my parents are away in Italy and my mum had her purse stolen. The thieves have already used her cards. She said she has cancelled one online but is currently on the phone to you (on hold) to confirm both have been cancelled. Can you help?

    @santanderuk you keep sending letters and notifications on apps and emails to get in touch about mortgage fix rate ending... impossible to get in touch with you..I have spent 4hrs on hold one day and another 2 over the past week. Absolutely pathetic.

    @santanderuk should be held to account blocking accounts with no notice and still not sorting their admin over a 5 week period. Who are they to be able to prevent access to funds for no good reason. Paid taxes and dues and cannot access monthly pension - causing untold stress

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp you’ve sent me a letter to activate an online account I never applied for. It’s impossible for non-customers to speak to anyone at the bank as I need to complete the ID&V process but not a customer.

    @santanderuk Why is your telephone service so abysmal? After a 25 minute wait listening to the usual patronising messages and nauseating muzak, I’m answered by someone so rude and disinterested that I realise I’ve completely wasted my time. Do you hate your customers that much?
