9 minutes on hold listening to how I could do this online. Yeah, like I didn’t try that 4 times already. Maybe give us an option to put in the already lodged issue your system has created @santanderuk? Or at least say where I am in the queue?

@santanderuk Are you not legally supposed to help customers? You offer no help on your website other than to those for online banking. You will only talk if you register for online banking. So we are forced to use a service we do not wish too? May be if I write to your CEO...

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I just called 0800 917 9170 for help only to be immediately hung up on after 20 mins on hold - any chance you could tell me what number I should call instead?
