    @santanderuk it’s really irritating in this day and age I have to travel to a bank to pay a cheque. It wasn’t annoying, of course, but then you closed down the 3 nearest branches to me!!!! Is it time to either A. Stop closing branches or B. Use mobile cheque deposit on your apps?

    @santanderuk We used to bank with you but one month you sent our statement to another customer and we received another customer’s. When I called to complain, the breach was acknowledged but not taken seriously.

    @santanderuk I just can’t believe you managed to do an update yesterday without messing up everyone’s accounts and cards! Loyal customers should be getting £130 just for putting up with the repetitive problems each time you update the app

    @LizKershawDJ @TraceyLiddle @santanderuk Once managed to get a customer the cash on the same day they were given the cheque from a share sale, because I knew if you walk into the branch its issued from, they have to make a decision to pay there and then. How muxh are we talking about? Cont/...
