@MorganBroadcast My heart goes out to you. You have been hugely let down by @VirginActiveUK and @santanderuk. Id be taking them both to civil court. They will not like that.

  • meljomur Mel 🇪🇺 (@meljomur) reported

@GillDurham @santanderuk @MorganBroadcast That is a shocking story. I can't believe a bank would treat its customer in such a horrific manner. I would never bank with them.

  • casssbasss Cassie (@casssbasss) reported

@MorganBroadcast Very sorry to read about this, what a horrible experience. Thank you for sharing. I hope the police help. I will now be closing my @santanderuk account based on how you’ve been treated by them

@helengrantsays @santanderuk Bloody hell!! Someone tried to do this to D after his details were stolen online – they attempted to buy 2 Mercedes! – and his bank (@AskNationwide) shut everything down immediately. It was a pain to sort out but we're very grateful they were on the ball!

  • yorkie_pudding T!m (@yorkie_pudding) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk How can someone get into your Apple Pay? Genuine question as the way I know it it’s impossible without faceID or your phone password.

  • GrahamMackenz18 Graham Mackenzie (@GrahamMackenz18) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they had your phone and were able to access it they could get your pin from Santander app. I didn’t know you could go that until I saw your tweet

  • clairecalman Claire Calman (@clairecalman) reported

@MorganBroadcast How awful. I really feel for you. A horrible experience made so much worse by your bank and your gym. Years ago, we tried to open a saving account @santanderuk but gave up because they were so hopeless. There’s no way my bank would have authorised a string of atypical purchases.

  • travistravis Travis Littlechilds (@travistravis) reported

@MorganBroadcast Locks are easy to pick - can pretty easily get under a minute if I recall right. Barriers is easy, the thieves likely broke them. Others I'm not sure, but the bank details being changed is down to @santanderuk failing at security.

@MorganBroadcast @antanddec are ambassadors for @santanderuk maybe they could help put a bit of pressure on them to adjust their moral compass?

  • nikkulastables Nikkie (@nikkulastables) reported

@MorganBroadcast Had a look at @santanderuk Twitter comment section, looks like you aren’t alone, many people have problems with them. Would it be an idea to rally everyone together and write to the CEO directly, ofc CCing the ombudsmen detailing everyone’s problem? And then file individually?
