@santanderuk Over an hour on the phone, being passed from department to department for nothing. Not one member of staff could help. So thank you for 10+ years, but I’ll be taking my banking elsewhere now. Today was a joke.

Morning! @santanderuk My customer is trying to pay my Santander account via bacs she is getting warnings the account is not recognised. I checked all the details which seems right. Why would this happen? How can I resolve?

@santanderuk Many thanks for closing my local branch in Ashby-De-La-Zouch and then I find my alternate in Swadlincote has been temporarily closed without getting notice, how am I suppose to get service? So poor!!! Will you pay expenses and loss of work??

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk my daughter is trying to book an appointment online (which doesn't work) or at least speak to someone to open a student account. Can't apply online because already have a current account. Please help! :)
