@santanderuk nice offer. but how long before you go bankrupt or completely shut down since you have shut all the branches on the fylde coast and your machines have disappeared

  • Jacki_Jam Jacki Jam (@Jacki_Jam) reported

@santanderuk If you spent some money on actual staff, opened branches and improved customer service instead of paying those two stupid tw*ts on TV to front your marketing maybe you wouldn't need to bribe people to open an account

@santanderuk Can't stand Ant and Dec, so why waste my money with you when you pay those two ridiculous fees for **** advertising.

@santanderuk I've really enjoyed reading the comments and seeing Santander getting slaughtered, but the novelty had worn off now so I'm going to block you, bank. Buh bye

  • AngelaJones2012 AJ (@AngelaJones2012) reported

@santanderuk I have had a Santander account for almost 10 years. The local branch has closed down, the monthly fee has increased and cash back perks dwindled to none. If you pay me £130 its possible I’ll stay with you..?

  • Geddyboy100 Ged Maher (@Geddyboy100) reported

@santanderuk I’ve tried once again tonight to open a joint current account on line . It takes me to the very end of the process and then I get an error message .. been trying for 3 weeks

@santanderuk hello can you help me with a number to whoever is dealing with credit card payments .

  • suzche12 Suzy C Miller (@suzche12) reported

Trying to open an account for my teenager is an absolute nightmare. @santanderuk you’re service is an absolute joke. How many times do I need to download information and how many different ones do you need when already should be on your database as an existing customer!

  • AbdGMahmoud Abdullah Mahmoud (@AbdGMahmoud) reported

@santanderuk Best thing I’ve done is switching off Santander. The worst customer service ever. Booked two appointments at branch to then be told no one is available! Hang up on me and they take monthly fees for literally doing nothing!

@santanderuk Your uptime has been worse than TSB's recently. I'd advice people to look elsewhere if they actually need access to their funds.
