    Now been holding over 30 minutes to speak to someone @santanderuk customer services but they are all busy. Perhaps time to improve their service or hire more staff.

    @Saurabh_Sethi25 @santanderuk Turn WiFi off, seems to be an issue with internet providers. I turned off WiFi and connected Mac via phone and both webs and app based worked. Good jobs really as I had 30 lads awaiting wages

    @ThezzaNicholson @santanderuk @SkyHelpTeam Natwest mobile banking sorted this but as ever Santander are playing catch-up!! Do you not communicate with one another or test these patches before installing them? Spent 20 minutes on the phone to Santander, no apology, nothing on the website. Piss poor customer service!!
