I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

Why have you frozen business accounts with ZERO warning? You have already admitted you have made 3 mistakes and yet STILL refuse to release th funds and open the accounts. I am trying to close the accounts and cannot as you will not allow it. Meanwhile I cannot access a penny. Disgrace.
