    @santanderuk 55 minutes on hold currently and counting. My card is blocked and I’m unable to get through, every time I try to call I’m kept on hold for 30+ mins! Online no help and branch directs me to phone. How am I supposed to solve this?!

    @santanderuk 3rd time in 2 months you've locked me out of my own account. You then expect me to sit on hold for hours to fix it. You have forced me to take my personal and business finances elsewhere.

    @santanderuk so despite cancelling this subscription and putting it in writing to you in JANUARY and two phone calls - NOW TV are still taking money each month. Waste of time trying to get this sorted. Bad service 🤬🤬😡😡

    @kjb2106 @santanderuk No, they didn’t contact me about it after I spoke to them, I’d like to know myself too, can only assume it was via a data breach on another website. I’ll certainly keep a closer eye on my account in future!

    @santanderukhelp As I say, I will be taking it further once I have the transcript to the call. You obviously treat a lot of customers poorly with your low customer service rating. @santanderuk need to do better, much better.
