    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Visited your Northumberland St, Newcastle branch today to deposit some cash. Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍

    @santanderuk what ridiculous chat service on the mobile phone app! I used the chat service yesterday afternoon.... it was replied to this morning! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service!
