    1/2 Am starting to die of starvation. Last week @santanderuk closed my accounts down because of "fraudulent activities" - have no clue WTF happened. They wouldn't let me withdraw the money remaining in the accs - have to wait 28w/d for a cheque: haven't eaten for almost 2days..

    @santanderuk my friend had her card details used for an amazon subscription but doesn't have an amazon account. U have cancelled the card but told her she can't get the money back bcoz it's a subscription and she needs 2 talk 2 @AmazonHelp but can't give her bank details? #WTF

    @santanderukhelp @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Just updating you. I sent an email, as you suggested. I never received a reply. I chased up with another, still nothing. Just as I said, nothing has been done and I’ve been completely ignored, again. Awful customer service.

    @santanderuk Why block an ISA transfer when it is plain what I'm trying to do? Your ISA team are a bunch of box filling petty ***** on the phone for 40 minutes only to be told I put a tick in the wrong box 🤬 it's my money I gave Nationwide permission to transfer 🤬

    @santanderuk am in Brazil can’t access online banking n after 20mins of glitching bk to signin page rang & held for 18mins t just miss 6pm close. This is urgent as am charged nearly £20 to Withdraw and want to know why the hell why. Bit bloody crap to say the say the least

    Hey @santanderuk - any chance you can add Time-based One Time Passwords using an authenticator app as an alternative login option? It's frustrating waiting for texts and having 3 come at once due to poor mobile signal.

    @santanderuk Mastercard is **** and a deal breaker only found out yesterday when my new debit card arrived. Frigging livid that you have changed my cards without my consent. Now looking for a new bank.

    @santanderuk your Stratford branch has failed to log my official complaint. I visited the store on 22nd April, was told I'd receive a text with a ref number by the end of the day. This branch has failed on customer service.
