@santanderuk replacing cashback on my credit card, that could be done all on your app with a service I just had to create another account for and need to use a separate website is utter crap. The service could be good but more usernames passwords and websites isn't.

@santanderuk I've been on telephone hold for 45 minutes now - I just want to change the bank account that pays our mortgage and your chat option wont connect me either. Such poor customer service 🤬

@santanderuk You've restricted access to my UK account. I live abroad and have spent over 150 pounds trying to call the correct department, which just puts me on hold for 45 minutes. I'm extremely frustrated at the poor quality service and customer care. Can someone call me back
