    @santanderuk hello . Why have you stopped giving business account alerts when large credits are made to accounts? Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!

    @santanderuk every time I go through your tweets I am more disgusted because I see there is more things that you were doing that it’s just absolutely outrageous from cancer treatment to no disability access to people not being access their funds and not be able to get treatment

    I have just been advised by @santanderuk support that I can't use my Santander credit card for my weekly online Asda grocery shop, because I don't have the Santander app on my phone. I'm not sure that's correct.

    @santanderuk just been turned away from Aspire lounge terminal 1 Manchester as my Lounge Key wouldn't work and they were saying it's another £20 membership. This has never happened before, very embarrassing. Select customer fed up!

    @wideawake_media As a @santanderuk @santanderukhelp customer, I would like an explanation about this video, and put the banks' side of the story forward. I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander and need to know that this won't happen to me? #concerned

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear ‘queuing’ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

    @sailingbikeruk @santanderuk Ofc, KYC = 'Know Your Client' - its a form of checks that that those handling funds (banks, exchanges, legal sector, estate agents etc) are supposed to undertake in order to provide the service legitimately. Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds
