    @santanderuk extremely annoyed and frustrated that Santander have blocked my debit card and state it can take 5 working days to be reinstated. Its hard to believe that in the year 2022 your systems and policies are so rigid. No access to a debit card in these times of crisis!

    @actionfrauduk @alibaba_cloud @santanderuk Thanks for responding. Reporting spam to Google or O2 is easy, but reporting it to 7726 is not. Do you know why? After several tries it has now gone. Any chance your IT provider could try replicating my experience then fix it?

    @santanderuk Hi, I'm trying to close down a credit card account. There's a balance due to be refunded to me - but every time I call to supply details for payment, I can never get through. Is there an email I can send details to?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp your telephone service is getting worse. Twice now I’ve called my Select number and been told “ill speak to this team” then next thing I know I’m transferred and on hold. No explanation. 47 minute call there to merge two personal ids.
