Has anyone else had issues opening a business bank account with @santanderuk. I an existing customer and I was told they are recruiting staff and will get back to me when this occurs. Yet @Tidebank offer to do it online in minites. #customerservice

@santanderuk unable to process international payments at weekends. At risk of missing out on a property having tried to transfer only £5k at 2pm Friday. Missed the cutoff apparently. ‘should’ process tomorrow, likely too late for us. Terrible terrible bank @santanderukhelp

@santanderuk I have been calling to speak to someone about my mortgage every day since the 1st September. Wait for over 40 minutes every time to be hung up on or go through to an automated voice telling me I can’t leave a message! Absolute joke! Went in to the branch and couldn’t help either!

@santanderuk for over a week now your mobile app has been failing to open on IOS, showing Session timed out..reinstalled, same issue, works on 4g, not on wi-fi, issue is no 4g at home. Please fix it ASAP
