    @santanderuk #FCA disgusting service from your Mortgage department, followed up on complaints, but still no help from you. If you apply for something honour it. Wouldn't recommend you to anyone, customer lost for life. Poor service, complaints couldn't wait to get off phone

    @santanderuk Really annoying when you request confirmation that a transaction is valid but block it despite the confirmation anyway. I’ve just wasted an hour of my night trying to resolve the mess you caused.

    @santanderuk if you’re going to have someone on hold for a total of 3 hours (to resolve a problem you have caused!) can you at least make it less frustrating by not having the automated voice apologising every 15 seconds?!

    @santanderuk 2hrs you've kept me on hold trying to confirm an urgent payment. Totally unacceptable, complete intransigence from your people to try and help me. Has cost me a fortune in phone charges from overseas. Will you help me or not?????

    Only 24 hours in to being a @santanderuk customer and I’ve had to phone them 3 times about my credit card which despite being activated refuses to be usable. This doesn’t bode well…
