    Grrr @santanderuk help your customers. I've spent 2 hours just trying to find out where to email a complaint to you & failed. The worst experience is the dire 'chat' with a robot on your website who doesn't understand anything - even the word email. Please let me have an email

    @santanderuk All... the FCA suggest that all working with customers in finance should TCF or treat customers fairly. Ask for a formal complaint. Even if you accept compensation you can still progress to the ombudsman.... Santander have been treating customers with disdain for some time now.

    The #customerservice from @santanderuk has been pretty atrocious. Using the app for support is ridiculous. Requested a balance transfer nearly a month ago and it still hasn’t happened despite being told 3-5 days #overdrawn
