    So frustrated and upset! My house purchase & chain on brink of collapse because after 6 weeks, still awaiting a response from @santanderuk on a std Mining Report. Just get excuses & no help from x4 staff. Totally ridiculous - not good enough by long shot.

    @santanderuk Happened to me today when ordering my shopping from Morrison’s rang Morrison’s and they couldn’t help had to use my M&S credit card in the end I needed my shopping tomorrow.
