WrenyJ (@WrenyJen) reported@MorganBroadcast Jeez, I'm glad I don't bank with @santanderuk, they sound awful. I agree with others, sounds like an inside job at @VirginActiveUK.
-
Kerryn Groves 💙 (@monkeykezza) reported@MorganBroadcast @Sorrelish **** me! That sounds horrendous. Definitely sounds like an inside job too. @santanderuk are also doing as much as possible to get out of paying you back. The PIN was got from their app! I really really hope you keep fighting & get every penny back!
-
Ooohalolipop (@ooohalolipop) reported@MorganBroadcast Charlotte this is truly awful, as you say a bomb exploding at every turn! @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK you should be ashamed & this would stop me using your services! Protect your clients & have support services for victims not some clippy gatekeeper who obviously doesn’t care!
-
Lorna May Wadsworth (@Lorna_May_) reported@MorganBroadcast So sorry to read about your awful experience and praying @santanderuk see sense and refund you. Would never bank with them after reading how they’ve treated you!!! Sending love x
-
Irena 🇺🇦 (@ORIoliver) reported@MorganBroadcast Similar happened to my friend in July. Card etc stolen from gym, thief somehow got access to pin. @santanderuk totally unhelpful. Kept stupidly sending info to stolen phone. Rude to my friend, treated her like a criminal despite immaculate banking record.
-
Billy Martin (@thistle5460) reported@MorganBroadcast Had similar awful experience with @santanderuk Crooks booked flights out the country. Surely easy to catch culprits - passports, airport CCTV? Cheaper just to let banks pay out was response… Months later, closed account and moved to @firstdirect

Rebecca Roberts (@beckylj_roberts) reported@MorganBroadcast Charlotte, I don’t know you but this is absolutely awful and my heart goes out to you. I will be advising my three kids to look at other banks ASAP. I really hope you manage to get this resolved and @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK start to take some responsibility. Take care x

Maureen Myant (@maureenmyant) reported@MorganBroadcast Thank you so much for posting this. I hope you get some justice. This is a horrifying story. I had been considering moving account to @santanderuk but I won't now. Nor will I use a banking app. Terrible lapse by your gym too.
-
John Latchford (@JohnLatchford) reported@MorganBroadcast Yet again a bank @santanderuk proves itself incapable of the simplest of tasks - like ringing the correct number when you have had your phone stolen. Why do they get away with the pathetic level of service.

Four days until #geekdis ♿ starts! (@JustGeekingBy) reported@helengrantsays @santanderuk I know it was her card PIN, and you have to go through a lot of security hoops to change a PIN even if you get into the banking app, which you need the login details for. I'm not defending the bank at all, I agree they've screwed up, but some of this doesn't make sense.
