    @santanderuk High street banks appear to be on the way out so to attract and keep customers they need to go 100% on telephone customer service, recent experience, (45min wait), prove to me Santander aren't bothering with this.

    @santanderuk I seriously hope you customer service team read the comments here : Account and customer loyalty is key. You are not offering any positive rewards to loyal customers and those who should be benefitting from this account, think about your current customers and reward them first

    @santanderuk virtually impossible to make a profit since they slashed all the rates. OK if you are as wealthy as Ant and Dec though.

    @santanderuk I've been with Santanfer and it previous incarnations my whole working life (35+ years). Nearest branch is now 15 miles away and their customer service is terrible. Seriously thinking of moving.

    @santanderuk I was at first interested, however when I read the very poor, sub-standard level of service from those who are already with you, I will stay with my current provider (Nationwide) who offer a first class service & excellent communication.

    @santanderuk You used to pay 3% interest for £5 monthly fee, now it’s 0.3% for £4 fee - hardly customer focused! Maybe if you stopped paying Ant and feckin’ Dec our previous interest. . . .they’re enough to make anyone go elsewhere!

    @santanderuk I have been with this bank four years . tryed so many times to get my 16 your old a bank account. nope was getting no were . use asked for brith certificate an passport took it all down to shop still couldn't do it got letters I had still nothing tryed on line an no .
