    @santanderuk PLEASE HELP-been waiting on phone 4hours but no answer.Someone has taken an account out in my name & using my degails but its NOT ME. You wrote 2 me saying I owe you money & provided the account balance & everything but I bank with someone else. Please advise. #fraud

    @EXHAUSTEDPOA @monzo @santanderuk We would recommend you bring the case to the Financial Ombudsman if you’ve not done so already. Ask the bank for a subject access request prior to doing so as this will clearly likely show a lack of due diligence from them.

    If you are about to use @santanderuk for card services, think hard. Their online banking constantly brings up errors and they consistently take up to an hour to answer the phone #EPIC #FAIL

    @nicperrins @santanderuk I've been with First Direct for 15 years or so. Call centre in Leeds. Never any issues

    @santanderukhelp Interesting. I’ve just sat on a call with your agents who DID NOT give a stuff about your errors. They CLEARLY SAID there IS NO good will owed. #SANTANDER WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER #FAIL @santanderuk

    @santanderuk extremely disappointed that having been through the application process twice (because you mysteriously abandoned the first one), you’re still not doing a credit check or giving me any updates on my credit card application. Awful service

    @santanderuk Hi. I'm having a good bit of trouble at the moment with my account. I can't use my card on PayPal and I can't link my accounts to @QuickBooksUK for my business. I also can't use my card in various other places. Can you help?
