  @santanderuk every link I use on the website to get help gives me a phone number to call. I cannot do this. Your service seems designed to completely exclude people who cannot use a telephone. I only want to make a very small payment. I often send hundreds to existing payments.

  @santanderuk Clearly the issue remains unresolved. My son has been trying to use his card for 5 days nor can he withdraw cash so he has had to borrow money from me just to get to work. This is an outrage and I hope you will be issuing COMPENSATION to your customers.

  @santanderuk Hello. I am trying hard to make a single online payment via my account and I am being prevented because I don't have a mobile phone number. I have a disability which prevents me using a phone. Please help. I have been trying for ages and it's driving me to despair.

  @santanderuk My business card is being declined by Google AdWords which was affecting my marketing campaigns!!! Luckily I have @AmericanExpress as back up & now use as a primary card & Santander as back up. Far too many technical issues with Santander and I’ll be changing business accounts.

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp hi I’ve had my card been decline at cash points and also unable to go through and even with Apple Pay it isn’t working.
