@fascinatorfun @santanderuk I'm amazed, because I find Santander's security quite intrusive. They block so many of my purchases, for much smaller amounts than in Charlotte's thread. You'd think all these purchases and transfers would trigger an alarm.

@santanderuk I am absolutely disgusted with your bank. Your bank is bullying my mother who is a pensioner. The original problem was an error on your behalf but you have refused to rectify it and have left my mum with very little money. Absolute disgrace

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I don't know about the Santander app, but I believe some banking apps let you rest your PIN, and if they got through the facial recognition on your iPhone some banking apps will allow facial recognition for access to the app.

@santanderuk we have been very let done by Santander while on holiday in Italy. Blocked the wrong credit card on our account- now we need to continue our holiday without use of our card facility. Support team unable to rectify their error. Totally unacceptable service.

After a long wait on hold to @santanderuk, a lad (chewing) answers. Me: "I'm told there's an update on my case?" Him: "Oh yeah, you ain't gettin' your money back" Me: *broken* "But...why?" Him: "Because they used your pin number." This is where it gets interesting (sort of)
