Unbelievably shocking customer service from @santanderuk. On hold for 45 mins only for agent to hang up immediately. Tried again and agent unable to help. Suggests try again…how will that resolve my problem?

So @santanderuk funds transferred incorrectly, not allowed access to funds Jonathan roberts can’t escalate & the chap earlier told me collections closed at 18:00 leaving me without access to my funds when they close at 19:00 wow call now please no foood

@santanderukhelp Absolutely disgusting service. @santanderuk. Received email to say that I need to get in touch with first exchange. I am your customer, I went through Santander. You are still responsible and accountable though you choose to use a 3rd party.

So @santanderuk block my business accounts, make me hold online for 30 minutes and then when I finally get through, they then ask me to answer questions about recent transactions... which I can only answer if I could have access to my online banking... which they have blocked. 🤯

@santanderuk WTF, phone numbers have disappeared from your website and it's literally impossible to find a way to speak to a human being with a quick query. And your chat bots are useless. No amount of rephrasing got me close to an answer.

@santanderukhelp Emailed but no response. Looks like @santanderuk aren’t going to help nor are they going to send us our money in time. Thanks to @santanderuk our wedding is not going to be made any easier. Especially after 2 years of waiting and postponements.

@santanderuk It’s been issue after issue since you changed from Visa to Mastercard. Luckily I don’t use this as my main account and have a couple of other current accounts which I can use. By far out of all the banks I’m with/been with Santander are by far the worst!

@santanderuk why is it impossible to remove myself from a joint account without both parties coming into branch? What if (it’s not) this was about domestic violence or coercive control? I shouldn’t have to ask their permission @MoneySavingExp

NEVER use @santanderuk to change money.Flying out in the morning to get married. Ordered next day service with @santanderuk.Received 3 of 4 transactions the next day and just been told that 4th transaction may not turn up after 4 days of waiting!! Good luck for our wedding…NOT!

@santanderuk Took me an hour to resolve an issue this morning. Well, try to. It’s still not resolve. I’ve actually rang 3 times trying to resolve it and put the phone down after half an hour each time.
