@santanderuk I am trying to finalise my Tesco order but keep getting the message that my bank cannot verify my details at the moment. When the same thing happened last week, I was told the problem lay with MasterCard and now it's happening again. Come on Santander get this sorted.

@santanderuk Why are you guys saying the issue has been resolved when it hasn’t? I’ve just had my card declined twice! What are we supposed to do? Can my card be fixed if we call the helpline? Or is that just a pointless exercise?

@santanderuk still no sign of our money. Is anyone going to help? This is just ridiculous @santanderukhelp. No one is returning my emails or replying to my tweets. You have taken £2,500 of my money and are not giving it back. That’s call stealing.
