@santanderuk this is really awful customer service!! I’ve been on the phone trying to speak with someone for more than 2 hours!! Had a problem on the ATM and need help asap. TERRIBLE!!

@santanderuk trying to use your legal team Solex to remortgage might just be the thing that ends me. Why are they so bad? I work alongside solicitors every day and have never come across service so terrible. My IFA groaned when they were appointed, I thought he was joking 🙃
