@santanderuk hello, my access to mobile banking has been blocked for some reason, I tried calling but after half an hour waiting I had to go doing other things. I tried the chat but without login only the bot works, I tried calling again but since I’m abroad phoning doesn’t work

@santanderuk Please can you tell me a) why my online card payments keep getting declined b) why your hold music / messages are so irritating c) why it takes so long to get through to a human being and d) why you can't help me even when I finally get through to your call centre???

@santanderuk We still have issues thanks to this The industry and government are taking steps to make online transactions even more secure and have introduced new checks and controls. It means banks can only accept online card payments that have been processed in line with these new measures

@santanderuk So I find one of your customers wallet on the street, with their Santander card, and you can’t be bothered to call your customer and let them know!! Great service!
