@NeilMackay78 @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Me too. Don't like the lack of security and terrible customer service. So sorry you've gone through this, Charlotte.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK I doubt this will help but As an ex-Santander employee… they’ve reset your online banking because they have access to your phone so they’ve gone “forgot log on details” entered in your card number and changing the 5 digit security number as OTP is sent to the phone 1/2

  • TahminaOnree Tahmina 🇬🇧 (@TahminaOnree) reported

@MorganBroadcast Shocked and sad to read this and how awful all this is. Appalling behaviour from @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK hope you get your money back 🙏🏽 and scums get caught. The world is f’d up with disgusting people 😔🙏🏽🤬

@MorganBroadcast So sorry for you after reading your nightmarish experience. Maybe those Money programmes in the media can help? Really bad services from SantanderUK.

  • Faerydesigns Faery Doll (@Faerydesigns) reported

@MorganBroadcast Walking in and walking straight out again no doubt! What a job trying to portray a positive side of @santanderuk business and customer security. If some good is to come off from your awful experience let's hope it's a major shakeup of their systems. And your money refunded.

@Bearlykat @Santander @santanderuk This is not a lone instance - my friend had a similar experience. There must be a workaround in cases where the victim cannot access phone or email.

  • SLBirdintheTree Sarah Chambers🇺🇦💙 (@SLBirdintheTree) reported

@MorganBroadcast The sad thing is it shouldn’t take a Twitter storm for @santanderuk to do the right thing. Not everyone is tech literate. They should have done the right thing straightaway for you and for all customers who face this issue. It makes me angry and nervous as another customer.

@drclairetaylor @santanderuk @bancosantander But don't you have to have the mobile Banking pin initially to access the app?
