@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK if this happening wasnt bad enough, to not get support from you is disgusting

  • mrtlcombatgirl More tea? (@mrtlcombatgirl) reported

@MorganBroadcast Firstly I am so sorry you are experiencing this - I really hope you get some resolution and answers soon. Secondly, I would never bank with @santanderuk ever again - they caused us years of problems that they instigated but refused to put right. Sad to hear they've not improved

  • Rogolex Rogalex (@Rogolex) reported

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this. It is outrageous to hear that @santanderuk does not do anything to help you and treats you that way.

@MorganBroadcast This is awful. I feel so sorry for you and everything you've been through. I hope you get the funds restored and apologies from both @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK awful service

  • WybraniecJanine Janine wybraniec (@WybraniecJanine) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk you need to help this lady, your security to protect your clients was breeched by very sophisticated con artists this is no her fault , we are living in hard times you need to do the right thing and give her her money back.

@stillawake @santanderuk Many decades ago I remember the security ‘expert’ from Barclaycard telling the police (my clients were in PS for cloning credit cards) that it was impossible. Well clients managed it very well. Stole (inside job) credit card counterfoils from a restaurant. Banks always say No.

  • _Liam_Jones Liam Jones (@_Liam_Jones) reported

@MorganBroadcast @CharliePhill22 Charlotte, I’m so sorry to hear this! Shocked by the lack of support @santanderuk have provided so far. Normally alarm bells start ringing with so many big transactions in little time with any bank! I hope the fraud team take action & charge back the funds from the merchants.

  • 1pluseipi Dr Kara #NotABystander 💙🍎 (@1pluseipi) reported

@MorganBroadcast This is awful! Hoping @santanderuk & @VirginActiveUK sort out their respective security issues - and apologise!

  • ThisisL86 Laura. (@ThisisL86) reported

@MorganBroadcast Genuinely shocking that @santanderuk provide a PIN reminder on the app with no further security. Looks like this security loophole has helped the fraudsters get access.
