Like any good developer though, I'm not deterred by this. @santanderuk bikes have a website, right? I bet I can enter my card details there, and my phone browser will auto-fill my card details. Genius! Off to their site I go...

1/2 @santanderuk Feel rather let down with you guys today, Was paying my monthly bills when doing my CC got message saying "been a problem not you but on our side" Cool I thought maybe few hours will all work. It didn't so went to manual payment via phone # then told card

I get a reply 6 weeks later saying that it has been passed on to the @santanderuk bike app team. That was November. I've not heard back since. And I still can't login to the app.

@santanderuk my wife's account was closed without any phone or email intimation. We are currently not in UK (and hence couldnt receive post) but she had all her savings in that account. Please sort this out for us. We cannot call on customer service as we are out of the country.
