  @santanderuk Applied for a mortgage in principle online, approved with no issues, but no proof provided of this other than a confirmation number. Vendor quite rightfully unwilling to accept offer without confirmation of mortgage in principle. Now what?

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
