  @santanderuk I’ve been trying to reach your fraud team for over an hour by phone & unfortunately neither the website or app is able to resolve my issue. Customers really shouldn’t be left waiting this long for support. Could someone please assist urgently? Thank you

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  @santanderuk As a systems and process specialist I can see there’s a deeper issue that needs addressing. And removing telephone support was not a smart move either. Why are you making it so hard to get support? Do you want to lose customers? It wouldn’t surprise me if you are.

  @santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

  @santanderuk hi, Inhave been on the phone for 29 minutes listening to music and you have just cut me off. I am trying to sort out an account for a 95 year old man. Are you being deliberately unhelpful or is this your normal customer service?

  @santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

  Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!

  @santanderuk All the details entered in the app are the same as my online banking when I set the app up, so if there was a problem someone would have access to my online banking which they dont. Giving you a digital photo id is useless unless you can also view my face.
