  @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

  @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

  @santanderuk Another thing to pass on is this weird glitch Santander online has with bank transfers . When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎

  @santanderuk been trying to use the Sandi service on my app since yesterday afternoon but it keeps advising me that it’s experiencing some issues and to try again later. Is this a known problem? I’ve done recent update, cache clear and reinstalled. Also tried this on laptop

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
