@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

@CharlieRobery @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Yes. Same problem. Spoke to digital services. Said they had had a couple of calls the same. Advice was to wait 10 minutes and try again. Said it had happened before. Seems to be a wider problem.

@santanderuk You don't support customers, a pensioner I know has had her account blocked by you (including access to her pension to pay for food and heating), she has a severe illness and cannot travel to a branch as you demanded with ID. One of your managers rudely hung the phone up on her!

@santanderuk it looks like i need to change my business account to a bank where the app is not logging me off every time when I am on mobile data and where the customer service is solving the issue. I have another 2 apps from different banks and they are ok...
