    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

    @santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy

    Absolute joke @santanderuk I’ve been on the phone 53 minutes first time, no response. Second time 43 minutes, connected but no one picked up. I have a issue with my card and currently while out at the shops

    @santanderuk my husbands card has been declined with available funds. Waiting to talk to customer services for 1.5 hours with an extra cut off for good measure - shocking customer services.

    Currently on hold for a total of 50 mins so far trying to speak to a person at @santanderuk as someone has attempted to change my login, amd locked my account. Absolute customer service shambles
