    @santanderuk Now Sandi has completely gone offline with "technical issues". You could not make it up. 40 minutes on hold and now this.

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me 🤬

    @santanderuk Hi. I'm trying to pay off a bill, and I'm not receiving the OTP. I've tried everything you've suggested, and still nothing, but I can receive other texts etc absolutely fine, please can you look into this problem? It's not the first time this issue has occurred.

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

    @santanderuk I cannot use any of my cards in ATMs is this a known issue ? Can I still pay via card in store ?
