@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

Hi @santanderuk I'm trying to log in to your phone app and it isn't opening. I went to the online login but I have to open the phone app to be allowed into the online service. So...any idea what's going on?

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk my husband attempted to transfer some money and his card has been blocked, after spending SEVERAL hours trying get through or speak to someone that can help, we have been unsuccessful. It is coming to a week now and he is unable to make transactions.

Absolutely disgusting service from @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I am following the instruction in letter in response to my complaint, on hold for 90 minutes, try the other number, further 30 minutes, to be told I can’t be out through as it’s a different department. 😡
