@MorganBroadcast Sorry to read what you are going through. @santanderuk is known for having the most appalling customer service team. But thankfully, the FCA, ombudsman, knows how to deal with them. I would recommend you take this up with FCA ombudsman.

@MorganBroadcast **** @santanderuk this is a terrible example of customer support and lax fraud detection. They've been on the downhill since A&L got bought, tragic as they'd been really good to us. I'm closing those accounts now, I'm finished with them.

  • JulieMcCHS Julie McDonald (@JulieMcCHS) reported

@MorganBroadcast OMG this is terrible and @santanderuk have made the situation so much worse by trying to contact you on your stolen phone. Try the ombudsman. Good luck

  • tmw1000 Tina Walsh (@tmw1000) reported

@MorganBroadcast Always been a bit nervous about banking with @santanderuk, had a few problems with them, including cashier insisting it took 45 days to clear a cheque (manager had to whisper in their ear that it was '4 to 5'), think it's time to look elsewhere. Hope you get your money back.

  • Moneytrainers Moneytrainers - An Adviser in Recovery (@Moneytrainers) reported

@MoorgateMermaid @santanderuk @MorganBroadcast There more I read the article there more it seemed like an inside job with access to images and such. Big flaw in the systems, not helped by data protection regulations and policing that is off doing other things. I assume this was the Kent Online story from Monday?

  • johnnydubb1 johnnydubb (@johnnydubb1) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Terrible. Hope it is sorted soon. Closing my santander account, which isn't my main one.

  • Lucyspeed Lucy Speed (@Lucyspeed) reported

@MorganBroadcast Im so sorry. What an incredible stress don’t give up. Fight. I and many others will speed far and wide the horrendous customer protection that @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK have provided. What utter contempt they have for all their clients. I hope life swings toward you xx

  • pmaclfc Paul Mackey (@pmaclfc) reported

@MorganBroadcast Your card PIN number is accessible via the @santanderuk banking app. Once they have access to the app they can get your PIN.

  • jeidepinkett Wendy (@jeidepinkett) reported

@MorganBroadcast If they were able to get into your phone and you have @santanderuk app on the phone, with facial recognition to get into the app, then they can get your PIN, as @santanderuk app offers that service

  • Avril20555988 Avril (@Avril20555988) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Employ a good solicitor. If you can contact the others then all join together to sue the local gym. I can’t help wonder if it isn’t an ‘inside job’. Surely the gym has cameras? If they don’t work then the gym are responsible as they failed to take due care of their clients.
