    @nicperrins @santanderuk We use Metro at work, about 15 different accounts, and they at least answer the phone pretty quickly. Website is a bit basic but it works!

    @santanderuk Have been customer since 1979 ( Ex Girobank). Very unhappy with recent service: queues of up to 12 in Leeds Briggate. Long wait on telephone to deal with a fraud issue. #Santander Still on call after 80min.

    @santanderuk @bancosantander I went and visit your branch to open a mini account they said their diaries are not open and have to call back every time I try and call your branch directly costing me money they don’t have they’re diaries open. Not happy with service.

    OMG @santanderuk have blocked my account (I know why) so I can't access my account online or via the app. I've been on hold for an hour now & daren't hang up - any suggestions?

    @santanderuk my father in law died 2 months ago & Santander are causing us huge problems. Branch & the bereavement service are being v difficult as the account is 2p (yes 2p) over the transferable limit!!!! Any info as to who to escalate this to would be appreciated.
