@MorganBroadcast That is absolutely terrible. I was actually thinking of transferring to @santanderuk & I definitely won't rush to do that now. I can't believe what a terrible experience you have had - & the fact that they also took from your savings is appalling. I hope it all gets sorted asap.

@bethanyrutter @santanderuk Think Amex on their website so let you see your PIN

@lunglock @santanderuk That’s really disturbing and interesting, On the PIN issue, I’m pretty sure the Santander App will show / remind you of PINs once you’ve logged in. The bigger issue here is how they got around the facial recognition/passcode to access the app. Virgin Active could be liable…

@trishvoice @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Its farcical that banks let you log in and see your PIN number. But this reinforces once again why I only carry an American Express card on me when I am out.

@santanderuk sort out @MorganBroadcast issue and your customer service while you're at it. She's lost her savings through no fault of her own. Easier to blame victim than take action. @VirginActiveUK you bear responsibility too

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Shame on you @santanderuk - it’s time you treated your customer with some care and respect, rather than making her life more difficult when she’s been made a victim from no fault of her own.

@MorganBroadcast Charlotte this is truly awful, as you say a bomb exploding at every turn! @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK you should be ashamed & this would stop me using your services! Protect your clients & have support services for victims not some clippy gatekeeper who obviously doesn’t care!

@MorganBroadcast If someone starts a go fund me, I'll donate. Happy 2 help take @santanderuk 2 the courts. A judge will kick it out based on ur merit alone. Without stating the obvious, have u been 2 the ombudsman? @DeborahMeaden might be able 2 offer advice. Truly shocking treatment
