    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderuk how the hell is someone supposed to get any help.. phone call.. on hold for ages... online chat... passed off to await someone.. for ages... your X help address.. no response... this is appalling

    @1Nicdar Banks have forgotten that they are there – first and foremost – to serve customers. Of course, what they do is make grotesque profits. I had to have dealings with @santanderuk at the start of the month and it was an awful experience. Even worse, they didn’t care how upset I was.

    @santanderuk As you can imagine having her stuff stolen in the first place was very distressing then to be let down by her own bank was the final straw !
