    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk All the details entered in the app are the same as my online banking when I set the app up, so if there was a problem someone would have access to my online banking which they dont. Giving you a digital photo id is useless unless you can also view my face.

    @santanderuk I will hopefully not be going back for a long time - reason why bank stores are on the decline when you don’t receive any customer service in store people won’t use them

    @santanderuk your devs still havent fixed this and its been going on for months. Trying to make payments Adobe Analytics error - Unable to create AppMeasurement tracker, s_gi function not found global window.act is not a function problem
