    @abbdesmond @santanderuk Try a broker. We go no where going direct to Santander but a broker had it all sorted ASAP. No joke. Banks are awful at a customer service

    @santanderuk service is Soooo appalling in an emergency and it’s taken 3 hours to speak to someone. When I did speak to someone they transferred me to someone else and then hung up. Lucky it’s not an urgent matter 🙄 Seriously need to look at your UX process. Utter joke

    Well thanks @santanderukhelp @santanderuk another 40 minutes holding. When I got to number one in the queue no answer for 15 minutes. No other way to contact you. Very frustrated and upset as need help immediately. In USA so can’t get to a branch 😡

    @santanderukhelp @susanfdavies @santanderuk What happens if one of many staff fall ill to these issues your bank is causing and ends up mentally or physically sick will you guys be held liable or just not give a damn about this either? Are you sure you are a serious bank???!!

    @cymboi @santanderuk Spoke to them yesterday about this, asked why no warning, they said everyone got a text/ email,. Really! Virtually impossible to do online banking on a 4” phone Santander. I’ll await my new phone.

    @santanderuk been asked to call your security team to verify transactions but it's impossible to get hold of anyone: been on hold for 30 minutes!
