    @1Nicdar Banks have forgotten that they are there – first and foremost – to serve customers. Of course, what they do is make grotesque profits. I had to have dealings with @santanderuk at the start of the month and it was an awful experience. Even worse, they didn’t care how upset I was.

    @SickSide3 @santanderuk Now he’s 16, he’ll likely need photo ID more and more. He’s of working age, so good time to sort out photo ID for him. Bus pass? Rail card? Passport? He has none of these?

    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.
