    @mturner1961 @santanderuk My 94 year old grandmother got the exact same thing. She no longer had a driving licence or passport so ultimately had to switch because Santander had restricted access. And she had the account for years and never had she been asked for this.

    @santanderuk Thats the point. I dont want to have to call someone due to anxiety issues I have. Surely you have an accessible option to have online chat?

    @santanderuk how the hell is someone supposed to get any help.. phone call.. on hold for ages... online chat... passed off to await someone.. for ages... your X help address.. no response... this is appalling

    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    @santanderuk what ridiculous chat service on the mobile phone app! I used the chat service yesterday afternoon.... it was replied to this morning! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service!

    @santanderuk I'm getting seriously stressed out with this. To wait 45 mins in a call that has been rinsing me only to not be able to log in is a joke. I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score

    @santanderuk you really need to update your app to a speedy app. It’s too slow to load the login page, and then if we navigate to the stocks

    @santanderuk Put the phone down. 1hr plus wait isn’t acceptable. No problem plenty of other banks.
