@NP20193 @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Santander are terrible! Every month my royalties are held by them for days - NO other author I know has this. My royalties are from Amazon so hardly a unknown source - yet Santander thinks they can hold them for days! This though!! Wow. This poor lady. This bank needs to change!

  • Basmanrox Barry 💙😷🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@Basmanrox) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk this is such bad customer service. This poor lass has los so much and you refuse to help . 🤬Shame in you 🤬

  • GrahamMackenz18 Graham Mackenzie (@GrahamMackenz18) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they had your phone and were able to access it they could get your pin from Santander app. I didn’t know you could go that until I saw your tweet

  • nikkulastables Nikkie (@nikkulastables) reported

@MorganBroadcast Had a look at @santanderuk Twitter comment section, looks like you aren’t alone, many people have problems with them. Would it be an idea to rally everyone together and write to the CEO directly, ofc CCing the ombudsmen detailing everyone’s problem? And then file individually?

  • gg41r Gertrude Puddleduck (@gg41r) reported

@MorganBroadcast My heart goes out to you. You have been hugely let down by @VirginActiveUK and @santanderuk. Id be taking them both to civil court. They will not like that.

  • travistravis Travis Littlechilds (@travistravis) reported

@MorganBroadcast Locks are easy to pick - can pretty easily get under a minute if I recall right. Barriers is easy, the thieves likely broke them. Others I'm not sure, but the bank details being changed is down to @santanderuk failing at security.

  • casssbasss Cassie (@casssbasss) reported

@MorganBroadcast Very sorry to read about this, what a horrible experience. Thank you for sharing. I hope the police help. I will now be closing my @santanderuk account based on how you’ve been treated by them

  • nlitchfield NIall Litchfield (@nlitchfield) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK That's A) utter **** and you have my sympathy B) Bonkers, at the very worst they should require a crime number and say they won't pay out until the crime is resolved.

  • jd227733 Joanne Deighton (@jd227733) reported

@MorganBroadcast Oh my god this is awful for you. I hope you get sorted.@santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK should be ashamed of themselves

  • Bretheren Steve Smith (@Bretheren) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Sorry to hear about your terrible experience I hope you eventually have some success in finding a satisfactory conclusion with both organisations concerned. Can’t help feeling this has the characteristics of some inside collusion at the gym
