@will_hulse @santanderuk Not untypical for a complicated IT issue. Doesn’t mean it is a malware attack specifically. Could be as simple as a database problem, and they’re doing everything necessary to bring it back. Unless HCL are involved and they’re trying to mobilise knowledge from onshore IT

@KuyaMaxy @santanderuk That's understandable but when you can't access your own money it's beyond a joke... Tried ringing to transfer money to a different account and can't do that either! My card won't even work to buy things!

@santanderuk Can I still use my card to pay for things etc? Is it just online? What technical issues? Can you at least be more specific so we know how we are affected?
