So very frustrating I’ve been trying to speak to someone @santanderuk for 1 hour now 😫 The transaction can’t be completed online or in branch so this is my only option! Really poor service!

@DafyddGofEC3 @santanderuk No I can’t! That was the only money I had, it’s in my account and they absolutely have given us a middle finger and essentially telling us that they don’t give a **** if my mum dies but their policies and procedures come first! Hope you go ******* bankrupt, Santander!

If anyone banks with them, please close your account with these horrible excuses for human beings. More than happy to take your money, but playing nuisance games now! I will be closing down my account first thing upon my return! Go to absolute hell, @santanderuk

@TCymreig @santanderuk They were absolutely awful with my mother. She was over 100, deaf and couldn’t understand them over the phone. They wouldn’t accept that we had power of attorney and refused to talk to us. They were taking double rent out her account and we just couldn’t get them to sort it.
