@MorganBroadcast @rawlimark I can’t possibly imagine why anyone banks with Santander. They’re ****. I cannot recommend First Direct highly enough, or Nationwide as they, too, get excellent ratings Sorry you’ve been dished such a ****** time by @santanderuk They don’t deserve anyone’s custom

@Londonlintin @bancosantander @santanderuk Good for you. Integrity.. Maybe you would like to ask them. How's it ok to take away a single mum home of 16 years. @MorganBroadcast Jezz @santanderuk looks like you need to sort out your security and customer service. This is appalling Even on a basic level of common sense.

@MorganBroadcast Not as bad as yours but I had a horrific experience with @santanderuk about 10 years ago. Escalated all the way up to CEO level but their only interest was defending themselves and blaming the customer. Closed every account with them & will never use again.

@MorganBroadcast Astounded at how Santander have treated you. This is literally my worst nightmare. I've reviewed my own phone and app security this morning on the back of your thread, but as a @santanderuk customer myself may have to move from them in the long run. I hope you get some redress x

@MorganBroadcast Hi Morgan, I'm so sorry this has happened. I've been thinking though, one thing not mentioned is how they physically gained access to your belongings in the locker. Was it forced? Either way this feels like an inside job. @santanderuk security has an obvious loophole which a..1/2
