    @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST £100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

    @santanderuk @TSB Is Santander down at the moment? I can't log on to online banking and my card won't work on the chip or with the pin. Either in a shop or at a cash machine.

    @santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    Despite this, £40 was charged on June 9 and £50 on June 10 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderukhelp @santanderuk – please investigate and assist. #TfL #Santander
