    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp it’s the start of day 3 and still no access to my banking services which I pay you for - still no updates, no comms, you’re utterly incompetent and breaking all the rules the PRA/FCA gave you a licence for
