Hey @santanderuk one of the main reasons we bank with you and have remained loyal has been amazing customer service & being able to speak to someone on your phone line straight away. My husband has now been on hold for 30 minutes. Any explanation for this change?

@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy
