    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

    @santanderuk my wife who has been with you for years is getting notifications to update her details. We have tried on the unresponsive app to do this eventually ringing the 0330 number for help.. the guy was hopeless… 🎵time to say goodbye🎵perhaps

    I'm being asked to provide ID via driving licence or passport and a face scan to GET INTO MY EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT. And I have three days to do it or my access to my own money could be restricted. Anyone else? Why? @santanderuk

    @santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.
