@economistimpact @santanderuk Missing an aggregative balance sheet within a legalized institutional frame and a full regulated mobil functional market for endogen distribution in this regard makes the whole issue to a disaster and a lie.

@santanderuk shocking customer service, over an hour now waiting, and not even a mention of a wait time or where in the queue you are. Beyond a joke

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Santander where the absolute pits when I went through a mortgage application with them about 9 years ago. Completely messed me about and I near lost the house I was looking to buy (I was also an existing mortgage customer at the time). Dreadful service. Would never use again.

@santanderukhelp can you just be honest and let me know if I can transfer a balance from an Amex card . I have been messed about all day by @santanderuk telling me to ring Amex as my details are incompatible when in fact it looks like an issue with Santander not recognising Amex?

Spent the last 3 days on the phone/emailing about our move. Very irritated with @santanderuk, for sending mortgage offer (on the WRONG address) to us & solicitor. One week after they've messed up, they still haven't resolved the issue.
